Ha úgy adódik, hogy újra arrafelé járok, szívesen megszállnék ott megint.

A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A családi szoba tiszta volt, tágas szobák, a minimum igényeket kielégítő konyha, jókora fürdőszoba. A kontinentális jellegű reggeli finom, ha valami elfogy, rögtön pótolják. Parkolási lehetőség a szomszédos parkolóházban (napidíj ellenében). Vacsora lehetőség helyben nincs, de a közelben van több étterem, valamint egy nagyobb bolt is.

A szobában levő hűtő (nem a minibár) elég kicsi (0 vagy 80 literes), sok minden nem fér bele. A szálloda a futball stadion mellett van, ahol a Slovan Bratislava is játssza a mérkőzéseit, a meccs minden történése behallatszik a szobába, ami zavaró lehet azokak, akik pihenni vágynak.

A meghirdetett 4 csillag igazából 3-nak felelne meg.

A reggelit egyszerűnek jellemezném. A tea kínálat remek, az angol turisták igényeit is kielégíti. Az automata működésű kenyérpirító teljesen megbabonázott, csak a pirítóban készült kenyeret, más péksüteményt nem is ettem. A gyümölcsben a változatosságot egy- egy új kínálat jelentett, a zöldárúval együtt szinte ugyanazt tálalták fel mind a két reggel. A hotel épülete barátságos, a méretei, elhelyezkedése remek. A lift jó szolgálatot tesz. Magam részéről rendszeresen gyalog közlekedem, így örömmel fedeztem fel a lépcsőt, a párom liftezett. A Jégcsarnokba szólt egyik estére a jegyünk, a közelben kerestünk szállást, nagyszerű megoldásnak bizonyult a SET hotel.

A reggeli étkezés szűkös választékkal várt minket. A kenyérpirító a konyha ajtajához a lehető legközelebb kapott helyet, kényelmetlen a vendégnek is és a pincérnek is. Kicsi asztaloknál reggeliztünk, légkondicionálás mellett, a reggelek még nem voltak tikkasztóak, mégis bekapcsolták. A szobai légkondi a párom kérésére működött, nagyon hangosan. Elég kellemetlen egész éjszaka ilyen zajban "pihenni". Más szállodákban szinte észre sem lehet venni, közel zajtalanul működnek a készülékek. Az ár-érték arány barátságosabb egy félpanziós ellátás esetén, itt sajnos csak reggeliit tartalmazott az ár.

too stressful to stay for a stress free stay.

being locked out of the hotel at 23.00 and did not get in my room until 01.00, no phone number on the front door to speak to a person. When i finally got to speak to someone i was instructed to go downstairs to the safe, i was given the code to select my spare room key, all room keys were in there too so how safe is that???, then my card did not work. Disaster to access my room. Never again in this hotel, and no compensation, just a sorry which also did not please me. Finally, i went back to the hotel at 3 pm for lunch, and the restaurant was closed, so what is the point of having a restaurant if it is not open in the afternoon. If anyone reading this knows of Fawlty Towers, this was so much worse. And still no compensation given for complete inneptitude.

Получалось приехать в отель поздно ночью из-за задержки на дороге. Позвонила в отель, мне выслали код и я смогла попасть

Отель удобно расположен. Очень хороший персонал!

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Frühstück sehr gut! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lage zum Elan-Sportzentrum war perfekt (ca. 300 m zu Fuß zu erreichen).

Good location of hotel close to many sporting facilities, restaurants etc. Parking in hotel garage. Relatively large room with large balcony. Good breakfast.

I received several spam emails and sms from hotel about "important information" everyday - all the time the same. A bit annoying.

The staff at the reception was very sweet, friendly and helpful.

I wish their reception doesn’t close until 11pm. (They currently close at 8pm which is too early and a little bit inconvenient).

Excellent stay in Bratislava

Room was spacious and clean with a small fridge. Location is excellent right next to the stadium. We enjoyed the stay. Close to public transport

They advertise like a hotel with a gym. But the gym is actually not there. It's a completely different business and nothing to do with hotel. Staff doesn't speak English
