Emplacement top. Bonne literie. Propreté.

Equipement succinct : un seul verre à pied en verre (au pays de Murano !), peu d'ustensiles pour cuisiner, pas de torchons. Une moustiquaire HS et de nombreux moustiques.

Great spacious value for such a central yet quiet location

Location was central: San Marcos square, Rialto valparetto, etc yet quiet area. 2 bathrooms for two couples. Minimal keys (code for front door to building) . Minimal yet comfortable furnishings. The two double bedrooms are opposite ends of apartment

Single bedroom and double bedroom are divided by storage closet= wall doesn’t reach top (see pic) so beware no privacy. Run by a company and contact via what’s app. Only available during their business hours. No storage and barely floor space to open luggage in one of the bedrooms. Mosquitos in the apartment (hole in window screens?). Freezer frosted over. Be aware 2 nd floor and no elevator. Google maps not accurate for the address

Very good

Overall, the apartment felt very comfy, cozy and safe. It was nice and quiet, the wi-fi was great and the air conditioners worked perfectly - but the filters might need a clean as it was a bit dusty. We kept all the windows closed to make sure there were no bugs and that place was cool. Location was amazing.

Getting up the stairs with heavy luggage was a bit of a challenge, but not the end of the world. There was a little bit of mould on the shower tiles, and some stains on the towels. The apartment was also a little difficult to find but the pdf that was given to us helped a lot. The only other thing was that there was like 3 ants in the bathroom. Apart from this, we were pretty happy with our stay, especially for the price.

Exceptional

We loved the spacious apartment. It had 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a sitting and eating area, plus a kitchen. It was in a good location near the Rialto Bridge. Many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.

Overall location relative to the landmarks was good .

Directions to the place were not good . Got lost upon arrival and messaged the host . 7 pm but no response until next morning . Would help to get a small map . Apartment is on 2nd floor with lots of stairs . Dark and dingy entrance in a narrow alleyway. Not inviting at all . Open the door and stare into the bathroom .

good location

The apartment was quite disappointing. Cleanliness was lacking & did not provide basics such as hand soap or even place to put soaps while in shower. Upon entering was very musty & the entry to building was dark, dirty & unsafe. Additionally, the responses to questions weren’t very friendly and the fact we were not allowed to use 3rd bedroom even though it was listed in description was very disappointing. I would not recommend to anyone.

Good location.

In general the flat looks smaller than 70m2, it's hard to bealeve that the flat where 70m2. For seven peopoles to tight. Dirty dishes, Through the kettle. In the bathroom wasn't hooks for towels Full floor with the ants, For the late arrival missing tea/ coffee, water in the breakfast.
