Overall great stay and comfort

Room was clean and spacious. We book room with balcony and the view is amazing. Breakfast selection is not much but taste good! Reasonable room price especially at Oia. Highly recommended.

Hotel located at bottom of caldera. Multiple steep stairs on the way down. Need 100% cautions especially for old folks.

Café da manhã e o atendimento da Ana. O visual é muito bonito.

A localização do nosso quarto (119 ) e do quarto 120 é muito ruim, pois fica muito longe da área do café da manhã e da piscina do hotel. O quarto também fica localizado um pouco fora do hotel, onde a porta dá direto para um caminho público. Muito cansativo ir e vir até do quarto até a calçada de Oia. O nosso banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto o dia todo, além de ser extremamente úmido pois não possui janela. No banheiro também havia um exaustor que ficava ligado 24 h por causa da umidade, mas que fazia barulho Durante toda a noite. O hotel não tem charme no atendimento. Ao chegarmos recebemos uma bebida cortesia que era muito ruim. O nosso quarto foi o quarto básico do hotel e o valor cobrado para esse nível de hotel, é desproporcional a experiência que tivemos. Não recomendamos.

Lovely place to spent your holiday…the view from the property is totally mesmerising.

The location is awesome

There were some issues with the working of the flush as well as the soap dispenser. But the staff rectified the issues after we complained about it.

Top location in Oia

The top location in the heart of Oia and the stunning view over the Caldera. Spacious two bedroom apartment.

Lack of intimacy outside the apartment in front of the pool and the crowded breakfast area with no private area. Also limited space in the shade for breakfast. Best would be to find a way to cover the entire breakfast/pool area to allow more shade for everyone at very high temperatures.

Breathtaking Views

Having breakfast in the villa was a perfect way to start the day. The staff was amazing and helpful gave the best recommendations for food. Everyone was very attentive and ready to help with anything we might need. My favorite part is that once you made your way up to the main walkway it was only 5 minute walk to watch the sunset.

the views were nice. the breakfast host was very friendly.

The hot tub is not Hot. it’s not even warm. it’s not even luke warm. they tried to blame the weather, as to why the hot tub wouldn’t get hot. but the truth is, you don’t use a hot tub in the summer. you use it when it’s colder outside. so it should work. and when I asked to be compensated thwarting said it worked fine and ignored my request. we paid extra for that hot tub too. really sucks.

Our room was comfortable and quiet and located right in the heart of the shopping district in Oia. The view at breakfast was stunning. The staff was kind and accommodating.

We did not realize that there would be so many steps to our room. Fortunately the porters carried our luggage to and from our room as we would have been unable to do so.

The staff were amazing. Very polite and helpful, answered all of our questions and gave us good ideas for places to visit. Location is very good - in the center of Oia on walking distance to everything you want to see. Stunning view, facing the Caldera and Nea Khameni island
