Not the place I'd choose

The location was great, Bricktown is right around the corner

There's a lot of construction going on around the hotel currently, but there's a concrete plant that runs 24-7 due north of the hotel. I'm pretty sure that noise is permanent & the insulation for noise reduction is non-existent. Noise reduction inside the hotel isn't any better, every door slam, upset kid at 2am, it's all loud and clear- all night long. The listing says they provide a coffee pot in the room, mine did not. The stopper in the bathroom sink was so clogged with someone else's hair that I had to buy a different one for my stay. The toilet seat was only connected by one bolt & the shower head leaked at the water supply connection so extremely low pressure coming through the actual shower head, and bring your own washcloth, my room didn't have any & when i asked the front desk, my request went nowhere. The attendant said they'd have a couple brought by, but no one ever showed up, so i bought some for my stay. The electrical is just scary; there was a ticking noise coming from the power supply by the nightstands at the head of the bed, only two of the outlets worked & none of the USB power supplies. If you just need a place to stay for the night, it's survivable. If you need to get any kind of rest or be able to relax, not the place I'd choose. The room rates are in the same range as anywhere else, so there's no price discounts to make the no sleep, no coffee & someone else's hair worth it.

There could have been a 2nd trash can in our room. But that’s the only ‘complaint’ I can think of. We had a great stay.

While the hotel was nice, clean, and a great location there safety should be a top priority.

The breakfast was good! The staff was always helpful getting stuff we needed! Location was great. Literally minutes from Bricktown and all kinds of fun things in town. My kids loved the pool.

A door being propped open the entire time we were there. It appeared the card reader for the door beside the breakfast area was broken, so the door was propped open the entire time. We also reported to the desk a man walking around the parking lot attempting to get into cars and they didn’t seem concerned.

Horrible, will never book again

Wr booked a suite in advance and was giving a double , property smells funny and in a weird area nowhere in walking distance to Bricktown. Air conditioning broke so we had to leave and request a refund, vacation time to wasted driving all around the city and calling to find accommodation for my family. The air conditioning didn’t even turn on so they had to know it was broken beforehand.

Would stay again, but would have to bring our own signage and notebooks for tv channels.

Location was great for being close to things to do in OKC.

The room did not have a do not disturb sign in the room at all and had to ask two different shift staff members for one. No channel guide provided for the tv.

Unexpected trouble!

The location was near my function.

Checked in, went to my room and immediately checked out. The room was not as pictured. It smelled old,visible stains in the carpet, and the room was like a box with little walkability and my wife refused to stay. We drove 3 1/2 hours for a event and this did not go well. We were told we would be refunded after finding out my card was charged immediately for the entire stay. 😡 This did not set well, but was assured it would be done by the desk clerk Ihmal as I recall, hope I spelled it correctly. After driving around to get another hotel room, on day 2 of my stay I received a text that checkout was at noon at this hotel. I called immediately to let them know I was not in that hotel and was informed the system showed me in but checked out but no refund information. That was upsetting and after a conversation with that clerk she said I will get with the manager and supervisor regarding the refund. I confirmed no information did not show any mention of refund notification by the clerk. This clerk did respond back within the hour via a call and sent me refund confirmation via email. I appreciate her timely followup. I have never experienced pictured facilities as untrue this was a first. I will not do that again especially places I am not familiar with. I will not use this hotel again or brand chain period.

Hôtel mal entretenu et sale. 3ème literie en mauvais état. De nombreuses tâches sur canapé et salle de bain non nettoyée. Quartier pas très agréable. De l’autre côté d’une voie rapide, qui sépare l’hôtel des centres d’interêt. Bref à fuir !

It was ok.

Quiet for the most part. Some of the neighboring rooms were loud as they had small children.

Beds were too firm. Breakfast was lacking. Milk was expired and the kitchen staff acted like they didn't speak English. Did areas weren't kept clean during breakfast. Also, not enough parking. The parking lot was littered with food and garbage life someone threw out a whole garbage bag into their parking lot.

Excelente custo benefício.

Local novo, cheirando tinta ainda. Um apartamento, com sala, cozinha, quarto e banheiro. Duas televisões. Totalmente equipado. Estacionamento sem custo extra.

Told wrong breakfast time

Very new and clean. Spacious. Full kitchen I don’t know who would use it. But the fridge does get noisy at night. Nice bathroom.

Everything was fine until then next morning when I tried to go get breakfast. Last night during check in the staff member told me the breakfast is until 10 So I went down 9:30 in the morning and saw them closing the door and won’t let me in. So I went to the front desk and they told me that it closes 9:30 today. I said the guy yesterday told me it was until 10.the front desk said “it even have the sign” which wasn’t there and who go check the sign at the night before? I was very very disappointed. The low score is mostly because of this incident. They weren’t trying to fix it. And when I told the front desk to tell the other staff member from last time to not give false information, she was like “ehh”.

Location easy to find closed to freeway, Nice

The sink stack, I call them in the morning 09:00 am, and call again 14:00 pm no one coming, so I am lucky my husband fixed and the bathroom dirty, in the bathroom have dirty wast clothes hung on top of curtain. The food same all the time not a lot of choice, pork,ham, sausage most often, for seventh day Adventist only 🥚 all the time, they didn’t chicken or Turkey bacon, and the Orange juice have mold, is nasty! I book for my son graduation 🧑‍🎓 since 13-16 is not good experience!

Will definitely stay again.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating when I needed to stay an extra night. Even let me stay at the $65 rate I had booked for the night before.

Breakfast was okay, not my favorite, but definitely better than most hotels and had hot options.

Best hotel near bricktown

The location was excellent!!! It was close to bricktown and everything. They offered a free shuttle to anywhere we wanted. The rooms were huge and it came with pretty much a full kitchen. Th rooms were clean and no smell to anything. Full fridge with an ice maker 😮. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting OKC. Very Very pleased 👏

It was comfortable which is just about all I'm looking for when I travel for Affair of the Heart.

The staff was very friendly. I left a pillow and heating pad there when I checked out but it was safely tucked away for me to pick up the next day

The bathroom floor had a dirt build up behind the door. That is the only thing I would make different.

The BEST!

We have stayed 3 times here will having cancer surgeries at OUMC. Top notch staff, simple but beautiful decor, morning breakfast beyond all other hotel with breakfast, immaculately clean all the time, and all this for a GREAT price. The reasonable price is so helpful for us Senior Citizens that are having cancer treatment! I hope to never have to stay anywhere else while in okc!

Your hotel sucks

I was not allowed to check into the property I had cash was told it needed to be on a card. Went and put $ on my card. Went back and still was denied to be checked in. Was told I could not use my Mastercard because it's a prepaid card but I have stayed at this property several time with the same card and not issues. So I and my wife had to drive all the way back home at 2am from okc cause we had no place to stay.

Everything, your 2 front desk clerks that was rude to everyone in line and again 2 workers but only 1 doing anything and the other yelling at your customers.
