De passage

Petit déjeuner, piscine. Propre et joli d'extérieur. Quelques bornes pour recharger la voiture.

Meuble abîmé, tuyauterie bruyante. Proximité bruyante avec la grande routes l'on est dehors. La vitre entre le reste de la chambre les wc/salle de bain pourrait gêner certaine personnes.

Comfortabel.

Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en lekker. Alles werd goed aangevuld en je kwam niets te kort. De badkamer was anders dan dat ik was gewend. De overgang van badkamer naar slaapkamer was een grote glazen wand, wel met een rolgordijn aanwezig. Er was een grote regendouche aanwezig en de badkamer was ruim. De kraan van de wasbak was naar mijn idee te groot voor het design wasbak. Het water spatte er makkelijk overheen. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Er viel me niets tegen. Het enige is dat de verhouding kraan/wastafel voor mij wennen was. Het water spat alle kanten op zodra de kraan te hard wordt opengedraaid. Maar dat is even wennen, maar niet zodanig van aard dat het me tegen viel.

Fawlty Towers. Hospitality ver te zoeken.

Ruime keuze ontbijt en verschillende zitruimtes. Zwembad en gym aanwezig. Goede ligging hotel zowel voor de bereikbaarheid als voor liefhebbers van natuur.

Check-in, check-out ronduit slecht. Suite viezig en muf. Locatie top. Geen service, geen glimlach, er kon net een hallo vanaf. Ik had een early check-in gereserveerd ivm een bijeenkomst die ik op tijd moest halen (na een lange reis alleen tijd om te douchen en strijken). Duurde een kwartier aan de balie voordat die notitie in de reservering bevestigd werd. Je zou verwachten dat de front-office een ochtendbriefing doet met bijzonderheden per kamer. Maar goed. Op de vraag of er alsjeblieft een strijkplank naar de kamer gebracht kon worden, werd deze me bij de receptie in de handen geduwd 'uw kamer is in het tweede gebouw, trap af, hoek om, rechtdoor, en dan naar de 2e verdieping'. (Sta je dan met koffers en een strijkplank). Had zo in Fawlty Towers gekund. Suite geboekt. Kamer rook oud en muf. Verouderd tapijt met vlekken. Lampen niet ingeplugt dus zelf op de knieën om stopcontact te zoeken. Heb de kamer een half uur moeten luchten en 's avonds met de balkondeur open geslapen. Check-out, ander personeelslid, zelfde verhaal. Geen glimlach, geen 'wat kan ik voor u doen', geen dankjewel. Sleutelkaart inleveren en tot ziens. Dat laatste betwijfel ik. Overigens is deze feedback 2 maanden geleden ook rechtstreeks naar het hotel gestuurd na invullen van hun survey, maar nog geen reactie ontvangen. Kortom: Als je een hotel zoekt op een topligging aan de weg en aan het natuurgebied dan is de Jagershorst prima. Verwacht verder niets onder de noemer hospitality. Het voelt als een hotel zonder ziel of bezieling. (Ik reis veel en ben zelden negatief over een accommodatie. Ik begrijp dat service jobs in Nederland onder druk staan, en dus personeel niet overal even goed op kan reageren. Maar de Jagershorst voelt als mismanagement en meer een 'formule'-hotel dat zich verbergt achter protocollen dan een hotel met een eigen karakter en serviceniveau)

Nice hotel in the green

Nice staff at the reception even when arriving late at night. Room is pretty big and clean. Bed is excellent. Location is directly off the highway but still very quiet and in the green

Didn’t look the bathroom with a freestanding bath tub with shower in it. It works but not very practical. The hotel rooms are being converted to showers. So some rooms have bath and some showers. Ask for what you prefer

Otherwise everything was perfect. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The bath tub... impossible to have a shower without getting everything wet.

OK for a night halt, but not for a longer break.

Friendly staff and good surroundings, ample parking, reasonable value for money.

This hotel is a bit too much "style over substance": great effort had been made to make it consciously stylish and funky, but much of it was poorly executed, or used inferior materials, for example a very poor quality plastic shower tray that flexed in every direction, and uncomfortable chairs in the restaurant.

Nice hotel with friendly people!

I've stayed here several times, the location is really good, nature on one side but right by the highway for easy access. The people are really friendly, food is good. Good value for your money

The hotel is a bit tired, the rooms are nice but there is always something that needs to be fixed. Shower heads are loose, faucets are rusty, wallpaper bubly, things like that. It's not really bad, but it would be nice if they would fix it.

Spacious bedrooms and massive bathroom and shower. Despite being located close to a busy road it was quite quite and it felt secluded. Food in the restaurant to die for.

The service in the restaurant at dinner time could have been quicker and more attentive

Good location for commuting to work.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant area was nice. Weather was nice on a couple of occasions so was able to sit outside. Hotel located in a nice area. Car parking was easy.

Menu was the same throughout my stay so got boring. The bathroom sink and bath drain plugs were almost blocked. so didn't drain properly. I would have preferred a walk in shower to the strange bath and overhead shower arrangement. Even with curtains around it, water leaked on to the floor.

Will try here again as I think they were so busy I didn't get a true representation of the property.

The hotel is in a great location and has a very nice setting . The entrance and outside seating area was very nice. Food was nice and pipping hot and not crazy expensive. I stay in in a lot of hotels over the year with both work and vacations and this will worth a visit to try when it is not Easter weekend

The room was not convenient to get to , through the lobby, down some stairs and along a walkway into another building . The room was very tired looking with rusty bathroom fixtures , non functioning heating and a poorly repaired shower.

Superb location, very clean and well presented hotel.

Lovely room, very clean and with plenty of space. Parking was excellent and overall very satisfied, with very helpful and friendly staff.

The room had two single beds pushed together and they were too soft..

Young, kind people serve in the restaurant. Great food - tasty and well arranged. The room was well appointed with a large double bed and a comfortable mattress. There were extra pillows.

The room was large but cold. There is a coffee machine, but it don't work. There is a bathroom and a bathtub, but the shower is broken. There is lighting, but the room is dark. There is more to be desired.....

Modern Hotel close to Motorway Junction, great food, good breakfast and very friendly.

Easy access from the motorway, good car park, 24 hour reception, perfect when you are not sure what time you will arrive. Really good restaurant and breakfast. Modern Bedrooms and warm. The swimming pool was free to use. Staff all spoke English and were very friendly and welcoming

There was nothing to dislike, it is a modern hotel with well trained staff.

Great, stylish hotel. Everything is new and pretty. Fabulous design of rooms and the hotel itself. Big free parking, wi-fi, gym, spa and delicious breakfast, what more do we need?

Very peaceful place to stay with all facilities. I just face an issue with the Wifi. Overall..good.

The room, restaurant, and breakfast were perfect.

Wifi was not up to the mark. Even I could not manage to send a few Emails.

Pleasant

The view of the forest from the bedroom. The swimming pool was very clean.

Because of the type of headboard, you cannot sit up and watch TV from the bed. The chairs are not comfortable. There was a coach party in the bar and we were not allowed in there. The restaurant was full and there is not enough seating anywhere else to be able to just have a beer. No vending machine.

a super hotel, friendly, clean comfortable, staff very willing to help and make our stay special. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and it really was very nice, and well equipped. Food was lovely, whole ambiance of the hotel was relaxed, informal, and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. Good air conditioning in room,

our room (327) as a junior suite had a beautiful spacious balcony, but below was a huge - but empty - commercial skip for rubbish and some wire strewn around, and didn't reflect the rest of the hotel. We didn't use the balcony as it was much more pleasant to sit anywhere else in the hotel, but if we had been staying longer, we would have felt we were missing out on a little outdoor relaxation.

Terrible and not good value for money

Receptionist at checking was totally engaged in whatever was occupying her time on the computer to properly address my wife apart from telling her we could not check in till 15.00. Admittedly we arrived earlier than expected, around 13.30 but there was No effort what so ever to communicate apart from”check in is at 15.00”, after a two hour drive we expected much better. The room was also well below expectation, tired looking and a pretentious bath/shower in the centre of the bath room. Cleanliness was also lacking in addition to tired soft mattress’s, could not wait to leave. Absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend this establishment.
