Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen fantastischen Aufenthalt genossen.

Sehr gute Lage . haben ein Upgrade bekommen für die Suite mit Zimmer Aussicht auf das Meer. Freundliches Personal.

Frühstück ist in Ordnung, im Vergleich aber nicht überragend. Mehr Angebot könnte das Niveau nochmals deutlich heben.

sehr Komfortables Hotel, aber leider Massentourismus in Reinkultur

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer. Sehr komfortable Zimmer. Das Hotel bietet alles, was man von einem vier Sterne Hotel erwarten kann.

Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße, die sehr laut war. Die ganze Nacht rangierten Busse hin und her oder es wurde durch Lastwagen Waren angeliefert. Im Prinzip befindet sich das Hotel "Neptun in einem riesigen Komplex, der insgesamt aus vier Hotels besteht. Es handelt sich also um regelrechten Massentourismus. Der Frühstücksraum ist gigantisch und man kommt sich vor wie in einer Kantine eines Dax-Unternehmens. Von den fünf Kaffeeautomaten sind grundsätzlich zwei außer Betrieb bzw. es ist gerade Milch oder Kaffee ausgegangen, sodass sich vor den anderen dreien lange Schlangen bilden. Es sind sehr viele Servicekräfte da, die einem sofort den Teller unter der Nase wegreißen, kaum dass man aufgegessen hat. Der Manager teilte uns mit, dass wir auch Kaffee in einer Kanne am Tisch serviert bekommen können, das war aber dem Servicepersonal unbekannt. Der Strand besteht aus einer Felsküste wie überall in Kroatien. Er ist eigentlich sehr schön angelegt, mit einzelnen Plattformen, auf denen Liegestühle und Schirme stehen. Leider sind es viel zu wenige, selbst in der Nebensaison. Bedauerlicherweise hat auch hier die Unsitte um sich gegriffen, dass die Leute morgens die Liegestühle mit Handtüchern belegen und dann ganzen Tag nicht am Strand erscheinen. Zwar gibt es an den zwei Pools noch ausreichend Liegestühle, aber wenn man am Strand liegen will, gibt es angesichts der hunderten von Gästen doch viel zu wenig Liegemöglichkeiten. Insgesamt waren wir von dem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Individueller Urlaub sieht wirklich anders aus. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass aus der Hotelbeschreibung bei Bookingk.com hervorgeht, wie viel Zimmer das jeweilige Hotel hat. Dadurch wäre man vor unliebsamen Überraschungen geschützt.

An excellent location with lovely walks nearby and local bus. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The views were amazing from our balcony. Breakfast was usually excellent but sometimes there was a lack of some items ie.fresh fruit fresh and bread rolls. The restaurants in the hotel complex were fairly mediocre!

White wine should usually always be served chilled. I suppose unavoidable but queues for coffee machines.

Good place.

It was good to have a spa to use during the day as we were on the way to a other place in the afternoon. It was good to enjoy the ocean while we waited to go.

The room has carpet in the floor. I’m allergic.

Excelente lugar para escaparse de la rutina

Las instalaciones, el spa mi habitación y el desayuno buffet bastante completo.

La persona que hacía la limpieza, habían 2, pero había una que no hacía la cama, me la dejaba separada y tendida a medias, esta persona intentó llevarse la llave de mi cuarto porque yo tenía 2 y se llevó una, tuve que pedirsela y se puso pesada cuando se la pedí.

Unforgettable and beautiful- will be returning!

Loved the vibe and how it was very chilled and relaxed but had all we needed!

I feel an explanation for all the amenities on site would have been amazing although we found them all and they were fab I didn’t know about some I just came across them

Lovely most of the time

Great location and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was huge! An easy walk to the number 6 but to get into Dubrovnik centre.

We had a very awkward time in the top pool by the bar. One couple were having sex in the water while young children swam by. There were no members of staff in attendance to report this to and it made all the guests, except the pair shagging, feel very uncomfortable. The lower pool was used by lots of children who were diving off the side, doing somersaults into the water, while others swam under water. No lifeguard just signs that no one adhered to - it is only a matter of time before someone gets a spinal injury there.

Bel emplacement mais prestation des restaurants très en dessous de ce que l'on peut attendre

plusieurs piscines et plusieurs endroits pour bronzer. Accès à la mer très facile grace aux petites échelles. Accès aux autres hotels du groupe et principalement le roof top. Accès bus vers la vieille ville en face de l'hôtel

Le buffet petit déjeuner varié mais la qualité des plats proposés est décevante : fruits pas murs, mauvais goût du café. Les autres restaurants sont vraiment d'un niveau qualitatif très bas , un des restaurants supposés plus haut de gamme a proposé un plat de poissons et moules avec un poisson à peine cuit, des moules recuites. Même le cava/champage demandé était plat , il a fallu redemander un autre verre. Je ne recommande pas de manger à l'hôtel

Loved my balcony anf view of the sea from my bed!

The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

Uber or taxi is necessary to get to any shops or sights. Cannot walk from there.

Fantastic location. Beautiful views. Good transport links. Staff were very helpful and polite. Good variety for breakfast. Good fruit and omlettes. Lots of options for restaurants close by.

Highly recommend Dubrovnik and The Royal Neptun Hotel.

Really lovely hotel with great facilities. Hotel staff and location were excellent, with bus stop virtually outside to get into town. Really enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of choice for all tastes. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik.

Beautiful hotel in fabulous location.

Everything was quite lovely. The rooms we had were clearly newly renovated (or built) and were very comfortable. The bars and restaurants for the hotel complex (5 separate hotels) had fabulous views of the sea. We ate in the Vista Restaurant overlooking an infinity pool and the sea. The staff were lovely and they all spoke English! Fabulous walkway along the coastline with seating by the cliff face and a barrier towards the sea. Several cute bars/restaurants between the walkway and the sea with steps leading into the clear waters of the Mediterranean and Adriatic seas. Fabulous!

I liked everything.

Stunning views

We had an 8th floor apartment and the view was absolutely stunning, looking out over the ocean. The rooms were a very generous size and suited the 5 of us beautifully. With 7 pools to choose from there was plenty of choice. The breakfast was great and the location made it even better. My son loved the gym and the sauna.

It was further to the old town than i had imagined, so we had to rely on the bus and taxis to get about Dubrovnik.

Schöner Hotelkomplex in toller Lage. Noch etwas verschlafen.

Hochpreisige Speisen. Pools und Liegen waren noch außer Betrieb. Keine Vorhänge bei unserem Zimmer im EG. Aus den gegenüberliegenden Hotel konnte man direkt in unser Zimmer sehen.

Unterkunft sowohl von der Ausstattung als auch von der Lage her perfekt. Nachdem es auch ein Wellnesshotel ist (Indoorpool inkl) ist auch Schlechtwetterprogramm sichergestellt.

Fabuleux et vue magnifique

Hotel vraiment fabuleux tant par la vue, les services, le personnel, les chambres, les piscines, les saunas et le petit déjeuner tout cela dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. L'hotel est très bien entretenu et le personnel toujours à vous rendre service avec le sourire. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé dans une suite et à l' Ariston : un vrai bonheur. La visite d'une journée à la vieille ville est facile d'accès avec le bus n°6 (prendre le petit chemin de terre face à la sortie de l'hôtel et l'arrêt se situe tout près). Je tiens à signaler que l'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable (chambre, salle de bain, sauna, parties communes). La piscine extérieure de l'Ariston et la piscine intérieure au niveau du SPA sont très agréables et l'accès à la mer par une échelle est très pratique. Si vous voulez passer un séjour au calme avec une vue fabuleuse sur la mer tout en étant proche de la vieille ville (très animée) je vous recommande les hotels Royal Resort. Un grand merci à tous pour votre professionnalisme.

Mon niveau d'anglais étant très mauvais j'aurai apprécié pouvoir échanger en Français mais vraiment c'est juste pour trouver quelque chose à dire car séjour parfait

Krásné bydlení v Dubrovníku

Hotel je trochu bokem z centra, ale přímo před staví autobus, případně se dá delší procházkou v pohodě do centra dojít. Pokoj byl obrovský, krásně vybavený, postel byla mega pohodlná a koupelna rovněž skvělá. Snídaně byly famózní. K dispozici je i menší fitko. Nejlepší ale byly výhledy na západy slunce z hotelové pláže.

Nemám výhrady.

Wonderful hotel with spectacular views!

Beautiful location with fabulous sea views. Great pools & easy access (5 min walk) to beach area for swimming. The sea view from Breakfast outside area was fantastic.

Maybe an extra couple of coffee machines for breakfast as there was always a queue. Breakfast is very busy so best to go early.

Hotel grande e confortável.

Ficamos num apartamento com vista para o mar, o que foi simplesmente lindo! O quarto para 3 pessoas nos atendeu muito bem, pois, a terceira cama fica numa espécie de quarto separado, o que nos deu maior privacidade. A parte do SPA é excelente, com sauna e piscinas deliciosas. O café da manhã é muito bom, lembrando que se trata de uma rede de hotéis e sempre há muitos hóspedes e movimentação. A ressalva sobre a acomodação fica por conta do tamanho do banheiro, que é pequeno; além do fato do box não ser completamente fechado e a água do chuveiro molhar boa parte do espaço. Os elementos positivos superam a ressalva, portanto, eu retornaria ao hotel.

Eu tive a primeira reserva, realizada pelo Booking, cancelada poucos dias antes da viagem. Tentei contato direto com a hospedagem por várias vezes e não tive retorno. Como já não tinha tempo útil para buscar novas opções e meus amigos também já haviam pago o mesmo hotel, precisei refazer a minha reserva por um valor mais alto.

Prestation de qualité dans un hôtel récent ,avec un emplacement exceptionnel pour le calme et la vue

Le Royal Neptune étant finalement fermé en cette période (Novembre),nous avons été accueillis au Royal Blue , juste à côté et faisant partie du même groupe hôtelier , de même standing à priori. Très grande chambre , récente et très qualitative.L'environnement et les infrastructures sont top. Possibilité pour les +de 16ans de profiter d'une piscine intérieure. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sous forme de buffet sont trés variés et de qualité. Très bon choix d'hôtel si vous voulez être au calme à Lapad.

Location is a bit away from the old town but has connectivity. Also does not have a beach front though it’s sea facing .
