buen studio muy descuidado

ubicación y el diseño del studio - confort y buena vista

mal y poco equipada la kitchenette - sin luz - heladera sin repisas en la puerta - tabla del inodoro rota - no muy limpio - fuerte olor de humo de cigarrillo en todo el ambiente y en el baño, inclusive en las toallas - todo parecía gastado y percudido- peligroso e inseguro el acceso al complejo de noche por mala iluminación

The only thing I could possibly like about the property was the location.

It was dirty, really dirty. Hair and dust everywhere (except bedsheets). The bathroom floor was not cleaned. The shower doors were broken. The shower floor itself was dirty.

Clean beddings and towels

The bathroom is falling apart. Not in a usable condition. The glass doors are falling and one pane was missing. You risk flooding the room if you shower. The bathroom sink is also blocked.

Excelente ubicación y precio-calidad

Nos quedamos solo una noche en este alojamiento, su precio en relación a la calidad es muy bueno. Está muy próximo a la estación de tranvía, pudimos movernos muy fácil a todas partes. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para hacer de comer o comprar comida y comer allí. Tiene unas vistas muy lindas a la ciudad, incluso la noche que nos quedamos nevó y fue muy hermoso. Es muy fácil e independiente ingresar al sitio Sin dudas recomendamos

Que no tiene ascensor, se hace difícil subir por las escaleras con todo el equipaje. Después todo muy bien

Mold in shower cheap mattress, 2 taped together, sheets that didn't fit smelled horribly when i entered, contacted the "hotel" and didn't get a response, nor a cleaning broken stove noisy neighbors horrible cirtains and hallway colors (green and purple)

Die Lage war gerade in der Nähe zu unserem Geschäftspartner.

Im Badezimmer hatte es an den Fliessen noch Haare vom Vorgänger. Check in war keins vorhanden, wie beschrieben bei der Buchung. Kamen keine Infos zum check in am Mittag über. Keine Schlüsselbox bei der Wohnung vorhanden, MA behauptet das Gegenteil! Mussten über eine Stunde warten in der Notfall Hotline. Keiner ging dran. Via Booking hatten wir dan erfolg. Sehr mühsam!!!!

Siamo andati via 1 giorno prima avendo pagato l’intero soggiorno di 2 notti e cosa gravissima hanno fatto entrare l’idra

Assolutamente nulla!!!!

Il monolocale sotto tetto era caldissimo, sporco, non rispecchiava la foto dal sito web, le scale con la moquette sporchissima, senza ascensore,il tubo del lavabo del bagno rotto con perdite d’acqua, buona parte dei monolocali affittati per lunghi soggiorni perciò i pochi monolocali disponibili sono i peggiori (mansarda ecc), l’unico contatto della struttura è stato molto sgradevole e maleducato rifiutandosi di cambiarci monolocale e in oltre senza averci più contatto come promesso.

don’t stay here you’ll probably be sleeping on the floor

decent location

we booked a room for 3 people and walked Into a room with a single bed so we had to sleep on the floor. their fix to thsi was putting a fold up bed in our room. they claimed it was an upgrade but extra space doesn’t matter when there are people without a place to sleep. the whole room was also only set up for 2 people. 2 towels etc.. the room was dirty. there was an empty box of tissues they didn’t replace, and a half used, open bottle of soap.

Fine for one night

It’s really a studio apt with a separate foyer. It has a Spa like tub which was nice. It was convenient to public transportation, and there was a grocery store and bakery not too far away.

The apartment is right on a busy road, so if you’re light sleeper, I would not recommend it. The kitchen was poorly stocked, and there were no cleaning supplies to wash dishes. The kettle plug that was there didn’t fit into any of the electrical sockets, which was odd. Parking was stressful and hard to find around the apartment.

No hot water most of the time. These guys skimp on boilers so that when enough guests take a shower ant a predictable time then there is no hot water for hours!

Not far from the city center, tidy and clean.

There was no kettle for tea Someone put a metal stand into the microwave! It's dangerous It will be nice to have some curtains for the comfortable sleep

Cool place to stay when in Zurich

The cleaningness, the comfort of the bed, the fact that all the building was heated. Good conections with transports. Nice surrounding area.

Far less things that what we liked :) Some not so good points: the apartement had kitchnet but no table neither chair or bench. We miss a chair or sofa. Also, the hair dryer did not work.
