front lady desk was rude and to busy having a family reunion to help so booked a new hotel I couldn’t stay somewhere I was so mistreated. Very disappointed and never will spend my money here again

I was greeted by a lady at the front office who was unhappy and she began complaining about bookings.com bc they sold me a room that didn’t exist. I told her no problem, she could cancel on her end and I’d leave then she said to hold on. She went upstairs for 5-10 min and then came back and said she had a room. She gave me a key and I went upstairs and found the bed slept on and room dirty with bugs and food crumbs all over the tables and floors. When I told her how gross it was (bugs, hair, and food) she said nothing and refused to have it cleaned or cancel the reservation. I then had to leave, I was unable to cancel my reservation through Booking.com, because after check-in time, the hotel is responsible for canceling.

Great location for Work Traveling!

I booked this reservation on behalf of my son who was traveling for work. He found his room to be comfortable and clean. The location was excellent for his purposes. There were no complaints!

While okay, my son said that breakfast would have been better with more options. There was nothing else mentioned.

We booked 2 rooms and when we got in, 1 room was not available. Lady at desk was extremely rude even though we were being inconvenienced. I was going to keep the 1 room and search for another location for 1 room but the rudeness was not worth spending my money there. I don't know if the booking mishap was hotels fault of booking.coms fault but her blatant attitude and disrespect was uncalled for. I called her on her attitude before I left and she assured me that she had no attitude but it definitely changed as we talked before my departure.

Beware of this hotel AT ALL COSTS!!! They charge a $100 deposit (credit card only) without telling you up front. I'm currently still waiting for my deposit (which they blame on my bank but I used CashApp so that's a lie) and the staff is borderline hateful. I stay in hotels 350+ nights a year and this hotel was the worst I've stayed at in about 4 years. I honestly can't say one good thing about the hotel other than the location. Also, the "breakfast" they serve is coffee (which is constantly empty),hot chocolate, and oatmeal packets. Easily the most overrated hotel I've ever stayed in...

They're hateful and try to find reasons to keep your deposit.

There was no ice machine but was told our room had ice trays, we did not have them. One of the queen beds did not have a cover. The floor looked liked it had not been swept or vacuumed in months. Lots of local foot traffic for time of the evening. And unpleasant odor.

It was more affordable than many other hotels in the area. Everything was in working order, too.

Breakfast: You shouldn't advertise that you serve any kind of breakfast if all you serve is coffee and an envelope to make your own hot cereal. It's false advertising. I will think twice before letting the "breakfast" offer sway me to choose a hotel in the future.
