Great house and beautiful view. Very clean. Showers were nice with good pressure -shower head height low upstairs
We loved our visit but here are A few comments/suggestions
Fireplace didn’t work. We were told previous renter broke it and it wasn’t repaired for our stay
Outside fire table didn’t light and propane tank seemed full. The large bed in the bunkbed room-too soft to sleep in and kitchen could use more pans, coffee cups and wine glasses and add trash cans in bedrooms

This property was perfect for our quick trip to the cape. It was on a beautiful lake with an amazing porch! It was spread out plenty in the house for multiple family members to have privacy when we needed but also come together for much needed quality time.

Great house with plenty of space for any group. The house was clean an right on the water.
We had lots of issues with the tv roku. The remotes didnt work and when we found one that worked, the battery died shortly after. We had to move the roku from the bedroom to the living room.
The deck fire pit didn't work but the veiw is so beautiful and serene.
The house is ckean and spacious. We were there for a girls weekend and had a great time!

If you are looking for a nice place to stay on Cape Cod in an amazing location, this is the place. The house was wonderful, clean, and a great place to stay. The location on the lake was amazing. I went for an awesome sunset paddle in the kayak and had a great time.

We had a great time and the location was perfect. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Got to enjoy a swan floating on the pond!Only issues we had were none of the TV's worked; the game room in the basement had a terrible musty smell; a cable line from the house to a pole was extremely low and you had to be careful getting in and out of your car in the driveway.

We were extremely pleased when we walked in the door. Everything was lovely and well kept. The views from kitchen, living and dining rooms were amazing and relaxing. I personally could have lived in the sunroom alone. Everything was there that you could need. I can’t speak for the other rooms, but the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. I appreciated that there were multiple tv’s. This time of year when you can’t do many outdoor activities and having teenagers, they were very helpful. And having the pool table kept all of us busy. We wish we could spend a month, it was perfect. Thank you

This is a great property located on Long Pond. It is perfect for families. A nice beach behind the house was perfect for our grandchildren. Kayaks and other water toys were great for the adults. I highly recommend it for families.

Wish the windows that lookout the back of the house weren’t fogged between the panes. Few other minor maintenance issues could be addressed. Enjoyed our time there.

Upon checking into this home the smell of entire home made it unbreathable. It was a combination of mold and a musty smell with primary bedroom smelling of dog pee. Rooms were not as pictured online with a tv missing in primary bedroom. Outlets did not work in primary bedroom . Two bedrooms had holes in the wall. The bunk bed safety rail was broken, preventing a young child being able to sleep in it. Bathrooms had black mold in ceilings. Carpet going upstairs had too many stains to count. Rental company-VaCasa, was able to give us a full refund due to the issues.

We loved our stay and would rent here again. The property is right on a quiet pond, and we enjoyed the provided kayaks each morning. There were also Beautiful sunrises and sunsets as well as fall foliage that we enjoyed from the deck. Inside the house, The main floor has a cool sun room that also had spectacular views. We rented this home through VRBO because we saw it was a company (Turnkey Rentals) who manage it. Our last rental experience with VRBO was horrible , the owner combative, the home uninhabitable, and we lost all the money that we paid because it up to the owner to pay you back and VRBO didn't help at all. We almost didn't use this company again.. But we gave it a try because of Turnkey....and they did not disappoint! The house was clean, location they where super responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this property but also this rental company!

Excellent location not too far in to Cape so travel time is manageable. Perfect situation right on the lake with ospreys, turtles, and all sorts of waterfowl. Activities for all with kayaks, canoe, and SUP on the water and reading in the sun room, pool table indoors. Renovated kitchen, large dining room table, gorgeous deck with propane fire feature. Close to restaurants, museums, etc. Refreshing dips in the pond and central AC for hot weather with perfect cross breeze when the heat lets up. Really very nice!

This property is in an AMAZING location, right on the water at the end of a dead end street. The neighborhood felt super safe. The water is easily accessible (to swim, or take out the provided canoe/kayaks/paddle board). We had so much fun getting out on the water! There's lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit, a beautiful porch, and the interior is very roomy and comfortable, with a great breeze when the windows were open. It felt more spacious than the pictures suggested, and exceeded our expectations. The house was stocked with puzzles, books and games which was a really neat touch. It's incredibly close to the Main Streets for shopping, and minutes from beaches. Tons of shopping and dining, and it's even in a good location for delivery. House was clean and well stocked, and it was the perfect spot for our family vacation (5 adults, 2 children 10+ and an infant). The property renters made their contact information very accessible should any issues arise (none did!) but it was comforting to know they were available if needed!

Long Pond is perfect for fishing and water sports (only trolling motors allowed, so nice and quiet). The mid-Cape location can't be beat. Great rental for adults or families with older kids, as there is no direct access to the water without negotiating lots of stairs, no "beach," and not much play space for kids.Be advised that while ocean beaches are close by, if your vacation falls between Memorial Day and Labor Day you'll end up paying to visit most of them. Fees and dates vary by town and beach type (National Seashore vs town beach).The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately upon our arrival, we found dirty diapers in a couple of rooms, and a greasy pan left in the oven. The deck was a mess (chair cushions filthy, and bird poop everywhere). There was no vacuum cleaner available to renters (but after some communication with the management company, one was made available), and one straw broom in the basement.
