Perfect stay.

Friendly and attentive staff. Good air in the rooms, with AC or a window that opens. Solid gym and a sauna that's actually hot. Decent breakfast. I'd be glad to stay here again. Thank you!

Relaxed enjoyable would stay again.

Location was handy for Cribbs causeway by day but not close to evening activities.. local transport apart from taxi not accessible. Breakfast choice good, served well. Hotel clean and staff exceptional. Grounds well kept, bar relaxing. Room comfortable, not to hot or to cold. Bathroom decor needs updating.

Overall very pleasant except for the confusion of being in the wrong place!!

The young man in the restaurant at breakfast was exceptionally pleasant and attentive. Because I use a stick he came over immediately and offered to get our breakfast for us. He was very very helpful and courteous and made breakfast not only easier than it might have been, but more enjoyable as well. I didn't get his name but would appreciate it if you could pass on my thanks. Other staff were also very helpful but this young man really stood out.

Because there is a Holiday Inn and a Holiday Inn Express we were confused and booked into Holiday Inn, Filton and the friends we were meeting up with went to the Express hotel! We had to get a taxi there and back to meet up for dinner! It didn't make it obvious enough on the booking site.

Good

They got the drinks bill mixed up another tables we were a family of 5 and the other table was a group of 10. It was eventually sorted after going through all of the previous nights receipts that they had printed out. We wanted to eat in the resultant rather than the bar. They wanted us to eat in the bar, we were sat in the restaurant for 30mins with serval other families & we were all ignored. We moved ourselves into the bar & got served straight away. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning.

location, comfortable bedroom. excellent breakfast apart from only smoked bacon, yuk. lovely grounds.
