Excellent accommodations, views and staff

Beautiful hotel with a great view and they have a happy hour that's nice. Really couldn't ask for anything more!

Only redeeming feature was proximity to town centre. Very expensive.

Close to train station.

Expensive. Tiny room. Shower over bath. Older people need to be warned. Coffee served in big urn like a school cafeteria. Breakfast very poor presentation. I have better breakfasts at 3 star establishments. Bed uncomfortable. Duvet and pillow ok mattress was hard. Felt like I was hovering above the mattress. Lounge access,offered lollies mainly. Limited wine choice. Offering Cheese and biscuits, fruit or small savoury items would be better.

Sehr gutes Hotel; strategisch perfekt im Zentrum.

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück.

„Housekeeping on demand“; unter dem (sehr durchsichtigen) Deckmantel des Umweltschutzes wird das Zimmer nur noch nach Aufforderung geputzt. Was bei Handtüchern mittlerweile Standard ist (und auch gut so), sollte sich beim Zimmerservice in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht durchsetzen. Hier wird Personaleinsatz gespart und das schlägt sich nicht in den Übernachtungspreisen nieder, sondern nur im Gefühl des schlechteren Sercice. Und das wiederum wird dem Hotel nicht gerecht, welches ansonsten wirklich gut und empfehlenswert ist. Tipp: Wer mit dem Auto kommt, sollte vorher fragen, was das Abstellen des Fahrzeuges kostet, um unliebsame Überraschungen zu vermeiden. Parken ist kein Schnäppchen.

Nice hotel but outside noise levels were awful and rooms very hot.

Good location. Lovely staff

Music very loud outside hotel as did not realise event was on and music was being blasted across the square at a high volume. This went on till gone half past midnight and we had to get up at 6am. Air conditioning was not working properly so the room was hot. A very expensive night’s stay where we didn’t get much sleep and left us extremely tired. It was a shame our experience was not great as the staff were lovely.

The quality of wifi in the room is very poor. It often dropped out and I ended up using valuable data without realising it.

Great stay right in the city center

Location couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff was also very kind and helpful. I rented a bike from the hotel which was super easy and reasonable.

The WiFi in my room was a bit janky. The room was also hard to cool down. Only minor issues. Great stay overall.

Disappointing hotel, staff and facilities. The beautiful view doesn't justify the noise nor cost.

The location is great, right on the cityhall square, not far from Tivoli gardens, the central train station and the exit of the Metro. The view to the city hall square was wonderful.

The room is small, there was no water pressure in the shower and the street-facing room was very noisy. Being there on a weekend meant that we could feel the bass of the clubs downstairs. Though our flight was delayed and we didn't use the first night, the hotel refused any sort of consideration and charged us full price for this night. They only clean your room if you register the day before for housecleaning. This is highly bureaucratic and though labelled as "ecological", I think it was mostly implemented to cut hotel costs. We stayed 2 nights and found alternative accommodation for the rest of our stay in Copenhagen. I would not recommend this hotel.

Toll, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - ganz in der Nähe des Rathausplatzes und des Hauptbahnhofs. Copenhagen kann von dort gut erkundet werden. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu. Aber die Einrichtung ist total in Ordnung und das Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Reinigung der Zimmer muss extra bestellt werden - kostet dann aber nichts extra.

Por poner una pequeña pega, en algunos momentos la sala de desayuno se quedaba pequeña.

Angenehmen Kurzurlaub mit tollen Wohlfühlfaktor.

Wunderbar zentral gelegen. Metro, Supermarkt…alles vor der Tür. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstück.

Gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Copenhagen!

It was centrally located and you could walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and the lobby and rooms were very clean.

The breakfast was very expensive. I wish they had a complimentary coffee/tea and pastry table open until 11 am. I was traveling with children and they really needed to be able to have a little juice and a pastry in the morning after they woke up, not just from 0500-0700 when they were still asleep.

Old, shabby and uncomfortable hotel

Location

Old and shabby rooms. There was a really loud and uncomfortable noise at my room and the hotel staff said they could not change my room nor do anything about it (just offered me earplugs), hence could not sleep at night due to the noise. The bed was also really uncomfortable (you could tell that the mattress was old and used, really tough and with a “spoon shape”). Finally, breakfast service was a disaster: another guest threw my purse to the floor to take my table and the person in charge of allocating guests in tables did not do anything about it… Really bad experience!

Exceptional

The location, justa a few minutes from the train station which was perfect. Breakfast for the smooth welcome by the staff and the booking function worked because we were directed to a free table when arriving.

Just one thing wich is unlikely to happen often, the coffemachine was not cleaned and in it one used pod was there and the muggs in the bathroom was very dirty unfortunately.

Could be better based on the web expectations.

Location was the best. Also the hotel provide us umbrellas when necessary and rent some bikes that transform our trip in a nice experience.

Thew room was a litle small with no views at all. You have to organice all hotel services through an app, including the breakfast reservation.

Location perfect. Breakfast lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sorted our rooms swiftly with no problem when rooms not as close together as we would have liked.

Room a little noisy - looked out on to air conditioning at back I think.

enjoyed visiting Copenhagen.

Location was perfect.

Extremely noisy, until 3-5am in the morning. No in-house restaurant. This comment is for all hoteliers: there is a propensity to place single women in the almost distant room from reception. Women of all ages travelling alone are vulnerable, and while not advocating placing women next to reception they should have quick access to their room, elevators and assistance.
