We had an excellent stay and will certainly be returning in the guy

The staff were very friendly. The facilities were very good, the spa was a nice area and had long opening hours. The location of the hotel is excellent for all of the restaurants, shops and is directly opposite the beach

Superb

Everything was good. Hotel is located on the beach. Stuff was all the time helpful, room pretty clean.

Regarding food, there was a lot of variety which was good. But I have to say that I didn’t enjoy the food that much, meals were not so delicious.

on the beach, helpful staff, good food

not necessary a 4 star as you need to leave a deposit for beach towel, robes. no slippers available ... the shower drainage didn't work properly and during a longer shower floated the entire room.

Great views from balcony

Nice property with nice pool, nice spa, great views of the sea, right on the beach and boardwalk and great breakfast

For this price, they should have robes in the room and pool and spa towels and slippers and hair conditioner but they make you pay 10 Euro for things like this.

Great few days away, good hotel generally but could be one of the greats if they could fix some of the above issues.

Great location and good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

Leaking / dripping heard from above on a night, could see water damage in the room. Also the hotel lifts are terrible, slow, small and take ages to arrive/move. Sadly the food wasnt that good either for the price of it.

Beautiful Menorca

Perfect hotel location close to shops. Restaurants, nightlife and ofcourse the beach Is literally across the road. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable beds. The best thing for us was the high standard of professionalism balanced with a friendly attitude the staff had. Especially Manela, Berta and Alvaro. They exceeded all our expectations! Super helpful even with our lack of knowledge of the local area they showed patience and helped us. Taxi service was also perfect and when you check out you are still a valued guest and can use the pool, spa and luggage storage We will be back again!

The location is perfect, food is good, we almost didn’t hear our neighbors, but it is very-very sad, that 4* hotel cannot provide even 1 bottle of water even during check-in just to take pills. You must buy the water in bar or in shops everytime. Also there were no bar in room, so if you want drink (even water), you just have to go outside.

A wonderful summer in a really great place (all we needed)

The food, the location, the ambience, the staff, in fact everything was excellent. We enjoyed the our stay, our kids had so much fun, we overeat due to the delicious meals and we had welcome and friendly staff.

Just the elevator situation which often took so long to come. But I guess it was because the hotel was filled too. Maybe a few more elevators or one with a bigger capacity can help alleviate this.

Perfect and definitely coming back

We had a 5 nights stay in CM Playa del Moro in July and it was perfect. Hotel has a perfect location just next to sea so you don’t need to rent a chair or umbrella or worry about your belongings. Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was delicious and has a lot of options. Also hotel offers different type of entertainment throughout the week such as dart/table tennis tournaments, BBQs and daily concerts.

Best location in Cala Millor. Hotel is directly on a beautiful beach. Walking distance to many shops, cafes, restaurants. Pool is very clean and great!

We have opt for dinner with breakfast. It was really awesome ...lot of option for food. Folks are very helpful too, They do have some activities in the late evening. Which is really good ... we really enjoyed that. Just next to beach and nice to have a beach side walking. Just outside, you get normal grocery store to get your food. They do have one of the best facilites like sauna room and heated pool and etc etc,

Language is a bar, if you do not know Spanish or local any other language. ( But not that bad, a few folks talk in English.) Tell about your kids details in booking, or else they will charge you separately.

A well-managed hotel which offers a great opportunity to get a good rest

Staff - very professional, well managed, friendly, helpful Entertainment - every night the hotel organized a concert (different covers) or some other activity Pool - super clean Good food which wasn´t repetitive :) Location - super close to beach

You should be aware that this hotel is not a party place for young people, just to set your expectation :) Slow elevators - I understand it is something which cannot be fixed/replaces easily, just saying.. :)

Good hotel in busy location

The beds were comfy, and staff were helpful. The location was great for bars and restaurants and you can pop over the pedestrian walkway to the beach really easily to swim in the sea.

I wouldn’t call this a luxury hotel, it is the minimum standard for a 4 star. There was a lot of extra things to pay for if you wanted the services such as nicer sun beds/bar areas, use of safe in the room etc. I think if sun bed and bar areas are included in the photos then they should be included in the price, not an additional charge. The rooms need a kettle. Cala Millor as an area is busy and lots to do which is great, but not an upmarket location if that’s what you’re looking for then stay up the road in Cala Bona.
