Passable stay if on a budget, great location otherwise.
Location was great, there was a park nearby and major attractions were within walking distance. Breakfast was fine, and ground level room with terrace was a nice feature.
The check-in process wasn't smooth as there isn't someone on site 24/7. We had to message the host and wait for her to arrive to let us in. Once we had the key it was easy to get into and out of the apartment. The rooms were passable, for the price it was a good deal, but the beds weren't the most comfortable and the bathroom really needs work. There was mold all over the ceiling and the toilet didn't have a fully usable seat.

Dreadful, dangerous, and disappointing.
Terrible, dangerous black mould on ceiling, left and booked another hotel. Owner was also extremely late to check in. Genuinely do not go here

Very poor
The location is great due to proximity to the sultanahmet square and this is the only positive experience for me linked to the accommodation.
This was a massive disappointment with my recent stay at the first ottoman mansion establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was truly terrible. Firstly, upon arrival, I waited for half an hour with my children at 9.30 pm in a city I did not know before the so-called manager eventually arrived. The room itself was small, tight, and uncomfortable, with the air conditioning unit failing to provide adequate cooling. My children were sweating throughout the night, prompting me to fan them continuously while sleeping. Furthermore, the WC in the room felt perilously close to detaching from the wall, causing me to be quite concerned when using it. To add to my frustration, I sent messages to the manager, which remained unacknowledged. I understand that not all problems can be solved, but surely an acknowledgment of my concerns would have been appreciated. The breakfast served was also far from satisfactory, and I had to throw it away. Additionally, the pictures on the website do not accurately represent the actual apartment, which turned out to be considerably less impressive than advertised. The door handle to my room also kept coming off, and I noticed some mold on the ceiling. In light of all these issues, I would advise prospective guests to avoid the premises and look for alternative accommodations. This was an apartment, and not a hotel as advertised, which only adds to my disappointment. Please take this feedback if you do not want to have a seriously similarly unpleasant experience.

It was a very bad experience overall.
Nothing specific
The staffs were very unresponsive. Our doorknob was broken and on first day the landlady promised to fix it, we stayed for four nights and the lady was not available for once. Breakfast was of poor standard.

The Worst Hotel Experience Ever- Disgusting and Horribly managed (See photos attached)
price for a scam. most lights don’t work— feels hunted. stay for ghosted feelings.
A Nightmare Stay: The Worst Hotel Experience Ever I recently stayed at First Otomann Hotel, and I can honestly say it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We had come for our anniversary. From the moment I entered the premises, it was clear that this establishment lacked even the most basic standards of cleanliness, management, and service. Here are the numerous issues I encountered during my stay: 1. Filth Everywhere and Haunted Ceiling(see photos): The hotel was horribly dirty. The room were littered with trash, no dustbin in the room, and the ceiling had stains that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. It was evident that no effort was made to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Disgusting 🤮 I have stayed more than 200 hotels in the world and this is the worst of all. I request the booking authority to remove this scam hotel. Me and my wife were very disappointed on our anniversary trip. 2. Poorly Managed: The management of this hotel was nonexistent. There was no reception desk, leaving us confused and frustrated upon arrival. The person did not speak English. The lack of a dedicated staff made it nearly impossible to address any issues or seek assistance throughout my stay. The phone number provided did not pick the phone. The keys were given by a lady and no instruction was given about breakfast timing. Horrible itchy bed to get skin rashes. 3. Horrible Bathroom Conditions: The bathroom in my room was a nightmare. We could not take shower for 2 days as the bathroom did not open. The toilet was broken. The tiles were cracked and covered in mildew. The sink was clogged, and the faucet leaked incessantly. To make matters worse, there was a persistent foul odor that permeated the entire bathroom, making it very disgusting (see photos). 4. Late Breakfast: The hotel's advertised breakfast was a joke. Despite claiming to provide a complimentary breakfast, the food didn't arrive until a staggering 9:30 am.
