I wouldn’t go there again.

The location is nice, just 2 minutes from the beach

The bed was awful. It was squeezing every time I moved. And it was so loud that I woke up every time. I asked the manager to send the superintendent to check it and maybe fix it, but nothing happened. It was not the case that the bed was broken. It was just extremely cheap and of a low quality.

Satisfied with our stay. Thanks to hotel staff!

Friendly staff always ready to help! We asked where to buy beach umbrellas around and were given with couple of them absolutely for free for the duration of our stay! Room was clean, kitchen equipment / air conditioning / bath and watercloset worked well!

Hard to find a place to park a car to load/unload stuff when you arrive or depart. There are some dedicated parking lots on the street in front pf the hotel but they are usually occupied :(

Value for money

Very nice pool area, super views from the apartment and balcony has a nice size. Close to the beach. Nice restaurants, shopping street close also. Good supermarket Aldi close. Everything you need you can buy close by.

Safe costs money, why ?? - the sofa bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. We had to buy a mattress as the staff couldn’t help with this. No wine glasses, we bought some also. Don’t eat breakfast at the terrace after 8 am, to much sun and heat. Parking can be an issue close by. Expect to walk 1-2 km from where you find a free parking spot.

The apartment studio was clean. The pool was small but refreshing. The reception staff was very friendly!

Its recommendable!

The Hotel is location wise perfect is just 1 street away from the seashore. Clean and as promise complete facility.

Limited swimming hours by the pool, it could have until 10pm for those who want to swim even before midnight.

Nice and comfy hotel, location was perfect. Apartment was very well sized for 3 adults and wee child. Very well cleaned before our arrival. Just 2 extra blankets next time and not only 2 sheets ☺️🤣 we experienced bad weather,. But nothing what anyone could change,..

Spacious, modern, and well equipped!

We didn’t have the sea view like pictured in the booking, even though our reservation mentioned a sea view. And no daily room service (cleaning, change of towels).

It was ok.

The view and location. A lot of space in rooms, small kitchen is nice addition. Good wifi. Comfy beds and sofa.

Poor sound isolation, could always hear neigbors or own bathroom in bedroom. Cold pool (but nice), was expecting it to be heated. Towels are changed only for additional fee - in my opinion if you are staying for a week hotel should change it at least once without a fee. Floor was quite dirty, had to reclean it myself.

you had to pay for extra towels and apartment could have been cleaner (floor wasn’t swept etc)

We loved the apparent, friendly staff, nice view, close to the promenade and there's a big Aldi close by. Highly recommended :)

Too soft mattress for me and noisy neighbors but it is not mistake of the hotel.

Friendly staff with great sea view

The sea view apartment had a great view, spacious balcony and spacious living room and bedroom. Receptionists were super friendly and accommodating - they were very helpful. Modern apartment, value for money. Location in Cala Millor is accessible - 3 min walk to the beach with a lot of eateries and shops.

Floor was slightly dirty but there's a room. No daily room cleaning

Excellent stay

Excellent location, in the middle of Cala Millor resort. 2 mins walk from the beach and pedestrian street. we were right in front of the sandy area of the beach so this was great. restaurants and supermarket all around. appartement was big, clean and newly renovated. AC works perfectly fine, which you will need in Mallorca :) Staff is friendly. excellent value for money, this the best choice if you want to stay in Cala Millor. i highly recommend it, if i come back will definitely go there again. thanks

No possibility to rent beach towels. to clean the sheets or the appartement you need to pay extra. it would be great if this could be included at some point, but this didn’t bother us. blankets were not properly clean, but they changed them right away. on booking it says check out at 12h however the reception called to check out at 11h so this needs to be rectified

Brilliant stay!

Fantastic apartments. Modern, clean, spacious. Brilliant location. Air con throughout was exceptional. Pool area was perfect. Always plenty of sunbeds. Friendly staff. Wonderful stay!
