Acomodação confortável! Compatível com a escolha

O hotel recebeu o pagamento antecipado da estadia e no check in, a recepcionista queria que eu resolvesse junto a Booking esta questão! Visto que o problema era entre o hotel e a Booking e não entre a Booking e eu, tive que me desgastar para convencer! Ao final tive mesmo que entrar em contato com a Booking, que resolveu.

Very friendly staff. Cozy and very clean room. I had the best sleep after a long trip.

We had a good experience, there were just a couple negatives but overall a good stay. Would stay again.

It was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was good.

There was only one elevator and there were a couple things that needed maintenance. The location wasn’t bad, but not great.

Loved the room overall, just some minor issues.

Great location, amazing value for the spacious room - you could be comfortable there for a long time due to the above average kitchenette area. I loved the large amount of desk area as well, that would be great for someone on a work trip.

The microwave door handle was broken and jagged, so it was really difficult to open safely. I wanted to take a bath but there was no bathtub (only a shower). The food at breakfast was just okay, even for a hotel breakfast, and the hot foods were cold.

lack of plug ins for computers, iPad, etc. had to use ac plug adapters instead of direct. poor kitchen and utensil set ups. had to call for cups, glasses and soap to wash the 2 dishes that were given.

It was very clean and close by to my daughter.

The toilet seat was very cheap and wouldn't stay up. Also the Television service was very poor. No descriptions or guide saying what is on.

Disappointing

The room was great and very clean. Had many different thing’s available.

Staff seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. She had to make phone calls while checking us in. I asked about the pull out bed the place offered and she said she would check. When asked again she stated she didn’t have a chance to ask then changed what she said to she didn’t find one. The hotel reeked of marijuana.

It did the job, but we definitely overpaid due to the uncleanliness and inability to shower.

The breakfast was decent, your usual eggs and sausage and waffles. The staff members we spoke to were nice.

The room looked clean when we first got there, until we slowly started noticing things. There was hair all in the bathroom, hair in the pillows on the bed, a matted hair stuck to one of the room signs, as well as rust and mold stains in the bathrooms. We also couldn’t take showers because the water never got hot. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have hot water. It smelled and looked clean from first glance, but you can always tell when they’re not truly cleaning like they should.
