Lovely Experience

Warm welcome on reception. Lovely room which looked like it had just been upgraded. Very nice food in restaurant and food keenly priced. Staff were superb.

A minor point but more attention to housekeeping (dust).

Night away Stayed for a wedding Would definitely stay again Highly recommend

Easy check in, Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. We where upgraded which was lovely. Ate in restaurant food was good and value for money. Overall a very pleasant experience

The best stay we have had in Dundee

Our room was very spacious and contained all the expected extras . The bed was vast and comfortable. The bathroom was above average in size with a very pleasant shower

I could fault very little with this hotel . It is constructed up a sloping site so the walk from the main car park could be challenging .

Room did not have a fridge. Parking was a long way away and inconvenient to the room for luggage transfer.

Great stay in Dundee

Parking on the property was good. The restaurant and bar were good. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff.

The hair dryer is in a difficult-to-use place - maybe someone on the team should try using it to see it from a guest’s point of view. Understand hairdryers might be appropriated but is there a better way?

Convenient and pleasant

V convenient location, good parking, nice views from dining room. One of the night receptionists very helpful when I returned late to hotel from working late and needed something to eat, but no room service available or snacks to purchase offered to give me his own crisps!

Floors and carpet in bedroom not as clean as should be. Having ironing board and iron on inside of bathroom door means board gets wet with steam. Door key card didn’t work 3 times meant lots of trips back to reception.

Walk to room I emailed at time of booking to ask for a room close to reception as my hubby is an amputee, given very last room at the end of a long corridor

Third time staying, place is lovely with spacious rooms. Great breakfast.

Rooms are far too hot for me personally with no air-con. Pillows are uncomfortably firm also with one too low but two is too high.

Beautiful area of the city and close to the wonderful Botanical Gardens.

Great Breakfast but not realising that hot selection finished at 9.30 on weekdays when we assumed it was the same time 10.30 on the weekend.

Too expensive for what it was, but at least it was spotlessly clean

it was clean and convenient to town

it was way too warm in the room even with radiator off and windows open. tried to get dinner on our last night. stood waiting to be seated but nobody came. saw guy drying cutlery - he saw us but didn’t react. when he finished he just walked away into the back. we left. that said we are there on our first night and the waitresses were really lovely so swings and roundabouts
