staff was so helpful. they let us storage our baggage after check out, location-perfect.

room was ok, breakfast was basic not too much but not bad as well. location was perfect

Muy buen hotel

Hermoso hotel, bien ubicado en zona silenciosa cercana a las principales atracciones. El dormitorio precioso, grande, cómodo y con una decoración increíble, tal como muestran las fotos. El desayuno super completo y bien presentado en un agradable comedor. El personal muy correcto y servicial, siempre ayudando en lo que necesites. Gran hotel a buen precio.

Все хорошо, но если нужен интернет лучше сидеть на рецепшене

Чисто, расположение удобное ко всем основному достопримечательностям старого города. Круглосуточный рецепшн, хороший завтрак. Уборка каждый день, есть русскоговорящий персонал.

Интернет переодически пропадал, карточка от номера постоянно размагничивалась, ни разу не смогли по ней зайти без помощи персонала. Немного шумный кондиционер, открывали окна но сутра будят чайки)

Nice experience - Excellent staff

Very nice experience and great staff! Especially Mert from reception, and the ladies from breakfast and housekeeping. The cleaning of the room was excellent! The mattresses was great. Very good quality and very comfy. The breakfast was simply amazing with numerous choices. The WiFi was working perfectly fine everywhere in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is the only disadvantage in my opinion, as unfortunately the whole area is completely touristy. Therefore, we couldn't find a nice restaurant to eat or any nice place for a drink. If you though don't care about food or drinks, then the location is the best as all the sightseeing are 5 min away.

Highly recommended

Prime location, one side near to Sultanahmed square, another side near to sea. Staff and reception are amazing people, very reasonable price compare to other hotels within the area. Breakfast was delicious and good variety of foods. Hotel is very clean

Top Lage

Die Lage ist super, ganz in der Nähe der beiden berühmten Moscheen und dem Topkapi-Palast. Das Zimmer und die Betten fanden wir sehr angenehm und auch das Frühstück war ok. Sensationell war natürlich der Blick von der Dachterrasse . Besonders begeistert hat uns auch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitsschaft der MitarbeiterInnen. Trotz Baumaßnahmen im Hotel haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, akustisch haben diese uns nicht gestört und irgendwann müssen Dinge ja auch mal erneuert werden.

Man sollte für den Publikumsverkehr die Lobby und die genutzten öffentlichen Räume schnell in Ordnung bringen, denn oftmals zählt der erste Eindruck und der ist schon etwas wild. Manches kann man mit wenigen Handgriffen sofort verschönern. Es wäre wirklich schade drum, wenn Gäste abspringen, das hätte das Hotel und die Mitarbeiter nicht verdient.

Very good

Location is great. Rooms are modern interpretation of old Turkish style - wooden ceilungs, great bed and mirrors. Very nice view from the terrace for breakfast.

No restaurant on site, two separate hotel buildings, hot and small elevators, no soundproofing in rooms

Good

The location is very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace is unforgettable.

The bathroom's door is made of glass that can't provide voice cancellation, which comes inside when in use. Everyone can hear what they are doing when someone is inside the bathroom. This is annoying.

Excellent value for money!

Rooms very spacious and spotless with very nice bathroom. Beds big and comfortable. Receptionists extremely polite and helpful. Well situated within walking distance of archeological sites,bazaars,shops,restaurants and tram. Breakfast good.Beware of taxi drivers parked outside(ask receptionist to order one!)

Location is convenient.

You have to take two lifts just to reach your room. The view of dilapidated buildings is HORRIBLE. The toiletries and complimentary water was NOT replenished the next day [hotel policy] Housekeeping keeps knocking on the door for room cleaning despite late checkout JUST 0NE HOUR arrangements! Breakfast doesn't taste fresh! Temperature was warming up and there was no option for AC. You have to open the windows to sleep at night, not a comforting option considering the next building looking at you is just 10 to 15 feet away and risk of mosquitoes!

If you are looking for family room - check other hotels

- good location - staff do their best to provide good service

- family rooms is a fraud, they simply don’t have those. the family rooms you see while ordering do not exist. they provide you with a small triple room with extra bed. so no free space at all at extra price. you can see many feedbacks like this so I’m not the only one so I’m sure it’s a fraud - my room had issues with heating consistency, electricity (some lamps not working, broken lamp case), water leakage - kitchen is pretty the same all days

Nice room though small with a touch of tradition in furniture. Very clean. Pleasant. Beautiful roof top view and excellent area. Try not to take bombastic pictures as it only disapoints people when they arrive.

As said clearly by other travelers: Breakfast was very average. Fruit juices vile. In our case there was no heating in the room in December and it was cold. it was not fixed nor were we proposed to change room. Lot of noise from room above till late. Except from one nice receptionnnist and bell boy no contact with the staff.

In the heart of the historic centre

I liked the location and the room the most (especially the mattress on the bed). The view from the restaurant on the top floor was also great and was one of the main reasons we visited this hotel.

The only thing I did not love is the lack of choice of food offered during the breakfast. In addition, there were not any cosmetic products (shampoo/soap) in the bathroom upon our arrival but the cleaning staff was nice enough to provide us some after a request.
