This 12th floor studio has been updated with wonderful South view of the beach/ocean.

-Kitchenette has a full fridge, two stove top burners, microwave, Keurig-duo coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, utensils, dishes and glassware. --Linens and towels are provided. Two Beach Towels.
-Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer
It is furnished to have a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
-Wi-Fi Free
-Parking - One parking spot per reservation, adjacent lot to the Resort. Parking pass is in the room and must be returned upon checkout to avoid a $60 fee.
*Current Update:
Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. The outdoor pools, pool deck, indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed.
We expect repairs and construction during 2024/2025.
Parking garage is closed and parking is available next door of the Resort to the south side lot. One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room to avoid a $60.00 fee.
Beach access is available via the public access area adjacent to the resort. To go to the Beach you would need to exit front lobby, and walk (by garage) to the side of the building.
This 12th floor studio/condo is located at the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference which is located on the north side of Daytona Beach near Ormond. WIFI - free, Parking Free, On-site laundry coin operated 2nd to 5th floors Conveniently located across the street from Bellaire Plaza for shopping or dining. Some of the places are Publix (Grocery), Walgreen's, Bealls, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, Denny's, and many more restaurants. Approx. 2.5 miles to the Shoppes at Ocean Walk, Theater, Ocean Center, Pier and Main Street. 15 minute drive to Daytona USA for Speedway Racing. Approx. One and half hour drive to Disney, Epcot Center, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, one hour to St. Augustine.

We welcome you to come to our Condo in Daytona Beach.
Last minute rentals are accepted. You will have a clean, comfortable room but we cannot guarantee amenities at the Resort. The Daytona Beach Resort can close all amenities anytime for any reason.
