Our stay was great! Thank you.

Icin(host who we met a lot at the breakfast), Farida and cleaning lady on the second floor, Dilfuza, were really great at their job! We were really impressed! Staff in general were very friendly and helpful. We had to leave really early for our flight and this was arranged smoothly with the breakfast pack (a bit strangely composed but nevertheless given) provided. Thank you!

I think it is probably the general issue with hotels in Istanbul that rooms are not very big and windows have limited light access. But this is just an impression and not a complaint. If possible get a room on a higher floor. Ours was on the second and was a bit dark.

Non è un quattro stelle

La posizione

La stanza era minuscola, niente a che vedere con quello che vogliono farti credere dalle foto on line. La musica ad altissimo volume al roof-top fino a notte inoltrata. Le camere andrebbero ristrutturate inoltre all'arrivo abbiamo trovato 2 letti singoli quando avevamo richiesto espressamente alla struttura un matrimoniale . I set di cortesia in bagno al nostro arrivo erano palesemente usati dai precedenti occupanti in quanto smezzati. Alla colazione abbiamo chiesto un tovagliolo al cameriere che ci ha detto di prenderlo dal tavolo vicino , occupato da altri ospiti che stavano consumando la propria colazione.

Very conveniently located next to the trams, subway, shops and restaurants. Very safe neighbourhood. Swimming pool was fantastic for the young kids. Massage was great. Staff are very helpful. I know people moaned about the loud music but I couldn’t hear anything from my room. Room cleanliness was spotless.

Прекрасное расположение, вежливый персонал, бассейн с видом на море, сауна.

Номера приятные, но видавшие виды, просят кап. ремонта. Ужаснно неприятная и старая раздевалка в спа. Персонал не разговаривает по русски(для кого-то важно). Завтраки посредственные. Выбор большой а сьесть особо нечего, омлет и каши - не вкусные.

Excellent séjour dans un emplacement idéal

Nous avons récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel au moi d'avril 2024 et nous avons été ravis de notre expérience. L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité de plusieurs attractions, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très pratique et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était remarquable. Il y avait une grande variété de choix, avec des produits frais. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la diversité des plats proposés chaque matin. Le personnel de la salle où nous prenions le petit déjeuner était exceptionnellement accueillant. Leur amabilité et leur attention ont vraiment fait la différence et ont contribué à rendre nos matins encore plus agréables. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour son emplacement, la qualité de son petit déjeuner et l'accueil chaleureux de son personnel.

La première nuit, nous avons été perturbés par les cris des enfants de la chambre adjacente à la nôtre.

Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht so laut und auch nicht so durcheinander überfüllt, wie man es aus Istanbul kennt.

Nicht empfehlenswert!

Abnormales Musiklautstärke im Hotelrestaurant selber, wälches bis mindestens 2.00 - 3.00Uhr morgens ging. Schlafen sehr schwierig! Kein andere Hotel ringsherum hatte einen solchen Party-Club geführt. Keine problem damit, aber der Hotel ist so Lärmempfindlich das man den Nachbarn beim leisen Telefonieren hören konnte! Hotelzimmer und Badzimmer hatten einen komischen Geruch! Badzimmerlüftung funktionierte nicht

OTTIMO ALBERGO PER VISITARE LA CITTA', POSIZIONE STRATEGICA

La posizione dell'Hotel è ottima sia rispetto alla visita della città (metro e tram a non più di 5 minuti) sia rispetto a negozi e ristoranti. La sala colazione ricca soprattutto di cose salate molto buone, pianista in sala, vista meravigliosa. La ragazza che ti accoglie alla sala colazioni sempre sorridente, brava. Le camere pulite e confortevoli ( anche se materasso e cuscini non proprio al top).

Viaggiando molto posso dire che il comfort era ottimo ma ci sono alcune cose da migliorare: - la finestra in camera non si chiudeva perfettamente e il rumore dalla strada fino a notte fonda era molto intenso ( compreso la preghiera delle 5.15 del mattino). Il locale bar/ristorante al piano terra con musica troppo alta fino alle 1.00. - L' area piscina non comprendeva gli asciugamani ed il personale ci ha fatto tornare in camera a prendere i nostri dal bagno, ovviamente poi ci mancavano per la doccia mattutina. Abbiamo visto persone con l'accappatoio ma a noi non è stato fornito e neanche ai nostri amici in altre due stanze. - Il personale della reception assolutamente assente nel saluto, non in grado di riconoscere se uno è o non è ospite dell'hotel. - ho prenotato per 8 persone e tre camere 6 giorni, alla riconsegna della stanza dopo la domanda abituale sull'uso del minibar ho dichiarato 1 bottiglietta d'acqua, hanno voluto i soldi.... :(

Der Aufenthalt war ungestört und angenehm.

Das Frühstück war sehr groß und vielfältig. Die Lage ist top, denn es sind lediglich ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und man findet sich wieder am großen Basar. Nicht weit davon entfernt liegt die Hagia Sophia. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und das Bad war mit allem ausgestattet was man sich davon erwartet. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es eine großartige Unterkunft!

Nice place to stay in Istanbul for reasonable price

Nice location near metro station not far from historical centre of Istanbul. Excellent breakfast in panoramic restaurant. Good ventilation and heating of the room. Comfortable bed.

The room is smaller, than expected from photos. Upon arrival we received very small room, but after claim the room was immediately replaced on a proper one. Bath robes were not provided at once. They have been delivered after request, but were not looking fresh. We decided not to use them.

Hotel has Excellent location near the main touristic sights of Istanbul, very friendly staff speaking English and even Georgian fluently (Ipek was especially helpful), good breakfast and large beds. Highly recommended

Werde ich weiter empfehlen

Ein besonderes Dankeschön an der Managerin, Frau Feride, die sie immer für uns da war. Das Personal war freundlich das Frühstück war Abwechslung reich und lecker. Wir haben die Eck Suite auf der dritte Etage gebucht, das war einfach sehr gut. Werde ich jedem Paar empfehlen.

Leider. Die Bistro im Untergeschoss ist manchmal sehr laut.

Probably the best in town

Locatie excelenta, aproape de statia de tramvai si de metrou. Amplasata intr o zona sigura, atat ziua cat si noaptea. Multe restaurante si magazine in apropiere. Zona de mic dejun foarte frumoasa, amplasata la ultimul etaj al hotelului. Se poate ajunge pe jos pana la marele bazar. Personal foarte primitor. Totul da senzatia de siguranta.

Good Location but staff is not very friendly and Breakfast is the worst thing I had.

Location only.

Room was very small and had to change to the better one by paying extra money. The breakfast is ridiculous. It does not suit all communities and had very limited choice and no variation over the full week. Will never recommend this Hotel due to bad breakfast.
