Convenient, good parking, dated but clean.

Good parking and short walk to Bondi Beach and eateries

Very dated. Coffee table quite heavy to move to open out sofa bed. Sofa bed not made up at all, even with sheets ready to add pillows and blankets. Bathroom in desperate need of a revamp but clean.

Très bien pour vivre à proximité de bondi beach, d’autant plus si voiture à garer.

Très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de la bondi et à 2 minutes d’une rue très sympa avec boutiques et resto / coffee shop. Chambre studio vaste pour 2, confortable Place de parking inclu

Pas de fenêtre au dessus du lit mais simple grille anti moustique / d aération donc assez froid le soir. Déco passée, assez terne. Peinture qui commence à s’écailler sur le plafond de la sdb. Mais tout reste fonctionnel !

10 min walk to bondi Beach, plenty of restaurants close by. The service at the hotel was perfect! 100% that I will stay here again for my next visit.

I would recommend the property to others if they are not to fussy about decor an cleanliness.

the location, especially with public transport outside the front door was perfect.

the lack of detail in cleanliness the noise, not just from the works behind as they were during the day while we were out. very noisy until about 12.30pm.

Very clean. It had everything you need in the kitchen. Big room. Free parking. Excellent location.

This is a great location. There is off street, secure parking, a great pool and a well set up room.

Perfect location, very close to the Bondi beach

Great location, very close to the beach, friendly staff, loved that they had a laundry room there. On a minus side, there is a very loud crying new born baby living in the neighbouring building (and the mom was not doing anything to come him down for hours!!), the poor baby was waking me up a few times in the middle of the night (the building was right next to my window), so I asked the receptionist to change the room, and she happily did it. Great and efficient customer service!

Convenient situation. Comfortable bed Good shower Sanitary wear was clean and functioned well

Poor cleanliness room 6. Thick dust on windowsill above bed. Thick dust on slats in bathroom. Handles on 2 drawers completely broken. Air conditioning caused whole window frame to vibrate noisily and sounded like a throbbing jet engine preventing sleep. Difficult to ventilate room. No fan as alternative. No hob for cooking. No door on freezer part of fridge causing items in fridge door to freeze.

The apartment is a great deal for the price, and it is quiet at night.

It was a short walk to the beach. There was a bus stop right across the street. The place was very secure, sure it’s old but it’s well kept. The kitchen had a lot of amenities.

Well there is construction of an entire building next door so it will be a while before that’s complete.

price, parking and location to everything. Despite the building work next door the apartments were quiet, perfect to get away from all the tourist attractions.

Would have been nice to have more than two of everything, if someone came round for a drink we didn't have enough cups.

It was perfect for what we required, and would return again if we needed to be in this area.

We were very happy with all the amenities provided, especially that all 3 people could stay in the one studio apartment. We were able to use the kitchen facilities for breakfasts. Also a very small walk to access restaurants etc.

The property was a little tired but we felt it was very good value for money.
