Amazing!

Really enjoyed this STAY we came here from the Cardo hotel, which was absolutely terrible! And they saved the last end of our trip… staff are very friendly, and attentive. Everything we ask for was done quickly. The only thing I would say let’s the hotel is that the pillows are too small for the bed! And the TV should not be restricted to 30. I have hard hearing and it was hard to hear the TV sometimes.

Lovely place, comfy beds, great location.

After a long day, staff were welcoming. We also got a complimentary drink and appetisers as our room wasn't quite ready. Beds were comfy, room large. Great stay.

It's a little strange that they came to clean our room at 9.30 and woke us up when check out was at 12pm. Even if we were out and about, we would've then used the room before checking out so would need cleaning again.

Vermijd dit hotel!

Alleen de ligging en het ontbijt, en het feit dat we zonder problemen rest verblijf kosteloos konden cancelen. Ontbijt verder ok.

Vermijd dit hotel als de ....l. Is 25+ graden binnen in kamers en airco werkt in de winter niet. Snikbenauwd, ondragelijk warm op kamers. Ramen kunnen niet open. Dus nul ventilatie. Matrassen zijn van beton en de doorgezakte slaapbankjes van de kringloop. 2 nachten iedereen geen oog dicht gedaan.Toen vertrokken. Diverse verzoeken bij receptie kregen verder nooit opvolging. Gangen staan hele tijd vol met meurende leftovers vd roomservice die niet worden opgehaald. We reizen vrij veel en dit is by far de slechtse 5 sterren ervaring ooit. Ik geef het 3 sterren.

جميع الموظفين فيهم برود وكسل ولا يريدون ان يخدموك بشئ ويتضاهرون انهم لا يتكلمون الانجليزية واي خدمة تطلبها لازم تتصل اكثر من 4 مرات حتى تحصل على ماتريد اقل شي ساعه لانه كل مرة نسأل عن التاخير الموظف يقول نسى يسوي الطلب

Gran hotel en Bruselas

Sin duda uno de mis hoteles favoritos en Europa, tiene una excelente ubicación, gran servicio, la cama es muy cómoda, el cuarto en general estuvo muy bien y el Hotel tiene un bar en el lobby con música y ambiente

La verdad no hay nada que no me haya gustado

Excelentes instalaciones

La ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica. Cerca del centro de Bruselas. El desayuno estaba muy completo y fresco todo. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias.

Me hubiera gustado más cortesía por parte del personal en la recepción y en el desayuno.

就是錦江飯店！！！

1. 房間蠻大的，面對內側的房間沒什麼噪音 2. 工作人員服務親切 3. 飯店設計有現代感 4. 離中央車站不算遠，而且離比利時漫畫藝術中心蠻近的，喜歡丁丁和藍色小精靈的人可以去看看

1. 飯店早餐蠻令人失望的，雖有些中式餐點但不算美味，食物上有小蒼蠅還是果蠅之類的飛舞，水果不甜，薯餅是冷掉不好吃那種。 2. 布魯塞爾市區的道路高低起伏蠻大的，雖離車站不遠但拖起行李來還是頗為費力。 3. 房間有股味道久久不散（很像新裝修的木頭還是油漆的揮發味道）

Perfect place to stay with a family in a good location.

Amazing staff helped out with modified booking, as our travel plans changed. Amazing breakfast buffet. Super spacious rooms which were super clean. Car parking on site.

Overpriced hotel

Location

Most of the rooms has no sun light and fresh air, looking to the inner restaurant and reception and they don’t mention it during the booking process. I have reserved a king suite and this room has no sunlight and fresh air.

Could have been perfect, but still a good hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I also loved the location. The hotel is close to everything but not in a crowded street.

The temperature was uncomfortable. The room was hot and stuffy despite the thermostat being adjusted. It made sleeping very difficult. If it weren’t for this, I would have given the hotel a score of 10/10.

It was a delightful experience

Location is fantastic, its 5 min walk to Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert…5 min walk to all shopping departments there…the rooms are big and clean

The reception staff were not in the mood…many times since we arrived i have requested them to remove alcohol from mini bar but till i left after a week they didnt…also the complimentary water was there when we arrived after that it was a argument between ok or no u are not a member …every staff gives a different answer…but I will definitely come back to this hotel

Average, very disappointing cleanliness

Location great. Bar staff very good. Gregory… concierge fantastic!

Bathroom bin still had contents from previous guest, namely toothbrush, earbuds, face wipes and cotton pads. Bin was dirty on top as was the bathroom floor. Reception staff not friendly, answered the phone whilst serving me. Check out on Sunday chaotic!

intéressant mais non excellent.

Le service à la réception. D,abord ma réservation était mal enregstrée. On n'avait pas inclus le déjeuner alors que j,avais payé pour. Ça été corrogé. Au départ l'employée a voulu me charger 3 jours de stationnement alors que je n'étais resté que 2 jours. Cela était du à l'inexpérience de l,employée.Fonalement on m"a chargé le stationnement au prix de la semaine alors que j'étais en fin de semaine où le tarif était sensé être à 50% tel que décrit sur Booking. Ils ont maintenu le plein tarif.

Not your typical 5-star stay

Location and the bed was very good

Cleanliness of the room - hair was everywhere from last guests, toilet sink was sticky and toilet was old. Room was dusty and not possible to open windows

Lit confortable, chambre bien chauffée, desk aimable, parking sous l'hôtel.

Ambiance froide qui convient pour un déplacement professionnel, pas un séjour en famille. Isolation phonique incertaine. Petit déjeuner à 35€/personne dans une ambiance froide. Il y a beaucoup mieux dans le quartier (cadres sympas, gens sourillants). Pas d'avertissement sur la zone faible émission pour les voitures, à vous de vous renseigner.

L’emplacement, le design du hall d’accueil

Le parking étroit et trop pentu (ma voiture a frotté). La moisissure sur le plafond de la salle de bain. Le personnel froid et mal aimable. Le pire 5 étoiles que j’ai fait.

Lovely time

Okay Hotel in a Great Location.

The hotel itself is very modern and clean, the rooms are large enough and have a nice aesthetic and the beds are comfortable. Location wise, this place is fantastic.

The shower pressure was poor and general design of the shower lacked thought (soap shelf was directly until the water). We also had a broken light in the hall which kept flickering, which was a bit annoying.
