Everything was really great, except the bathroom

Loved the sound isolation! The room was very quiet. Great breakfast selection and area. Close to the u-bahn

We hated the sliding "door" for the bathroom. There's no privacy at all when you can't close a door. There was also a decorated glass between the bathroom and bed, so whenever you had to use the toilet during the night, the whole room would be bright, waking up the other person for sure. Really bad design.

Zu empfehlen

Direkt neben einer U-Bahn Station. Bluemax Theater zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksauswahl sehr groß.

Dass man erst ab 16:00 Uhr einchecken konnte, vorher hätte es Geld gekostet, und das finde ich Abzocke.

LAge und Frühstück toll - Service und Kundenfeundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut mit öff. Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Leider war aufgrund Maximalauslastung durch den Marathon das Paltzangebot begrenzt und die Schlangen an den Getränkestationen sehr lange. Auf Nachfrage wollten wir um eine Nacht verkürzen, da die Airline nur einen Rückflug am Samstag ermöglicht hat. An der Rezeption hat man sich auf das Buchungsportal herausgeredet. Keine Lösungsfindung, z. B. durch einen Gutschein. Flexibel ist anders. Dann halt eben nicht mehr. Der Reinigunsservice, obwohl jeden Tag gewünscht hat leider nur bedingt funktioniert. Und der vorgefunden Staub war auch nicht erst von der Woche vor unsererr Ankunft

Great location, would definitely stay again.

Great location, right next to Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park U-Bahn station, and U2 line covers many of the main attractions. The staff were lovely and polite, the room clean and comfortable.

No rotation of different types of cold meats or cheese at breakfast time; would liked to have had more variety.

sehr gute zentrumsnahe Alternative mit BIO Frühstück

Hotel liegt Zentrumsnah, Check Inn verlief genauso problemlos wie der check out, e- fahrzeuge können in der tiefgarage kostenlos geladen werden. preis ist mit 24,-€ am tag noch akzeptabel, sauberkeit und ausstattung sind für 4 sterne völlig in ordnung. das frühstück ist reichlich, vielfältig und sehr in richtung BIO orientiert.

da ich nur zum schlafen und frühstück hier war, gab es nichts zu bemängeln!

Find ich gut.

Freundliches Personal, ordentliches Frühstück, saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Die Lage an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Mendelsohn-Bartholdy-Park ist zweckmäßig. Insgesamt passt das schon, da kann man schon wohnen; aber für das gleiche Geld hats mir ehrlich gesagt in anderen Häusern in Berlin besser gefallen.

Das Haus ist recht groß, zwei Kongresse tagen parallel, da wirkt die Rezeption schon mal überfordert und hat lange Wartezeiten. Vielleicht sollte sich das Management entschließen, mehr Front-Desks zu besetzen. Es wird auf ewig ein Geheimnis bleiben, wie sich die vollautomatisierte Klimaanlage einstellen lässt: Mir war sie zu stark eingestellt, runterregeln ließ sie sich nicht. Auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren hier überfragt, den einzig zielführenden Tipp, das Fenster einen Spalt offen zu lassen, dann schaltet sich die Klimaanlage ab, fand ich etwas skurril. Das Hotel legt offenbar viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, aber im Detail scheints zu haken: Mülltrennung im Zimmer, aber das Putzpersonal wirft in der Hektik dann doch wieder alles zusammen.

Every thing is ecological but could not collect water in the washing basin as the stopper was not designed to collect water in the basin, thus water should be running all the time when in use, which is not ecological.

Ottima posizione, ben servita da mezzi pubblici, camere ampie e luminose, letti di ottima qualità, colazione davvero al di sopra delle aspettative, personale gentile e disponibile (meno la dirigenza).g Ci torneremo.

Un sorriso ed un po' di cordialità in più, specie della dirigenza della struttura, non costa niente e fa piacere agli ospiti.

Very basic hotel. The photos are too flattering for what it is.

Bed and shower were fine but its very basic. The photos are slightly misleading as it makes it look better than it actually is.

There are better value and much nicer hotels in Berlin. Its very basic, it didn't look clean, no restaurant, I will not stay there again.

Ein angenehmes Hotel an bester Lage am Potsdamer Platz.

Die Lage des Hotels. Das äusserst reichhaltige Frühstück. Das geräumige Zimmer, die guten Matratzen. Der junge Herr an der Reception war beim Einchecken sehr entgegenkommend. Da man im ersten Zimmer das Rauschen der Entlüftung auf dem Dach gegenüber sehr laut hören konnte, und im zweiten der Strassenlärm beträchtlich war, erhielten wir problemlos Zugang zu einem dritten Zimmer, in dem wir uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Leider gab es keinen Darjeeling-Tee (mehr) im Sortiment. Als ich mich als Teetrinkerin danach erkundigte, erhielt ich die knappe Antwort "haben wir nicht". Auch die Frage nach einem Milchkännchen wurde von dem Angestellten so beantwortet. Am nächsten Morgen wurde mir beides an den Tisch gebracht. Die Angestellte hatte sich tatsächlich daran erinnert, dass ich beim letzten Aufenthalt danach gefragt hatte. Das nenne ich Gästefreundlichkeit! Leider wird die Dame bald pensioniert. Dass der Räucherlachs auf Zeitungspapier gelegt wird, ist unappetitlich, da gäbe es sicherlich hygienischere Unterlagen. Und ein Orangenentsafter würde sicher viele Gäste glücklich machen.

Great location and a well equipped room. Breakfast was good and had a generous offering.

There was a conference going on when I stayed and the music from the third floor (my room was on the fourth) was loud until late.

Die Lage und das es ein Dreibettzimmer für uns als Familie gab.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte besser sein. Klimaanlage konnte nur ausgestellt werden über abgeklappert Zimmer und da Berlin in der Nacht sehr laut ist, konnten wir nicht gut schlafen. Das Essen hat als Erwachsener geschmeckt aber für unsere 6 jährige Tochter war es schwierig was zu finden. Gesundes Essen statt süßes Essen wäre schöner gewesen.

great stay, good value for money, friendly staff with just a few minor hick ups

the rooms for three are big enough - I liked that the extra bed was a bed not a sofa bed, breakfast was very nice, although not cheap, windows were nice and big, bathroom mirror with anti fog was great, also non slip in the bathtub everything is quite easy, the location is great and the value for money for us 3 was good

parking in the garage was not easy, no space, reserved places, not working payment machines...parking on the road was easier maybe also due to it being free on Sunday the check in was not a nice experience, a very long queue at 15:00 a ventilation in the bathroom would have been nice and the picture light is great but lights up the whole room at night... its a big hotel and sometimes feels a little like a youth hostel
