We always stay at your location when traveling, great staff, clean rooms, good breakfast.

Overall, room was clean & nice, staff were friendly & breakfast was wonderful each day.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices & fresh fruit. Good for a diabetic.

Stayed 3 nights & had noisy neighbors all 3 nights. They allow dogs, so early 1 morning Shepard barking next door. 2 other nights, kids running up & down the hallways at 9:30 pm. One knocked on our door at 7am.

Our opinion

Staff friendly, great breakfast, very comfy bed

All was great except for dogs, so many dogs everywhere...some on leashes some being carried. We do not like dogs at all and don't want to share space with them

Disappointing

Staff was responsive.

There was an alarm on the 4th floor ice machine which woke me several times throughout the night. The night front desk person was quick to get the alarm turned off each time I called. Thank you. The problem is that it took quite a while to get back to sleep after the third and fourth time the alarm woke me. This caused a very bad night's sleep. When I mentioned the problem to the person working the front desk at checkout, she just waived it off and said something about letting the maintenance people know about it. Not happy with that response, at all.

Extra fee of $10 for parking ~ a pure hoax and reason to never use your brand again.

Facility was older and the tub was pitted.

An adequate stay.

Location off I 40 was easily accessible. This is a unit that has not had the upgrades of the newer Hampton properties.

Bed was very uncomfortable.

Do not recommend

I stayed 4 nights at this location and 3 of the night I had rude loud ppl next door up all hours of the night. I let front desk know each morning and nothing was ever done about the situation. I will never stay here again and never recommend anyone to stay here either. The front desk guy Johnny had hickies all of his neck. There was never a manager on duty to speak to during any of these issues. Only front desk and they can’t do much. I don not recommend this hotel and beds were old and terrible! It needs a lot of upgrades!

It was okay but I think it could’ve been better.

I loved how big the room was and where the hotel was located.

It had stains on the couch in the corner. When the steam from the shower sets off the fire alarm if you leave the door open to the restroom.

Clean, staff friendly

They have good coffee. Even though it is an older place they keep it clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. The coffee is good but you only get it with breakfast. Right next door to Cracker Barrel, they have great breakfast.

It’s an older place, noisy. Lots of noise so if you need quiet, I recommend somewhere else. I can hear the people next door or in the hallway loud and clear. Outside noise, can hear freeway. No coffee in room.
