Super verblijf op een super locatie

Super mooi, verzorgd hotel. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden, stille kamers, gezellige lobby. Fijn dat ze een parkeerservice hebben. Geweldige locatie, super centraal en direct bij diverse openbaar vervoer punten.

Ｉ had booked 3-nights lodging and a ticket to the Berlin Philharmonic on the day of our arrival in Berlin. The concierge was very helpful and kind in giving me directions on how to catch the bus to the venue.

Luxuriös. Äußerst zentral nahe beim Gendarmenmarkt in Mitte.

Nobel. Riesige Empfangshalle mit Treppenaufgang. Freundliches Barpersonal.

Etwas Wartezeit in der Schlange beim Auschecken. Aber das ist ja wohl bei einem gut besuchten Hotel nicht zu vermeiden

De kamer het riante bed. Alles was hysterisch en verzorgt. Uitstekend personeel. Top ligging in het centrum. Parkeergelegenheid vanuit het hotel.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located but very noisy, for us anyway, hence effecting sleep. We may been unlucky.

Location

The noise, we were given room adjacent to stairs with marble tile flooring where there was a store room. From about 6am onwards after first night housekeeper staff and others were wheeling trollies over floor, with a clicking noise from the tiles as the castors went from one tile to another, this woke us. We asked to be moved, and we were, only for worker to be fixing/drilling in room beside us the next morning. On that second morning we were already awake from what can only be described as large metal sheets being dropped, this went on from about 7.30am for about an hour.

Excellent hotel with great food, friendly staff in good location.

We had a very comfortable room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was in a convenient location for tourists. The food served in the restaurant/lounge was excellent with all dishes we had of superb quality, the hotel must have a very good chef.

Our room was quite noisy, but it is a city hotel so you can expect that.

We recommend and will come back when we visit Berlin again.

Everything was clean, classy, the stuff was being professional and polite, rooms are big enough for two people, very comfortable bed, the hotel lobby is outstanding, location of the hotel is excellent, you can walk around and in few mins get to places or shops. Wellness and spa services are good, the spa is for a fee.

The pool was closed but we didn’t know before we got there, we were looking forward for the pool.

Serh großes Hotel mit motiviertem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Hardware schon etwas älter

Schönes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Etwas muffiger Geruch nach altem Zigarettenrauch. Bad Ok aber der niedrigste Wasserdruck den ich in einem 5 Sterne Hotel je hatte. Das Frühstück war klasse!

Foi o hotel mais chique em que já me hospedei.

O hotel fica a um quarteirão da avenida Unter Den Linden, que é o coração da cidade de Berlim. O portão de Brandemburgo fica a dois quarteirões, e indo na outra direção você encontra todos os prédios históricos de Berlim, incluindo a ilha dos museus, catedral, à direita tem o bairro de Nikolaiviertel, lindo, cheio de bares e restaurantes, e por fim, no fim da Unter Den Linden encontramos a popular Alexanderplatz. Se você gostar de caminhar pode conhecer tudo isso a pé, como eu fiz no primeiro dia, mas tem uma estação de metrô com entrada na própria calçada do hotel. Viajei com minha irmã, então ficamos num quarto com duas camas de solteiro, que era muito amplo e confortável.

Tenho dois reparos a fazer. Uma é uma coisa comum nos hotéis da Alemanha, chuveiro com porta pela metade, que faz com que se molhe o chão do banheiro ao tomar banho. Mas ressalto que o banheiro era grande, bem iluminado e com uma grande bancada. Fui bem atendida por todos nesse hotel, sempre gentis, com uma exceção: o serviço de bar no térreo era demorado e displicente no atendimento a mesas.

Beautiful hotel, great location and must see atrium!

The hotel is beautiful - the lobby and atrium area are stunning and the room was really lovely, the bed was extremely comfortable and the cocktails we had in the bar were great too. It is ideally located for exploring the sites around Berlin.

The only negatives we found where the gym - it wasn't easy to find as the wellness area is mainly a spa and sauna so great if you are looking to use them but not if you want a little workout. The breakfast was nice but at 34 euros each we thought it was quite pricey for what you got and the cocktails were lovely but the bar service was not so friendly - we didn't know it was table service and were spoken to a little rudely by two members of the team when approaching the bar and placing an order.

ovely hotel located in the centre of the city. The main attractions of the city are within walking distance. Lovely lobby bar and acceptable restaurant. The staff at breakfast is also friendly and attentive.

Some staff at reception not attentive and friendly enough. Mini bar is empty and you have to go down to reception for water. Room cleaning is clean but there was always something missing: no tea bags, no make-up wipes.

Enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to most attractions or access public transport. Enjoyed the restaurant for breakf

Good size room. Convenient location to transport, sites and restaurants. Good breakfast choices and friendly staff.

The side of the bathtub, with shower was really high and quite difficult to get in and out of. Otherwise enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Wunderbares Hotel! Wir kommen wieder. Tolles Frühstück, tolle Lage, nettes Personal, sehr bequeme Betten, schöne Zimmer... sehr charmantes Hotel. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker.

Seit vielen Jahren das erste Mal, dass vom Hotel/ Rezeption kein Geburtstagsgruß kam. Keine Karte oder Blumen oder kleines Dessert mit Kerze. Nichts. Da war ich wirklich enttäuscht! Ausgenommen im Restaurant, wo wir für den Geburtstagsabend reservieren wollten und dort reinfeierten - da brachte uns Heiko um 00:02 2 Gläschen, sehr aufmerksam, vielen Dank!
