Very pleasant experience.

Hotel was in "The Old Town" which was lovely. We were accommodated before our check in time which was highly appreciated.

Não tem do que gostar

Não pode ser chamado de hotel . Primeiro: sem recepção, entrada pelos fundos, pois no endereço está o restaurante, que eles priorizam e não aceitam vc com malas dentro dele. Segundo: mal educados , grosseiros no atendimento, te tratam como “ lixo “ Terceiro: café da manhã! Um horror! Um tipo de pão duro e velho, eles servem o café com rispidez, leite vem morno , regulam até o açúcar. Inacreditável! Quarto : roupa de cama pessima! O edredom não cobre a cama , os travesseiros são velhos , fedorentos e tinha pulga. Usei meu spray pra percevejos e pulgas . Quinto : não limparam meu quarto , fiquei sem toalhas e pedi no restaurante. Como demoraram mais de uma hora para trazer , fui reclamar de novo e,pasme , um dos trabalhadores do mesmo, mandou eu calar a boca! Inadmissível! Não sei como é feita a classificação dos hotéis, mas é lógico que este está muito , muito longe de ter 4 estrelas. Tem que ser revisto.

Great location, nice room.

A/C was not available and the room was kind of warm, so my only choice was to open the windows which also let in a lot of noise from the very active street below. If the room lists A/C, it should be available for use.

Excellent.

Breakfast was excellent, great variety and the locations was perfect and also easy walking distance to many interesting places and to the train station.

... if the curtains had more blackout effect it would have been even better .

You cannot beat the location! Service was professional. Price is reasonable. Good stay despite the 3am noisemakers!

Cosy comfortable stay in the heart of Old Town

Great location… comfortable beds …clean rooms … lift ….open windows … great breakfast … good restaurants downstairs … friendly helpful staff

Location couldn’t be better, but a bit of noise outside on a Saturday night.

Brilliant location, clean, friendly staff.

We stayed on a Saturday night and unfortunately there was a lot of noise outside into the small hours.

I really loved this hotel, it is very well located, very close to the main lake of the city. Breakfast is simple but tasty and the staff was extremely kind to me. I will definitely be back someday. :) Thank you, guys!

Adequate hotel for the price

The hotel was adequate for a two night stay in Zurich. It was clean and comfortable, and the location is great.

The room and bathroom are small, dated and bland.

Centrally located

Centrally located with a good breakfast. Coffee is made fresh. Basic room but has everything you needed. Had a Christmas market outside our room but it wasn’t too noisy (fell asleep).

location was right in the center 10min walk to Christmas market breakfast was good

as other guests have mentioned checking in was a little awkward as you have people eating their steak dinner right beside the “check-in desk” but overall not that big of a deal.

Fantastic location and view. Can be very noisy when bar is open across the road, especially weekends.

Excellent location with amazing view of Matterhorn. Central city location. Room was perfect, clean and comfortable.

The bar across the road. The music was loud from midday until 9.00pm. Then voices continued after that until late.
