thermal pools and amazing views
times on spa treatments at Oasis were cut a little short (20 minutes Vs 25 minutes) .

The outdoor pool was large enough to swim, sometimes a bit too warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds and the view are beautiful.
The Italian bedroom culture takes some getting used to. Pillows are small and quite hard, so if you like to read in bed, it makes sense to bring a comfy cushion. Note, this is true for most hotels in Italy.

Breathtaking views, lovely thermal pools
the facilities still need some updates, not all the functions of the various pools work all the time. it’s dated and they really should try to make it a bit better (particularly the indoor pool)

The hotel was really beautiful and big, the rooms were had a lovely view of the sea, the entertainment was great, both in the pool bar and restaurant. There’s also a set of stairs from hotel that go right down to the beach which was handy if you don’t mind the walk.
The staff felt slightly hostile towards us, we felt like a bit of a burden, apart from a lady on the main reception who was friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little dated and could do with an update. The food at the restaurant was not on par with the incredible food the island has to offer.

We loved our room and pools.

The view from our small room was fantastic. We had a very spacious deck which we spent a lot of time on when the weather was sunny enough. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the dinner menu was very good too.
The best part of the whole experience was using the spa facilities and being able to walk around the indoor and outdoor pools in our robes. The outdoor pool was large enough to do laps and was the perfect temperature. It’s open 24/7 which is really great!
I read that hotel provided a free shuttle to/from the port in Forio. So, I booked the more expensive ferry tickets to Forio from Naples but on both days, ferry traffic to that port was cancelled and we were rerouted to Ischia port. Since the hotel didn’t provide shuttle service to Ischia port we wound up spending 40 extra euros each way to get to and from the hotel:( It would be helpful if the hotel could provide a taxi voucher to guests who find themselves affected but the weather.

The older bartender at the poor bar is excellent, he went out his way of hospitality and have a great standard in his cocktail making;
the restaurant attendant at breakfast was friendly and helpful when we were running late for breakfast trying to catch the boat.
The picture could bring a bit of mis expectation of the place, the infrastructure was great but it’s often very crowded and needs a bit of maintenance
The general staying experience was okay until I booked for the relaxing massage…
It’s the worst massage ever, the staff has completely no clue what they are doing, it’s basically applying oil all over your body with no pressure at all, I tried my best to enjoy but everything you understand from massage just didn’t happen, the “oil applying”started from my feet goes all the way to my face… fully cover in dripping oil…
Seriously, if you really want to waste your money then go for it..

Breakfast was fine :)
Wifi was not working

Room had a marvelous view and easy access (although up a lot of stairs) to the Oasis Restaurant and then more stairs to the Tufa and pool areas. . Breakfast was good and the service providers did a marvelous job given the difficulties because of COVID-19 limitations. Lunch at Oasis was good as well - the older waiter (can't remember his name) was fantastic. Service was good. Pool bar was good as well. Shuttle to/from Citara Beach worked well.
Room was not as clean has expected, but understandable given a beach/summer timeframe. I had a full size SUV and parking was a little difficult; however, using Parking Log 3 was great and the night attendant was a great guy. One night of dinner at Oasis offering the Ischia rabbit dish (and pasta fagioli for me) was a disappointment. Rabbit dish was not too good, and the cook should have added more pasta to the pasta/fagioli. Disappointed that the Gala that was advertised was not held this weekend.

The thermal pools and bartenders were very nice.
Front desk staff was not very responsive to our inquiries. Wait staff during breakfast was not very good. Very slow to provide drinks and coffee.
