Best hotel in Gallup. Good value as well.

I like location, not only for my convenience. I feel safe here. Friendly but good manner staff. Great breakfast.

Thank you! Convenient location for what I was doing! Front desk staff & housekeeping were so nice!

Oh my goodness! ... the Queen bed was INCREDIBLE. I was going to strip the sheets just on the end so I could determine the brand/maker. I was in such a hurry to get to a meeting, I forgot. Would someone tell me the brand? Such a great night of sleep because of the mattress and the pillows were great, as well.

Only thing ... not even something you can do about it, maybe? ... the paint on the walls ... the grasshopper green, was awful! hahaha ... but, serioulsy. :/

We liked everything & will return to stay again.

Breakfast was excellent, with so many good choices. We were there for the blizzard, with blowing winds, cold, snow, ice, closed interstate, semi trucks jack knifed & even turned/side, & vans smashed/blocking the highways. We were welcome to stay another night, & they gave good, safe alternative roads. Our room was large, clean, & comfortable.

Very clean, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Pillows are ok. Great location with a good restaurant next door. Pool and spa were very nice.

The bed was comfortable, nice clean big room

Elevator was broken. I’m here working and had to hoof all my gear up 3 flights every day from work. Very inconvenient and wasn’t even offered a discount.

As expected for a good night's sleep.

The room was clean and spacious. I liked having plenty of room for my wheelchair. The included breakfast was delicious.

Location. It looked like a depressed area. A staff member parked in the accessible parking spot.

Perfect location for a night or two.

Nice staff. Breakfast good. Swimming pool was a bonus. The location is perfect, behind the Rancho hotel where u can visit, eat n enjoy a drink at the bar. Easy to find n great car park.

Wonderful staff, great breakfast

Super friendly staff, great selection for breakfast, clean property.

The only problem we had with staying here was, if you are a light sleeper there is a train switch yard not to far away that does make a lot of noise.

The full breakfest. Includes fruits and few kinds of breads. Open from 7:00-10:00. Comfortable beds.

The lights in the room. The noise from the trains at night. No place for the 2nd suitcase.

This hotel is VERY good but has small imperfections

The physical property was excellent. Check in was rather slow mainly because she was very polite and didn’t rush anyone including on the phone.

The pool was cloudy but our kids swam anyway. The breakfast included everything you could ask for and was very good but seemed to pre-prepared (packaged?)

I loved the chair with the ottoman in our room. The breakfast was great because there were so many things to choose from. They even had eggs, sausage, potato hasbrowns, hot oatmeal already made up (not instant).

A surprise in the Southwest! A really nice Hotel and we will stay there again if in the area.

We didn't realized that we had rented a suite. It was nice having a separate bedroom. If we were spending more days there the additional room which had a full kitchen would be nice. It was very clean and the y had a really good breakfast. Again, they had a nice hot breakfast with waffles, sausages, egg, yogurt, cereal, etc. The staff was very nice and professional. We would stay there again if in the area.

I can't think of anything! Our stay was one of the best.

Nice hotel in a good location near historic Route 66. The rooms were pretty big, beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there was a good, hot breakfast. I definitely would stay there again.

The breakfast was ok.

The desk clerk was rude. the location was not good. the room was located next to the stairway and loud. we were in a handicap room and that was not what we asked for. The bathroom did not look very clean. we would not stay there again.
