Pogled na morje.

Apartma je bil poceni zato tudi nisem pričakoval veliko. Hiša je v takšnem hribu, da sem prvič pustil avto spodaj pri trgovini in šel peš preveriti ali lahko sploh z avtom pridem gor. Parkirišče pred hišo je dobro urejeno. Do plaže vodijo zelo strme stopnice in če niste v dobri kondiciji se boste bolj malo kopali. Znana peščena Črnogorska plaža, ki smo jo občudovali v raznih filmih so samo sanje. Danes tu ne boste slišali nobene črnogorske besede in počutili se boste, da ste v albaniji. Žalostno.

Very good

Newly renovated stylish apartment with sea view and private balcony. All equipped kitchen. The host Bahri and his mother running this family business are very welcoming and always in contact for any help. Location is great if you come by car, just be aware of steep and narrow approach to the hotel parking. The parking itself is spacious and flat. And call the host to meet you on approach to show the way first time, navigation is a bit confusing. The sea is 3 min walking distance downstairs and I was confident my let my 14 and 4 y.o. to go by themselves. Big Voli supermarket is 5 min drive, old Ulcinj town is 15 min drive.

Problems with shower drain, floor in the bathroom was always wet. It's a typical trouble for shower cabins and the host said they regularly fix it. Electric tiles is slow to heat up and therewith slow to cook.

Very clean and quiet apartment, with absolutely stunning view. The grand beach is a walking distance from the property. The host is very hospital and gave us very personal touch during our stay. We left with very warm memories and highly recommend this place.

Super welcoming hosts and excellent value!

Staff/owners: so hospitable and welcoming! They collected me and dropped me at the bus station..really above and beyond! Location: literally walk down to Long beach in 2 mins! Several cafes/restaurants and a mini mart at the bottom! Now its end of season (end September) so lots are closed but there's still a nice one open with good staff! And plenty on the main road 10 mins walk away. The apartments are super clean and has what you need to make tour stay comfortable. Bed super comfy and big too! There's a decent coastal walk from here to small beach and the old town. Lots of smaller beaches on the way too. Great value but greater hosts, thankyou!

Cheater!

Disaster! Look at the pictures and everything will be clear to you. We booked a two-bedroom apartment. But we got one small apartment for 2 people and room that was separated with a hotel corridor without a bathroom. Bathroom was in the corridor and we shared it with the other guests! The pictures on booking.com were completely different. The bathroom had 1m2 and a toilet and a shower together. No bathtub, curtain or shower cabin. When you showered, you got the whole bathroom wet. The room was dirty, the furniture old and damaged. Wi-fi only works on the terrace at the top of the building. It rained during the night and the the roof was leaking in both rooms. To all complaints, the owner stoically replied that we can take or we can go. Never again.

Near long beach, near restaurants and caffes. Owners are lovely, they picked us up from bus station and also drove us to the station on our departure. Terrace is wonderful and deffinetly worth the money, I’ e had every breakfast and dinner at that terrace.

I loved every second

I loved the peace and serenity but above all the gorgeous view. The sun rise with the ocean could be enjoyed from bed just by opening the curtains. The bed was comfortable and everithing was clean and the kitchen had the required stuff. The host, Mr. Basha is a really nice man, I can highly recommend the place if you want some peace.

One of the best <3

We loved this place! The view is absolutely fantastic, the apartment is clean and nice, we watched the sunrise every morning and the stars every evening. The hosts are great, very friendly and hospitable and we really felt like home. Next time in Ulcinj we won't doubt about a place to stay at. :)

Good location, very warm people, awesome view

We had a very good short stay at Bahri’s apartment. Both him and his parents are very kind and helpful people. They helped us with everything we needed (and there was a lot!) and gave us the best advice including restaurant tips, parking with a big car. We even enjoyed our small talks, gave us a good feeling about the area. Sunrise on the balcony with the awesome sea view is priceless. Also our morning walk with the dog on the long beach will be a beautiful memory for us. The place is very clean, very good for families (including with fur babies = dogs! ;-) ), very quiet and nice neighbors. We forgot valuables in the room and Bahri was kind enough to bring them to us in the city. Many thanks again! Would definitely recommend this apartment while holidaying in Ulcinj.

Good location & size, friendly & helpful family run business, including Rio (dog). Lovely views, and great to have a mosquito net.

Very basic, kitchen not as clean as the rest of the apartment, not enough equipment for cooking. Whilst we were there, internet was flaky, we relied on local tourists SIM. Our feedback is based on Western European Standards, as we have not stayed in Montenegro before.
