Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Martha Murray always does a great job! The house even smelled clean when we walked in. This is probably our 8th or 9th renting this house. Martha Murray is very communicative and helpful, and they make it easy to check in and out. We mostly were midcape and enjoyed the trails, beaches and seafood!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very enjoyable! We did have the dryer issue which was unfortunate because we had planned on having laundry facilities available. Also we had a toilet issue for one day with four of us in the house. Martha Murray was very helpful assisting us! Other than those two issues, it was fantastic!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach was beautiful as usual. House very nice in general but grill was dirty, starter didn't work, refrigerator froze vegetables/fruit outside the fruit bins (left fruit/veg bin very difficult to open), gas stove knobs difficult to operate, no timer for oven, no DVD player, one key didn't work, MM had to bring another key when we were locked out

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Juniper 41!! The house feels like home to us. It's spacious enough for 6, although we usually only have 4 or 5 max. It's been nice to bring friends and family here to stay for a week. The house is always clean and comfortable. The Martha Murray team is very friendly and quick to help should a problem or question arise.

The house is nice but definitely needs some attention. Neither the front nor the side door closes properly. Doors need to be rehung or perhaps replaced. Also they were insects in the house and maybe a little mouse or something. I found a couple of little turds on the floor. Other than that, though, we enjoyed our stay.
