Gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer war ansprechend ausgestattet, super Lage zum Zentrum, nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können, das Badezimmer war allerdings top.

I enjoyed my stay.

Having a kitchen and a bathroom to myself makes it very convenient. The kitchen utensils are adequate enough. The Studio apartment is very clean.

Location is difficult to trace as the building number is hidden. The area is located in an industrial area which makes security a bit concerning. However, once settled in, the location becomes easier to commute.

This suited me perfectly for a night.

It had everything I needed, including basic bits in the kitchen (eg washing up liquid, oil, salt, coffee, milk) which I had not expected. The room was a good size and felt airy.

It was noisy when people came in late at night, but that’s to be expected in London.

Not as described, hugely disappointing …

It was close to public transport

Not as described - no table to facilitate family meals and pictures were of another flat and did not resemble the flat we stayed in. Local building work started at 0230hrs with vehicles reversing outside the flat - this continued routinely making sleep difficult. Work was not limited to during the day as highlighted in description. Completely ruined our holiday. Owner did not respond to concerns raised.

Where do I start place is nothing like the photos and we stayed in one them shown bugs crawling in shower wen attempted to just wash hair it flooded and blocked up for over 20 mins 2 out 3 chairs broken couldnt change tv remote wouldnt allow it no buttons to change channel on tv either,laminate flooring coming up loads dirt on walls needs a gd clean and freshen up only stayed cos couldnt get anywere else wish i had read reviews further back as same issues since 2022 sent my issues to manager who seen message but no reply they dont care took the money wouldnt not reccomend would not use again

Horrible, don’t visit!

The apartment was beyond dirty, they gave us 2 towels for 4 days and 2 small rolls of toilet paper. When we asked for more towels, the owner just ignored us. The cutlery was dirty and greasy, there was a bit of blood on one towel. There were spider webs on the walls and the ceiling, the shower was dirty… The location was OK, it was easy to get around, even though it’s in an industrial zone. The building smelled like marihuana more than a few times and we didn’t feel safe in it. All in all, a horrible experience.

Passable

Communication with staff was easy, efficiant and quick response. Apartment was very warm and spacious enough for comfortable stay. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Apartment appeared quite used and unkept with scratches and damages on the furniture. Bathroom floor was very cold and there was no bathroom floor matt or carpet. We moved livingroom carpet and found used condoms under it what made us question general clealiness.

I was completely miserable sub-stance place to stay!

this was not the room I received! my room was not as bright and spacious as this one described! I got something totally different and was forced to keep it because I was prevented from canceling!

nothing, the location was isolated located in a very desolate area. barren at nights was feeling safe so avoided leaving the place at nights! The alarm kept going off and it was both annoying and inconvenient! This was a hellish 3 weeks almost. couldn’t wait to leave! believe a camera was also in the room!

Good price and easy access to the city

the place is just 5 minutes away from 390 bus stop ( bus line that can get you to city center, 15 minutes to St. Pancras and King's cross station). There are sainsbury mini market, local shop and several restaurant very close which is really covenient. Overall the place is nice, the bed and sofa bed and studio type apartment. There is kitchen and fridge you can use to minimize the budget on food.

Unfortunately there is broken things like a cupboard door, laundry hanging rack, loose cushion chair seat(the seat always falls wheb trying to seat on it) and no hook for clothes at the bathroom which makes it less comfortable. The room is in the basement & the air circukation is not very good, which can be really hot during summer.

Happy with the stay

Nice to have everything available in one room and it was spacious. We liked the simple way of having a box for the room key so the check-in was simple.

The radiators was on when we came and this was summer and hot. Where able to turn them off so it was okay. Other than that there was just small things that is expected of a place in London for a lower cost. A little dust, not very central and a bit old.

Easy and fast contact with the owner - we got all information that we needed. localisation was very good. kitchinette was well equiped. beds were very comfortable. we had a very nice stay there!

unfortunately shower was not really clean. There is a mold in the shower, it could be cleaner. The rest was very good!

The location is central and convenient. The owner has been really kind, flexible with my check out.

The room was dark and without fresh air (basement); the pan was rusty and therefore it could not be used.
