Es war direkt im Zentrum. Man konnte alles zu Fuss sehen. Wir hatten ein bequemes Bett und ein relativ kleines Zimmer, was aber für zwei Personen gereicht hat. Man konnte in der Lobby etwas zu trinken oder zu essen kaufen, was sehr praktisch war.

Leider war das Bad zu klein. Es war sehr eng, um auf die Toilette oder in die Dusche zu gehen. Zusätzlich war es leider auch sehr hellhörig. Man konnte immer alles hören. Am Morgen wurden immer wieder Schränke auf und zu gemacht. Aber ohne Rücksicht auf andere zu nehmen, welche extra das "don't disturb" Schild an der Türe hatten. Das Personal hätte ein wenig mehr gesprächig sein können.

Extrem gute Lage. Freundliches Personal. Obwohl zentral sehr ruhig.

Tagesdecke vom Bett war von anfang an etwas dreckig.

Perfecte plek om Amsterdam te verkennen.

Prima ligging om de stad te verkennen. Vlakbij het centraal station en binnen enkele minuten wandelen zit je vlak ik het centrum. Ruime en nette kamer.

Great location, but expensive

The location was great near the station. Breakfast was plentiful and good selection.

The bathroom needed complete refurb, shower leaked badly so bathroom floor completely flooded after 1 shower. Mould on bathroom ceiling. cleanliness questionable as found toenail in bed. Expensive for what it was

Uitstekende locatie en prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zeker in orde

Goede locatie, goede ontvangst. Het hotel is vrij basic (zowel ontbijt, als faciliteiten) maar in het algemeen was het wel wat je ervan kan verwachten prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. In het algemeen, heel tevreden.

Geen super uitgebreid ontbijt maar het ontbijt dat er was, was wel in orde! De netheid van de badkamer was in het algemeen zeker in orde, maar de kleine hoekjes en kantjes werden niet super grondig schoongemaakt.

Nice hotel in a good location

It would have been nice to know about the construction in the hotel. Our other traveling party had to chance there room due to no electricity on two occasions,

Réservation de dernière minutes qui s'est très bien passée. Nous avons apprécié la prise en charge et le service de bagagerie.

La proximité de la chambre avec la salle du restaurant, c'était bruyant.

Great value for money accommodation, spacious rooms with great breakfast buffet

It was a very central location and easy access from the station on arrival in Amsterdam. The night staff was very friendly at reception even when it was late. the buffet breakfast was great value for money. We felt secure at the venue and the rooms had all we needed and was spacious enough.

The road works outside the Hotel but that was not within the Hotel's responsibility - it made access with travel bags a bit of a challenge.

Convenient location about 10 mins from Centraal Railway Station.

A lot of roadworks outside the hotel.Although to be fair that was not the fault of the hotel!!

Go location, nice staff, but the room let it down.

Room was very impractical, no place for suitcases, they had to be in the bathroom. Room was dark, even with all lights switch on. Bathroom towels could only be above the toilet, no place to put toilet bags, except around the rim of the wash. When showering, the floor is flooded.

I liked the hotel.

The room we took was big enough. the location is good.

didn't have a bath tub, and it's hard showering a baby without one. also, the sink is very small and you can't put almost anything around it.

Good stay - would go again

Location was perfect for walking round the city - everywhere was very easy to walk to and we weren't far from the station. Our room was perfect for 3 adults - 5 single beds on 2 levels - so privacy available. Room was a good size with plenty of storage and a decent shower. Breakfast was fine - enough choice to satisfy most - coffee was good! Staff were friendly and helpful at reception and breakfast.

Our room floor wasn't massively clean and the room wasn't cleaned/tidied for the whole of our stay. When I mentioned at reception - thinking it was policy - they were surprised too. It wasn't a huge issue as we were back late every evening, but it would have been nice to have had beds made. If this happens, then mention to reception as we were told it should be done.

Perfect location, quiet and clean with wonderful staff.

Superb location, the tram stops are right outside the door. One stop to Centraal Station, and one stop to Damrak / Dam Square. Perfect.

Nothing, the room was quite small, but location more than made up for it.

Easy to get everywhere with the location

The bed was comfy and was very clean

Very small room and bathroom for what you pay , the tv wasn’t working even thou had spoke to staff and didn’t get sorted

A good basic hotel for tourists right on the main tram line close to Central Station.

Super location, fine breakfast and helpful staff.

Room was cramped with rather typical European shower where everything in the bathroom get wet when using it. Floor seemed to have some small stones that never got vacuumed up from before our stay. Most else seemed amply clean.

Pleasant

Room was great. Small but perfect for myself. Great location. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was shockingly terrible. Really really poor selection and what there was in the hot section was borderline inedible. Shame as was looking forward to Breakfast after the rest of my experience being so good.
