Nice location. Lousy services. would not recommend this for the price that we paid.

Breakfast was good although it was difficult to get the attention of waiters who always seemed busy or missing. Had to wait over 10 mins for a cup of coffee. The tall chef with glasses was awesome. Made us eggs to order and served them to us at the table. very friendly. there's an older lady in the service staff, blonde hair. she was not friendly. always rushing and not taking the time to say hello yet she spent time at other tables that were Dutch-speaking guests. very weird

No wi-fi for 3 days!! with no explanation except to say it's a big issue and we don't know how long it will take. Housekeeping was very poor. The beds were never made properly, crumpled sheets every day. Trash and dirty cups and glasses were left in my room for 2 days. The housekeeping staff came and washed the dirty cups and glasses in my bathroom sink!!?? that's so unhygienic. Nobody helped us to take our luggage to the room on check and we had 3 big suitcases and we were in 541 the furthest room from the elevator.

Lage und Zimmer, Qualität der Speisen, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Sternchen innen

Überteuerte kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (27,50€ pro Tag), die fast immer ausgebucht sind. Totales Chaos beim Frühstück, Personal schickt einen zu Tisch A, dort wird man von einem Kollegen verscheucht, weil schon besetzt und zu Tisch B geschickt. Während man frühstückt, wird man angesprochen, ob man in dem Chaos nicht noch jemand Wildfremdes am Tisch sitzen haben möchte. Gewisse Speisen wurden nur nachgefüllt, wenn man danach gefragt hat, die Kaffeemaschinen funktionierten nur teilweise und wenn man dann eine Cappuccino bestellt hat, kam auch der erst nach wiederholtem Nachfragen. Obwohl wir explizit ein ruhiges Zimmer erbeten hatten, war nachts vor unserem Fenster immer Party und Leute haben rumgebrüllt bis morgens um 5. Frühstück sollte im Preis enthalten sein, was dann aber seltsamerweise nicht der Fall war und man dann 25 Euro pro Frühstück pro Nase nachzahlen durfte. Das wurde einem dann durch einen Zettel mitgeteilt, den man uns unter der Tür durchgeschoben hatte (kommen Sie bitte zur Rezeption, Sie haben unbezahlte Posten :). Dann wurde einfach versucht, fast 200 Euro von der Kreditkarte abzubuchen, mit der man die Tourismussteuer und eine Cola beim Frühstück (3,60€, natürlich nicht im Preis von 25 Euro enthalten) mit der Begründung jaaaa, Sie hatten ja keine Karte hinterlegt ... okayyyyy. Bezahlt hatten wir vorab über booking und uns wurde auch nicht mitgeteilt, dass man die Karte belasten würde.. was ja okay gewesen wäre, hätte man es vorab erläutert. 200 Euro weil man ja theoretisch 3 mal hätte frühstücken können. Macht Sinn. WLAN funktionierte auf dem Zimmer nur ab und an ... meist gar nicht. Immerhin war das Zimmer geräumig, sauber, das Bett bequem, und was es beim Frühstück gab, war lecker und frisch. Auch waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und wirkten bemüht, insgesamt hat das Hotel Luft nach oben, alles ein bisschen chaotisch.

Vriendelijke ontvangst en duidelijke uitleg Kamer ruim, net en mogelijkheid om een raam open te zetten. Fantastische douche Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met opnieuw vriendelijke ontvangst Uitchecktijd 12u Een van de beste hotels waar ik heb verbleven. Stekkie voor Eindhoven gevonden

Goed ontbijt. Wat weinig plaats en zeer vriendelijk personeel

Ik ken het oude Cocagne. Vind nu de entrée wat kil. Een hotel bar moet voor mij intiem zijn wat niet het geval is met de doorkijk vanuit de hal. Het was een druk weekend maar ik vind het komen en gaan van badjassen en zelfs gasten (op blote voeten wat verboden moet worden uit hygiène overwegingen) niet prettig. Het ontbijt op de eerste verdieping met uitzicht zou stuk gezellig zijn dat tegen incheckende gasten aan te kijken.

Lage im Zentrum alles zu Fuß erreichbar, eigene Tiefgarage , schneller Check in ( drei Schalter besetzt ) Zimmer mit allen Extras z.b. De locatie was super! Hiernaast beviel de kamer ook enorm. Leuk dat er airco is. Gratis water ter beschikking in de welness ruimte!

De handdoeken pluizen enorm waardoor er geregeld stofjes van de handdoek aan onze bleven plakken. Lange wandeling naar de kamer doorheen meerdere gangen met kamers.

Expectations were barely met.

It's fancy. Its a large hotel that keeps up to its standards with their rooms and for the comfort of their guests. They let you place your luggages with them at reception so you don't have to lug it around until check in.

For the price that I paid and for the number of days that I stayed, would've thought there would be more variation to the breakfast. Though every day was the same thing being offered. Booking.com also doesn't always pay for the city tax.

Location is perfect as its in city center and close to a lot of activities and restaurants.

Breakfast was not great and the old wing of the hotel is not as nice as the newer wing which is mostly offered to members of the hotel group.

Hotel exceeds all expectations!

Possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room was immaculate, fantastic facilities. Really enjoyed! The spa and leisure centre was beyond our best hopes, loved it, loads different amenities. Easily could spend hours there.

It was reassuring to know that I could request fresh towels or bedsheets if needed, and the room was consistently well-maintained throughout my stay. However, one minor drawback I noticed was the presence of dust particles in the room. It seemed that the larger the room, the dustier it tended to be. Super place to stay well recommended!

Everything . The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed and bedding were super comfy . The room was spacious and spotlessly clean . Breakfast was fantastic although a little chaotic. There was so much choice . In a perfect location . Just great

The only small thing we thought were the parking fees. We have stayed in several hotels with parking over the past 2 weeks as we have our car and this is the most expensive by far but it wouldn't put us off coming back .

The bed wasn’t made properly. Also the cleaning ladies barged in even though we only stayed for one night, it is not logical for them to enter at 10:00. They should wait until the guest is checked out.
