The room , which was sea facing, was fantastic. It was roomy and very comfortable. As the hotel has been recently renovated , everything was spotlessly clean and very tasteful.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the car park for the hotel was next door and right in the promenade.
The breakfast was very good and with a side range of choices. We would recommend the hotel unreservedly.

The stay exceeded expectations, the staff were lovely, hotel is renovated to a high standard. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, with lots of complimentary supplies and the food was lovely. Parking onsite is free.
The Al a carte menu was a little pricey.

Amazing hotel. Recently renovated and everything was Pristine. Fixtures and fittings in the room were brand new, and slept like a baby.
Bathroom in the room was amazing, just everything about this hotel was spot on.
I cannot think of anything at all. Maybe as a bonus try and get some EV chargers installed.
4.5
Excellent location just off main town centre.
On site parking.. Good quality modern upgrade with limited menu but good quality food. Excellent staff .
The lighting in the restaurant and bar was too bright which spoiled the atmosphere.

It was beautifully decorated and furnished.
The extras in the room were great... tea and coffee, bath products etc.
Our room was small but fine for a one night stay. If you were staying longer it might be a tight fit in the wardrobe and drawers. There are bigger rooms available.

My son has autism and a learning disability- we are always nervous about trying new places. This hotel did all they could to make our stay most comfortable and went above and beyond. Have recommended and will definitely return
Everything was spot on
4.5
Comfortable room, good breakfast, some really good evening meals and thoughtful staff. The chef, bar manager and staff all seemed to care deeply about their standards.

Could t access the fridge properly… the door was too close to the bed

NOTHING!!! Arrived on Sat 8th Oct to be told by reception that new owners were in place and they had cancelled ALL bookings to install their own guests.. Despite this being a long standing booking I was not contacted by the owner or booking.com to inform me, in fact I had a message from Booking.com to wish me a good trip, then they had the cheek to ask me to provide this review after my trip. RUBBISH treatment from both the owners and Booking.com. I would like to speak to a real person at Booking.com to complain but cannot find a way of doing so, be aware if you have problems a real person is not available to help.
Reception did say they had contacted Booking.com many times to stop messages going out.
I would like anyone from the hotel or Booking.com to respond to me with at least an apology and ideally some compensation for the disruption caused to myself and wife.

You've got to be hungry for the full breakfast. Phew!!!

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable, clean.
A little dated , could do with a lick of paint. Carpet wearing a little thin.
3.0
it was on the sea front
Dogs are welcome but not allowed in the dining area, and we were not allowed to eat in our room. Luckily it was nice weather so we ate outside.

Large room With sea view and four poster bed. Very friendly hard working staff with excellent customer care skills. Nothing was too much trouble.
Decor a little tired in places, no evening meal served.

Friendly staff and superior rooms gorgeous! Opposite the sea and I swam every day. Very easy for RSPB Conway. Parking a massive bonus.
Some noise at night from front, but that’s to be expected at a seafront property-worth it for incredible views!

Lovely hotel overlooking the sea. Breakfast was excellent. We had a standard room that was nicely decorated. Lots of free parking.
We travelled with our little dog. Dogs are allowed in the hotel, but not in the breakfast room. The hotel is further away from the pier and town centre than many other hotels in Llandudno. The restaurant was closed on an evening, despite being advertised as having a restaurant.
4.5
Liked the hotel good quality, good breakfast
Bed was a bit hard
