Vriendelijk behulpzaam en schoon

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze hebben voor ons de taxi naar Schiphol aangevraagd en geholpen met de juiste tijden om te vertrekken.

Freundlicher und professioneller Empfang an der Rezeption. Shuttle Service freundlich und zuverlässig. Logistisch gut zu erreichen. Frühstückspersonal z.T. freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer ruhig

Hotel wirkt veraltet und stillos. Gastronomie hat rundum nicht überzeugt. Leider keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten im Umfeld. Restaurant wirkt vernachlässigt.

A comfortable and accommod hotel for near the Amsterdam airport at a reasonable price.

Rooms were large and comfortable with lots of glasses, towels, and shower. Very nice and helpful staff. Large bus to and from the hotel. A very nice place to stopover in Amsterdam.

Paying for the buss on the way back. No microwave or ice that we could find. limited shuttle times in the morning.

Nice and Comfy and Convenient stay for a night to catch an early flight.

The Shuttle going to and from Airport. Warm and Friendly Staff. Bacon and Cheese, Fruits and more for breakfast.

Nice hotel nearby the Schiphol airport with shuttle bus

Easy to access from airport with shuttle bus. Room is clean with enough space. The staff is friendly.

Very unlikely that i will be staying here again!

I was put in a room that had an adjoining door, my neighbor was loud, therefore heard everything until around 2am until he/she decided to go to bed. Very bad nights sleep.

It was convenient but nothing special

Convenient location with a shuttle bus to the airport.

It is a bit dated, check in/out wasn’t very quick, breakfast was OK but nothing crazy. Overall expensive for what it is, but that’s Netherlands. Accommodation is just ridiculously expensive there.

I picked the hotel for the airport transportation and price. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Good price.

The heat didn’t work in our room so they sent housekeeping to give us a space heater. The room did warm up. I thought it was an odd way to handle the problem since the hotel was not full.

Had beter gekund

Goed bed, gratis parkeren en schoon, dame van receptie liep mee omdat plattegrond niet helemaal duidelijk was.

Wachttijd bij inchecken, badkamer gedateerd, weinig info over bijv. uitchecktijd op kamer en niet bij inchecken, veel geluiden van water op de kamer (kan aan buren gelegen hebben), geen zakelijk factuur ontvangen terwijl hier bij inchecken om gevraagd en daarna ook nog een keer om gevraagd per mail. Nog steeds niet ontvangen.

Cool modern hotel with clean decor & very friendly staff

Proximity to the airport & free shuttle were very advantageous. Staff were super friendly & so nice l literally wished l could go home with the server at breakfast - she was so kind to us! Breakfast was superb

I couldn’t quite work out the air con/heating situation, but muddled through so that l wasn’t cold. The bathroom & hallway lighting had sensors & if you switched them off & tried to move away they flicked back on, which was most disconcerting late at night. Using the toilet in the night meant you didn’t need to touch the switches at all, as the bathroom lit up by itself once you entered. Pretty cool to be fair!

Super goed verblijf in een mooie kamer met zeer vriendelijke receptionisten.

We kregen van de receptioniste een gratis upgrade naar een Business Class kamer. Deze kamer was ruim, had een groot bad en al de nodige voorzieningen zoals een grote kluis, koffie en thee faciliteiten en airco.

We waren heel tevreden, er viel ons niets tegen.

Etwas teuer, aber praktisch, falls man zum Flughafen muss

Flughafentransfer hat super geklappt! Sauber und gute Ausstattung im Bad. Kaffee an der Rezeption, den man sich vor der Abreise nehmen kann.

Bad etwas hart und man konnte kein Fenster nicht öffnen.

Good clean hotel

A very nice clean room, bigger than most I have experienced in Amsterdam. The staff was friendly and accommodated where they could. I would stay here again.

The airport shuttle situation. Free to the hotel, but 5€ to return to the airport. It is quite a ways away from anything so you are locked into staying at the hotel. Not walking distance from anything.

Fijn verblijf

Fijn hotel voor een overnachting bij Schiphol. Snelle shuttleverbinding. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed restaurant, waar er heerlijk hebben gegeten. We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een grotere kamer. Uitstekend bed.

Not a nice experience

Rooms clean and spacious

Communication recieved from hotel very poor and assistance non existant. I have send an email two days prior my arrival to request an extra day accommodation. I did not receive any reply and even after arriving at the hotel I was not able to get any answer from them. I was just told to contact the front desk the folowing morning without any excuse or question or explanation. The next morning I was just bluntly informed that they cannot accommodate me with the result that I had to find other accommodation on a very short notice. I was dissapointed in the way i was treated by the reception desk staff and i dont think I wil stay at the Radison Blu in future.

Sehr sauber top Modern ausgestattet trotz Econemy Zimmer war alles da kühlschrank Tee wasserkocher Bügeleisen 2 Kissen zur Auswahl Betten waren Mega bequem..

Die blonde Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich es ging lediglich um ein Café.....
