The staff, the location

The mattress on the bad was very bad, the air conditioner cannot turn off, the water in the bathroom does not stop, the carpet is very dirty

This hotel needs to renew decor and improve access to parking. Not even a glass or a cup in the room to use for a glass

Location in centre of Eindhoven nice

No breakfast, no parking, noise from the street, decor in room dark, stained carpets, Air Condition difficult to adjust

Great place and staff, but need to be more organized.

Room and baths were clean and comfort.

I got shower and of course needed a hairdryer but it didn't work. Because of there is no telephone in the room, I had to go down the reception, told the situation. He said me that he would bring me a spare hairdryer, then I went back to room. After 15 minutes he came without dryer, checked my bath and said that it was broken. So, you should also check equipments too like your bedsheets, towels, soaps etc... And I slept with my long and wet hair. Maybe he could send me to another empty room for using hairdryer, just a solution. And the heat control was at maximum 24 Celcius, that was really hard for me not to get cold. Also it would be better if there were slippers to wear.

my room had a bad smell in it, and a bag of rubbish was left in there. also I had a jacuzzi. but with a sign in saying I could not use it.

The room was very dark. Even if you turn all lights on it was still very dark.

Location was very good.

We stayed for 4 nights and we had to make our own beds on 2 nights. The reception could not assist as they have an outsourced service. The air-conditioning didnt work for 2 days. The rooms were also not cleaned. The shower drain was clogged an no one could fix it for 2 days.

The transparent door between the bedroom and the bathroom is a bit annoying.
