Personalet var fortreffelige, bortsett fra housekeeping.

Middels frokost, ikke i nærheten av Scandic Nidelven Flott innsats av resepsjonspersonalet som prøve å hjelpe på ankomstkvelden. Utmerket og hyggelig vaktmester som rettet feilene neste dag.

Toalettsete ødelagt, sminkespeil ødelagt. Nattlampe ved sengen hadde defekt bryter. Tv funket ikke. Hår på badegulvet. At ikke håndklær ble byttet under oppholdet.

OK stay, but I wished I stayed somewhere else.

The hotel is very centrally located. The room was very clean and bathroom has underfloor heating. The breakfast was decent.

The mini-fridge was full of "pay for" drinks, and there were also "pay for" candies and nuts in the room. I thought the days when hotels tried to trick customers into such impulsive spending were over. Also, for god's sake, I already paid for a premium room. Do you really need to try to charge me for a jar of candies or bottle of sparkling water? The curtains are very awkward to use, and it is impossible to fully close or open them. There is almost no storage in the room - no shelves or drawers. The wardrobe is extremely minimalistic as well. I just wished I'd choose a different hotel in the city centre.

Angenehmes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp oder einen mehrtägigen Städtetripp

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut am Rande der Innenstadt am Fluss, viele Restaurants und Bars sind in der Nähe. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind in der Nähe. Am Empfang gab es einen besonders freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flussblick gewählt, da dieses im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Zimmern nicht zu den internen Glashallen liegt, sondern ein öffenbares Fenster an der Gebäudeaußenseite hat. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, aber geringfügig kleiner als die oben erwähnten Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr bequem, es gab gute feste Kopfkissen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut in großen Räumlichkeiten. Wir haben auf unseren Nordland-Reisen bereits mehrfach in diesem Hotel übernachtet und werden es bei zukünftigen Touren wieder tun.

Bel emplacement, le TV chromecast ne fonctionne pas.

Bel emplacement près du quartier historique de Bakklandet et de la cathédrale. Chambre spacieuse bien décorée. La vue de la salle du petit déjeuner sur la rivière.

Le petit déjeuner est servi très tôt en semaine de 6h30 à 9h30 et à 9h30 pile tout le buffet est retiré. Le chromecast proposé comme "service" par l'hôtel ne fonctionne pas, dommage car ce problème est connu de l'hôtel (voir avis précédents) mais ne semble pas être une priorité pour cet hôtel ! Notre choix s'est porté sur l'hôtel Radisson grâce ce service supplémentaire Chromecast. Le parking par jour de l'hôtel est à 550Nok ou 475Nok.

Flott rom, hyggelige folk, fin beliggenhet og fantastisk sofa. Overføring fra telefon til tv funket bra her.

Ingen restaurant/romservice på søndager. Sengene var litt hard for min smak

Buchung wurde Bestätigt, allerdings vom Hotel nicht gefunden beim Check in - dauerte leider sehr lange bis zu einer Lösung. Betten extrem Weich, Klima zu Kalt und nicht selbst zum regeln.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber für ein Stadthotel und einen kurzen Aufenthalt durchaus ausreichend. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker.

An enjoyable four night break

Good location for the city centre with plenty of places to visit and easy access to attractions. Comfortable room with interesting river view. 10 minute walk from various bar/restaurant areas and main train station. Taxi rank outside if going further afield.

The room was a little smaller than we might have expected from this standard of hotel (only space to open one suitcase at a time). On our second night a sex-worker was allowed to sit in the bar and proposition potential clients while we tried to relax! Breakfast was very busy but plentiful. Functional but not necessarily relaxing.

Will Definitely Book Radisson Again!

Loved the comfortable beds. Room was spacious and had air conditioning. We were very happy with the hotel, location, and our overnight stay.

Breakfast was an additional charge and it was costly. While this is normal in the USA, in Norway it was the norm for full breakfasts to be included in hotel stays - we got spoiled by this and were annoyed at the lack of breakfast included.

Very nice hotel

Very pleasant hotel with freshly renovated rooms. Spacious room, even standard one. We were traveling with a 2yo and child bed was already waiting for us, with bed linen and extra towels. Good breakfast. Good location. The only downside is direct surrounding of the hotel with extremely uneven pavement (makes it hard with stroller or suitcases).

Location is fantastic, close proximity from train station and centre. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable.

The gym is quite small and minimal.
