Was there with my family for vacation. We were all happy staying at Marriot

Great location. I love walking down along yhe river and park to the Altstadt. Good breakfast as well.

Perfect location to walk to Old Town and explore Zurich

Breakfast was wonderful. It started at 6:30am which was great for us as we had a car coming at 7:15am. There was a vast buffet and eggs made to order.

My first time in Zürich and I will stay again at Marriott

Clean , post to everything, many things to do within the property, the staff was so friendly and helpful

Room service is great, staff so friendly, rooms are clean

Location, rooms were noisy as we were given rooms next to the tram and its was loud.

Hotel was very nice but very expensive. Checking in was very smooth, nice porter looked after our luggage as we arrived early. Room very comfortable and clean. Nice flat easy walk to main train station, we travelled with all our luggage but it wasn't a problem. Only negative comment would be the price was very expensive, although Zurich is overall quite expensive.

In Zurich two days and they helped us navigate the city to see most of the sights. Helpful

Could have been better

Rooms were spacious and clean and nice. Marco the bell captain was excellent.

They served my vegetarian wife a Beef Burger instead of the Veggie Burger which she originally ordered. I dont think the hotel did enough to make up for this huge mistake for a vegetarian.

Nice hotel with AC!

Very friendly staff. Hotel was beautiful and the rooms. Had AC thankfully, unlike the rest of Switzerland. Within walking distance to city

Location was good

Hotel quite sterile Marriott feature I guess ! Staff on reception not overly nice or efficent compared to our stay in other hotels Zermatt & St Moritz No concierge to greet us on arrival at door No porter or offer of help with luggage Reception gave no information on the hotel facilities Bedroom : no luggage rack so trying to work out of case on the floor NOt sure what the upgrade to Tower room was all about - room was v small for 5* property & souless walk through conference centre to get to it

The hotel was fairly nice overall for a short stay

The location was quite nice and calm, away from the hustle of the city center and it's main roads. The breakfast was alright for our tastes, a little bit more variety would have been a great boon. All in all, it was a great experience overall.

Nothing in particular I would argue. Perhaps, for some people it would feel slightly inconvenient to need to walk from the hotel to the city center (although the distance is really short).
