Great stay at all seasons apartment

We stayed in Max's apartment for 3 nights. The apartment makes you feel right at home. There is a kitchen with all necessary things to prepare some meal and there is also a coffee machine. There is air-conditioning in all rooms. The shower pressure is really good also. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. The place has a private car space which was really handy since parking is a problem. The apartment is located 5 minutes walking distance to shops restaurants and the city center. What really stands out is Max and his wife. Great to talk to and really knowledgeable on many subjects and helping us with suggestions. Recommended.

Geräumiges Apartment in Zentrumsnähe

Sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Gemütlich eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnung in einem modernen gepflegten Gebäude in einer etwas unansehlichen Nebenstraße, nur rd. 5 min. zu Fuß von der Hauptgeschäftsstraße und etwas mehr von der netten Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, der Vermieter ruft vorher an bzgl. Zugang und ist selbst vor Ort. Ausgesprochen preisgünstig für die Lage und Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts, sogar ein Nagelzwicker, Zahnpasta, Q-Tips und Hausschuhe.

Muy buena localización, en el pueblo pero no en el bullicio, a menos de 10 mins andando. Camas cómodas, aire acondicionado, cocina bastante equipada, baño correcto. Anfitriones muy simpáticos, padre e hija, nos recomendaron restaurantes, zonas del lago, etc

We had a great stay in Shkoder and the most helpful and caring host! We immediately felt comfortable on arrival, the apartment is very spacious, has everything you need for a short stay and is just 5min walking from the bus stop. The host also helped us organise our trip to Theth and Valbona, allowing us to store some of our luggage and arranging for a pick up in the morning. We could not have hoped for more - thanks a lot again!

A convenient and warm stay

To start with I want to say that we liked everything. The apartment is very specious and exceptionally clean. It contains all the necessary equipment for the convenient stay including washing machine. The owner and his daughter are very lovable people they met us with the warm welcome and gave a very useful tips for eating and discovering the surroundings of the city. We highly recommend the All Seasons Apartment while visiting Shkodër. Thanks for hosting us!

Super friendly hosts, lovely, spacious and airconditioned apartment with all the amenities you need.

Was very, very hard to find. The host did send a picture and map but phones a bit of a struggle as we had only just got to the country and they were not working. We were helped by friendly locals. Might be good to have directions from the top of the road that could be downloaded beforehand.

We stayed here twice - before and after a trip north and we had a great experience. The apartment is big, comfortable and has everything you need. It is also in a good location just a short walk from the city centre. It felt very safe and secure. We were particularly impressed by the well-stocked kitchen, my partner and I are vegans so being able to cook when we travel is really useful (particularly in Albania!) and it was a pleasure to cook here. The kitchen has oil, salt/pepper, a variety of good size pans and different utensils. Everything you need! Our host was brilliant, very friendly and helpful - he sent lots of recommendations for the area and was great in helping us plan our trip north to Theth/Valbona. He met the transport with us in the morning to make sure it went smoothly and let us leave our backpacks whilst we were away. Cannot recommend this place more, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here!

Amazing stay, amazing landlord!

It was very cozy, comfortable and good location. We stayed only for the night, but the landlord was so amazing that saved our luggage until we got back from our tour from Shale River. Gave us useful information for visiting and restaurants! Spacious rooms, comfy mattress and pillows! AC in every room and kitchen fully equipped with essentials. Would 100% recommend!

super lovely family run place to stay. RECCOMEND!

the communication from the owners which are a really lovely family was amazing. they were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us out. we were travelling through shkoder to go hiking and they helped us organise transportation, leaving bags behind that we picked up on return, recommendations for our time in the city. they ware just the loveliest people!! and the place was clean, spacious and comfortable but off the Main Street so also quiet! 100% recommend staying here.

Good choice in Shkodër!

Great apartment, felt very homey, and was stocked with everything you need. Great inclusions like a smart TV, washing machine, black-out blinds in the bedroom, toys for kids, good quality cot. Max booked a minibus for us to Theth, and even allowed us to leave some baggage behind for a few days. He was good at English, and fast to reply to any queries. Thanks to the hosts!

A place like home!

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! I don't know where to begin what a wonderful experience to stay in this place. From the amenities, facilities, hospitality to location. The host is the best I've ever met and I've been in 24 countries! The place is spotless, clean and smells so good. Comfortable beds and cloudlike pillows! There's parking right outside. Attractions, shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's quiet and safe in the neighbourhood even though it looks rundown just like every second block in Albania. Our host welcomed us late at night and rushed home from work to bid us farewell and smile never leaves his face. His wife treat us with warm farm milk before we left. We bought some too! I recommend this place to everyone. You won't regret choosing this place! Thanks Max and family. You're the best!

Amazing stay experience- great apartment and excellent hosts !

We loved our stay at this property for many reasons. The hosts family are very kind, helpful, went extra mile to make us feel comfortable and provided all support and recommendations. The apartment is great, extremely clean, very well designed, well maintained, very spacious and minutes away from the city centre. The bonus was to have parking in the premises. We highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Shkoder.

Absolutely recommended

Everything. Spacious apartments with everything you need to feel comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with even coffee powder for turkish coffee provided. Nice balcony to chill in the evening. Good bathroom with perfect water pressure for showering. Peaceful location but only 5 min walking from the center and intercity bus stop. And the landlord went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My bus was arriving at 9 in the morning and they prepared the room at this time without any extra charges. The place really deserves 9.9 rating it has now.

I was thinking quite long about what I could put here. But no, nothing. I really have nothing to complain about. Ok if you are a couple, there are only single beds in the bedroom which might be a minus, but this is clearly specified in description and was not an issue for me.

perfect 10/10 stay

if I could rate more than 10 stars I would! max and his family made me feel very welcomed during my stay in Shkoder with their kindness and hospitality the apartment is massive!! fully equipped kitchen with dining table and lounge i really like that this apartment is in a quiet street, away from the main road, which is much needed after staying in the city centre. everything was really clean, there is nothing to fault
