Imeilus rikkaliku hommikusöögiga rannaäärne hotell

Imeilus vaade, imeline rand, väga hea hommikusöök, pressitud mahlad, kokkadelt tellid, mida soovid lisaks rikkalikule buffeele. Välibassein, sisebassein ja kolma sauna. Linna saab kergelt otse bussiga, mille peautus on hotelli ees, see sõidab täpselt linna südamesse ja on väga mugav kasutada, kõik turistid kasutavad seda. Teenindus on lahke ja sõbralik. Õhtuti esinevad erinevad artistid. Peamine- lastele oluline Maro World on vaid 10-min jalutiskäigu kaugusel läbi pargi, seal on ka poekesi ja restorane/pubisid.

Kõik meeldis.

Viagem encantadora

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, ficamos em um quarto do nível V que tem alguns benefícios como transfer de luxo do aeroporto para o hotel, que foi ótimo já que fica bem longe, cadeiras de praia e piscina mais confortáveis e reservadas, acesso ao restaurante Moment, que achei o menu ruim, preferimos fazer todas as refeições no restaurante com acesso a todos os hóspedes. Os funcionários Benjamin da recepção, Ângela da piscina e Ivona do restaurante foram maravilhosos conosco. No restaurante do bar da piscina tivemos um problema de comunicação com os funcionários, o Tony foi bastante educado, mas não posso dizer o mesmo de outro.

Poucos funcionários falam espanhol, português nenhum

Smoker’s paradise! Smoking allowed in all outdoor areas including breakfast terrace and beach.

Great location on a beautiful pebble beach, very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, well maintained property

The food served on the beach is not good enough and needs inprovement, also there is not enough waiters, so you have to fight for their attention. It is allowed to smoke on the beach so you will probably experience a smoker smoking on one of your neigboring chairs and the wind migt blow it towards you. Once we had a cigar smoker next to us and it was blowing towards us and when the waiter was serving us food we asked if this is ok and he said it is allowed to smoke there “why not”. Smoking is also allowed on the breakfast terrace, they will even bring you an ashtray to your table while people next to you are eating breakfast, so again if you have a smoker next to you you might smell smoke while eating.

Felt more like a 4*

Spacious room with a balcony including sun loungers. Nice spa which was very quiet and relaxing. Good bus service to get to Dubrovnik Old Town.

The hotel is huge so it doesn’t have any kind of personal feel. This is reflected in the breakfast where there are a lot of options but it is all poor quality and relatively bland, with no variation day to day. Rooms are a little outdated which makes the place feel more like a 4 star than a luxury 5 star. Weird, disgusting smells in the corridors of floors 0 and 1. Housekeeping staff never changed drinking glasses even when asked.

Incredible hotel - exceptional staff

Excellent facilities and amenities. Exceptional breakfasts. Very friendly staff. All details about the hotel are well thought out and environmentally conscious. Amazing view of the the water and beach.

Pleasant but probably wouldn’t stay here again

Our room was comfortable - view was amazing

The food served from the buffet dinner was pretty poor. Selection of food was just ok. The food was bland and Luke warm at most. Disappointing from a 5* hotel. Wouldn’t revisit

Todo!! Las instalaciones muy agradables y de buen gusto con una vista muy linda sobre el mar. El hotel tiene todas las comodidades. La playa también me gusto mucho.

Amazing location, view from every room and every part of the hotel was world class. #6 bus outside the hotel entrance takes you into Dubrovnik in 20mins for €2

Great family hotel. Worth a visit.

Location for sunset views were perfect. Staff were always friendly and helpful. V Level package was worth it. Rooms were large and spacious, great with a child. Didn’t know until the end but Maro world is included daily and is incredible for kids. Short trip to Old Town and 5-10mins from other local restaurants/ bars

Food options were quite pricey in comparison to other hotels. Options are €50pp set menu, €40pp buffet, or light food which is around €30pp. But overall, food quality is very good.

Relaxing stay at this super friendly hotel

Staff were excellent, friendly & attentive. The private beach was a bonus, we even got to see some dolphins from our sea view room. Great selection of breakfast, all type of eggs cooked fresh, juice bar where you can request any juice or smoothie you liked. Location was about 15 min on taxi to old town. There is also a bus right in front of the hotel that will take you to old town. We had an amazing time, will stay there again.

If I have to pick on tiny details, there were no bottles of water provided on daily basis. We got one on first day but the rest was from the charged mini bar. There were also no toiletries apart from a shower cap. I would expect these things from a five star hotel. But let these go since I had an amazing stay.

Lovely hotel with amazing breakfast!

Beautiful property, comfortable and clean rooms, spacious inside with a small couch, table and 2 chairs. Veranda was lovely overlooking the ocean with comfortable loungers. Ask for pads for the loungers! The breakfast is outstanding!

Only complaint was the weeds growing up in the planters on the veranda. And the outside pool was freezing.

Wished for more—more food options, more staff at facilities, more to do

The breakfast buffet was very good.

We were mostly disappointed with the restaurant options at the hotel. Every restaurant had almost the same menu, was ridiculously expensive and no basic options for kids—the only thing that we liked was the burger which we ended up eating multiple times. Our room service took 90 minutes and food was delivered cold. We wanted to rent paddles boards on the beach, but every time we tried the crew was no where to be found or showed up 2 hours late—never did get to paddle during our 5 day stay.

Great vacations. Planned for 2 days and stayed 7.

Amazing. Location and view were great. The best kids club ever. The food was very fresh and tasty. The staff super kind and engaging. Overall, wonderful for families and individuals.

Great stay overall. very good location. Easy transport to Dubrovnik. Very nice kids activity center

Travelled with my family and stayed for 3 nights. Everything was excellent, breakfast and dinner were great. I wish we had free drinks during dinner. Gym is useless for weight trainers but it's OK.

No free drinks during dinner. Gym is less than average.

A Regrettable and Disappointing Experience Overall

I can't identify anything I liked during my stay.

A huge disappointment from start to finish. The room was rundown, with dated furnishings and cleanliness issues. The noise from neighboring rooms was incessant, and the staff's lack of hospitality was striking. The so-called amenities were a letdown, and overall, the experience was far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay.

Management doesn’t enforce existing policies and some guests ‘reserve’ sun beds at beach & swimming pool. Some mornings there were not sufficient sun beds at all while the reserved beds stayed empty till noon or even later… One of the 3 elevators was broken the whole time we visited resulting in quite some waiting time during busy moments. Expensive parking (11€/day)

Perfect stay

I love and appreciate the hospitality of staff, everyone is so kind and helpful, I really could not fault the service. It has a very convenient location. Bus to Old Town is right outside the hotel and uber to Old Town cost around €9. Breakfast buffet has everything you want from cold cuts to champagne. Looking to come back already and stay longer as 3 days isn’t enough in this place.
