Perfect location for Berlin!

De praktische ligging in een rustige residentie en wijk. De faciliteiten in het appartement zijn ideaal om als gezin te verblijven. Ook met 2 koppels is het ideaal. Winkels en openbaar vervoer in de zeer dichte omgeving van het verblijf.

Zetelbed was niet echt praktisch om snel om te bouwen maar sliep blijkbaar heel comfortabel.

Very good communication and the location is close to public transportation. Nice neighborhood. Great playground around the back of the house.

Exceptional

The place is huge and I liked how it was decorated. Also the terrace is a nice touch and the beds are super comfortable. It's in a quiet residential area which is nice if you want to rest well.

I wish there were some toiletries such as body wash. The noise policy is quite strict so if you want to party then this is not the place to do it.

Great location. Spacious apartment with stylish design, fully equipped. Host was helpful.

The location is great. 5min walk away from the nearly tram stations and 10 to the metro station. Quite a few restaurants, cafes and shops are within 5min walk. The place is spacious. Beds are big. We like the stylish decoration of the apartments. The terrance is nice.

It would've been better if more toilet paper and extra 2 or 3 floor towels/matts for the bathroom were supplied given there were 5 guests staying for 6 nights.

Instructions to find the apartment and get the keys were provided well in advance and were very clear. The apartment was well-located and comfortable - nice to be provided with a few things in the kitchen to tide us over, and great to have the use of a washing machine during our stay. Rooms were very spacious and beds comfortable.

The router and the Philips Hue hub were unplugged on arrival, which meant that the Wi-Fi and smart lighting didn't work - eventually figured this out and fixed it, but was annoying to have to do so. The two main bedrooms are joined by a sliding door which lets a lot of noise through; I couldn't listen to a podcast without disturbing my friend in the other room. Would have been nice to have more than one set of keys between us.

Fabulous

Tea and tasty filter coffee was organized and it was very clean.our group enjoyed staying there.close to station. Self check in and check out was easy.many kitchen materials to prepare meal etc. Contact person was also helpful with all.

Washing mashine could be good.. Walls are thin we didnt party very late and not loudspeaking but neighbours complained once..
