Location, owners response and understanding
For the price paid. Property needs some upgrades. Like bin in toilet. All the metal taps are rusted. Some more cleaning ETC. Nothing major but some detailing would boost up this property to next level.

fantastic location. great kitchen. clean and quiet

Loved the location, directly across the road from the beach and about a 10 min lovely stroll to Manly. Balcony was great over looking the water.
Dishwasher would have been handy, and one bathroom between 5 is a bit squeezy, but doable.

A comfortable contained property directly with full view (and direct access via a nearby crossing) of a vast expanse of beach. A few little extras around the property that the kids loved like a skateboard, decks of cards and bodyboards. Had everything we needed. Fantastic prompt responses from the hosts made our stay spot on.

location was perfect and convenient to holiday adventures

Great location, right across from the beach. Within walking distance to everything as well.
No blind in the lounge room so the lady that slept on the sofa bed woke up super early both mornings.

Wonderful location!

A Dishwasher would have been nice.
I wouldn’t bother with TV’s in bedrooms as reception was poor and rooms are small.

the host were lovely and very accommodating
the Byfold doors wouldn’t open

The owners were lovely and their communication excellent
Location was fantastic and the off street parking a definite feature
In hindsight for the length of our stay we were better placed staying in a modern hotel for the same price.
Unfortunately the small double beds and complete lack of bench and storage in the bathroom made for a cramped stay for four adults. The leaky bathroom sink tap and noise from adjoining apartments weren’t the best.
I could see this location benefitting a family with young children, after a longer term stay or holiday.
Again nothing personal, the owners were very pleasant, just some observations

location was great
Cockroaches in the fridge / kitchen area were a turn off
no vaccum
blinds in bedrooms were poor - impossible to open and let in too much light
need some sort of curtain / blind in living room for privacy..
bathroom was in very poor state - leaking tap in basin and bath

We liked everything :)
Beds very comfortable, lounge and Tessa chair also very comfortable along with cosy throws.
The view is amazing, Sydney certainly has the best beaches.
WE LOVED EVERYTHING :)

Fantastic Location and view from the Lounge and Balcony. Great for families with children. Parking. Easy check-in and check-out. AMENITIES were plentiful: Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need: Pots, Pans, Plates, Cutlery, Washing utensils, Misc bits and bobs you might need. Bathroom had toilet paper and towels. Rooms had more towels, spare pillows, spare chairs and loads of wardrobe storage in all 3 rooms. Its own WIFI. Lounge TV had FOXTEL as well as NETFLIX access. Free-to-Air TVs in the 3 rooms. Outside Laundry with washing machine & dryer along with boogie boards and things to use at the beach. Quiet neighbours which was great for sleep. About 10 minute walk to main Manly Corso. Pleasant owners who gave us all the info we needed and were available if we required assistance
TVs in the rooms had poor reception (But the FOXTEL, NETFLIX, WIFI access help negate that issue)

Great location, clean and everything you need for a great weekend in manly.

We loved the beach views from the large balcony. 10-15 min walk to the Corso, lots of cafes, restaurants even closer. There's a pedestrian crossing 1 min walk from the apartment.
We appreciated the air con in every room, especially at this time of year.
The car space allocated to the unit was necessary to have, as on street parking is usually difficult to get. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking items ie pots, pans, utensils and salt, pepper, sugar etc.
The unit was clean and tidy, plenty of soap, towels etc. Free wifi too.
