Grija față de clienți a personalului. Amabilitatea si promptitudinea lor . Curățenia și finisajul camerelor. Mi-a fost anulat zborul inițial și mi-au reprogramat rezervarea gratuit. Mii de mulțumiri. Mi-au pastrat bagajele până am plecat la aeroport.

Comoda posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Cordialità e gentilezza del personale. Pulizia eccellente. Servizio di deposito bagagli. Abbondante colazione con prodotti dolci e salati. Camera tripla molto spaziosa, recentemente rinnovata.

Ottima posizione, camera piccola ma ben arredata e soprattutto funzionale, bagno buono e abbastanza spazioso (ma senza bidet), colazione molto ricca con dolci deliziosi, staff cordiale.

O hotel está todo renovado, com ótimas comodidades e a maior televisão que já vi num hotel. Funcionários super simpáticos, guardaram as nossas malas e certificaram-se de que tudo estava como gostaríamos. Perto da estação central de Nápoles, uma ótima escolha!

O hotel localiza-se numa zona de muitos feirantes, pelo que fui abordada constantemente na rua pelos mesmos. Senti-me um pouco insegura, por isso, mas tudo correu bem.

Goed Prima plek om te verblijven als je Napels wil verkennen.

Schone, ruime kamer. Vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie, 20 min van vliegveld met Alibus.

Met de lampen aan was het wel erg licht, lampjes boven bed was even zoeken hoe die uitgingen.

La camera è molto carina e spaziosa con un balconcino, la colazione è buona e abbondante, il personale della reception è gentile e simpatico.

La porta della camera non si chiude facilmente.

Praktisch, wenn man mit dem Zug ankommt!

Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt vis à vis Bahnhof. Das ist sehr praktisch, bei später Anreise mit dem Zug. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig (Früchte, Eier, Bruscette)

Die Umgebung um den Bahnhof ist ein bisschen abgerockt.

Piccola fuga da Roma

La posizione dell'hotel centralissima, proprio davanti alla stazione centrale. Hotel pulito e letti comodi. Inoltre ottima colazione con molta varietà di prodotti sia dolci che salati. Il personale dell'hotel gentilissimo, ci ha dato valide indicazioni affinché il ns. soggiorno fosse ben sfruttato sia su cosa vedere e dove andare a mangiare. Anche se siamo stati una notte soltanto ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff. Lo consiglio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Soggiorno tranquillo in una città bellissima con gente cordiale

Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile. Ci hanno danno un sacco di informazioni utili per girare la città. Gianmarco, della reception, ci ha suggerito cosa vedere e dove mangiare. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda per raggiungere tutto, sia a piedi che con i mezzi (la metro è a 2 passi)

Comodo per i tocca e fuggi a Napoli

Camere ben ristrutturate, moderne. Spaziose non manca nulla. Comodo per chi è di passaggio e passa la giornata a visitare Napoli. Il personale è molto cordiale e simpatico.

Il quartiere purtroppo è quello che è. Peccato che la. Mia camera era affacciata su un cortile interno con una montagna di spazzatura.

Estancia perfecta. La mejor opción en Nápoles.

Todo fue perfecto: - Habitación muy limpia: nos la limpiaron todos los días sin que tuviéramos que pedir nada e incluso nos dejaban detalles como caramelos. Además de que había agua en la nevera cuando llegamos (con y sin gas) y también había café, té y unas tostaditas sin coste alguno. La habitación tenía una TV grande (no sabemos de cuántas pulgadas sería pero más de 50" seguro). El wifi iba bien y permitía subir a la nube todas las fotos hechas durante el día. - Servicio muy amable, atento y simpático: estuvieron pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda y sin problemas. Llegamos tarde al hotel y no hubo ningún problema porque tienen recepción todo el día y noche. Incluso tuvieron un detalle de despedida. - Desayuno de calidad incluido: el desayuno era variado y todo estaba muy bueno. Estaban pendientes de reponer los alimentos que se acababan para que los tuvieras siempre disponibles. - Bien comunicado: he leído malas críticas sobre la zona donde se encuentra el hotel y creo que son injustas porque Nápoles es una ciudad que tiene las calles sucias y de eso no tiene la culpa el hotel. Todo el centro de Nápoles está igual de sucio...¿cómo se puede culpar al hotel de esto? Todo el hotel está muy limpio y ordenado. En cuanto al ambiente del barrio nosotros no vimos nada raro ni peligroso y creo que a quien le moleste que haya inmigrantes en la zona debería tener en cuenta que no hacen nada malo, tan solo venden en unos puestos que montan por la mañana por lo que yo no veo ningún problema. La estación Garibaldi está justo saliendo del hotel y te permite ir al centro por la línea 1 y Pompeya por la línea circunvesubiana, por lo que para nosotros esto es un punto a favor.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Good breakfast. Despite the busy location and our room being on the first floor, there was little to no noise from outside when we closed the balcony door. Helpful and friendly staff.

Soggiornato 3 notti. Camera moderna, confortevole con una buona insonorizzazione vista la vicinanza con la stazione dei treni. Bagno pulito. Buona colazione con ampia scelta e dolci fatti in casa. Comodo alla metro ed alle principali attrazioni.

La porta della stanza un po' malandata per apertura e chiusura.

Soggiorno piacevole nella meravigliosa Napoli

Camera accogliente, pantofole in dotazione. Acqua nel frigobar, bollitore, tisane e nescafè a completa disposizione. Gentilezza del personale dello staff, pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Buona la colazione: ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Le torte fatte in "casa" , davvero buone Possibilità di lasciare gratuitamente a deposito le valigie dopo il check out. Vicinanza alla stazione ed anche alle fermate degli autobus e della metropolitana.

Il continuo passaggio di operai tra i tavoli della colazione ed il buffet, durante l'orario della colazione, che scaricavano con il carrellino merce nel deposito (capisco che sia una cosa essenziale, ma magari poteva essere organizzato in altro orario)

Good for one night before leaving. Near the station and city hostel

Clean, amazing staff, easy to find and lovely breakfast. Fab smart TV!

Air conditioning was either very cold or off. There was no way to deadbolt or manual lock from inside and the main lock didn’t appear to engage fully.

Lovely hotel - shame about the area

Hotel was really clean and well organised. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Hotel was very short walk from the train station.

Area hotel is in near the station is not great and does not feel safe to walk around. Shame as there are some nice restaurants nearby and the hotel is lovely.

Praticamente tutto personale garbato ed estremamente cordiale pulizia eccelsa secondo i miei canoni camere spaziose moderne e ben curate colazione abbondante e con cibo di qualità con marchi italiani struttura ben fatta in un luogo strategico con stazione centrale per poter raggiungere ogni parte della Campania tipo la penisola sorrentina che va sicuramente visitata se vieni in questo posto e poi sempre a due passi la linea uno la nuova metropolitana di Napoli che vi fa arrivare in ogni luogo della città in pochissimi minuti spero di ritornarci siete stati fantastici

Great hotel close to station

Don’t judge from the outside! Once indoors the hotel is of a high standard, clean well equipped rooms, good air conditioning and friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast too, very close to railway station and metro to the centre of the city

Welcome sanctuary for a weary traveler stranded by the airlines.

Friendly, responsive desk manager. Rooms have clearly been modernized somewhat recently and were comfortable and clean. Appreciated VERY MUCH having the ability to control the A/C temperature. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great croissants at breakfast. Lots of clear, easy-to-understand instructions in multiple languages. Although I didn't use them, the slippers were a nice touch.

I'm an American who misses ice cubes for cold drinks. Also the shower head was set quite a bit high for short people like me to reach and adjust direction. Please supply a non-slip mat for shower.

Great stay, really friendly staff who were more than willing to assist me plan my activities.

The location is great because it is a mere walking distance from the central station but you just need to extra careful because some parts of the short short walk to the hotel do not look safe. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
