Das gastronomische Angebot ist von guter Qualität.
Die Lage an einer vielbefahrenen Straße ist verhältnismäßig laut.

The hotel is stunning with so many gorgeous features. We had room 9 which is a suite up in the eves . Narrow winding staircase but worth it
The pillows were hard , no give at all
4.1
Location
Was very cold. The room was cold and there was no heating in the shower room. The fire was not lit in the main bar on a cold day.
4.1
Great location and great pint and food in the bar.
The room was number 9, great room inside, no shower sadly and the room was up some tight spiral staircase.
4.1
The place and the staff are lovely, perfect location for a meeting in Keynsham
The room is lovely but very basic. I had a bit of downtime but being in the room wasn't appealing
4.1
Really nice and cute hotel. Very antique feeling without feeling dirty. Directly in the town. Tesco right around the corner. Great location
Parking was a bit difficult

Comfortable

Nice room, clean and nice location. Breakfast was very nice and appeared promptly.
They close the hotel at 10.30pm, and you have a fob to let yourself in. The door is black and there is no light over it, so fiddly trying to light the lock with your mobile phone. There appeared to be no staff around so if you need anything, there is no one to ask.

Breakfast was great, staff always friendly, evening meals outstanding
4.1
The character of the property. Friendly reception. Clean.
The room was quite warm. It was a shame as our room backed on to the exhaust of the kitchen and smelt of cooked food and oil with the windows open. Nothing could really be done about this as it was a very warm summers day.
4.1
Proximity to event attending and friendly staff.
Room was warm because hot weekend, in hindsight should have asked for a fan.
4.1
The lovely old building and the staff
The shower leaked over the floor from under the shower screen
4.1
Lots of character and in an ideal locate to get to both Bath and Bristol by Bus or Train
4.1
The kitchen produced excellent meals and breakfasts. The staff were attentive at all times to make sure that everything was to our liking. There is a pleasant garden in which to enjoy a drink from the bar.
For the cost , the facilities available and the lovely staff, there was nothing to criticise.

Staff was very friendly and displayed good communicatioon skills. The hotel is easly accessible and conveniently located.
The bed was not comfortable. Although its an old and spacious building, some areas needs some mordenising or TLC.

A fabulous old building. Really enjoyed it. A lovely breakfast.
Nothing to complain about regards the hotel itself. Parking is limited and a bit tight I guess is only niggle.

Staff very welcoming and friendly
Quality of food was good but choices were unusual
Cold restaurant lacking atmosphere
Very cold small bedroom with very hard and uncomfortable bed

Very helpful staff. Hotel was well situated but car park was full. The room was disappointing- uncomfortable mattress and duvet was thin, very tiny bathroom. All poorly lit. Situated on a main road and noise from traffic prevented a good night's sleep.
The bedroom.See above

Lovely place to stay. Not too much road noise - we had the roof room (fabulous huge wet room bathroom), lovely comfortable bed. No noise from the rest of the hotel. Great breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Ran out of hot water on Sunday morning in the shower ... everyone must have got up early!
4.1
The images etc on the website and the manner and demeanour of the staff at check in, whi was also the bar staff.
Cold, no heating in bathroom, body grooves both sides of the double mattress, premises very tired and need investment - it's for sale and you can tell, but the staff did try.
