Fint og moderne

God beliggenhet, fine lokaler, God plass i resepsjonen, moderne.

Frokosten var mye bedre om mandagen enn søndagen. Det var litt dumt.

Es war insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Zimmer war gut, Frühstück war gut und die Lage sehr gut. Ich war nur zum schlafen da und tagsüber unterwegs. Am Abend konnte ich noch sehr gemütlich sitzen. Der. Kick aus meinem Fenster war nicht schön.

Lovely hotel I will definitely stay at again

Absolutely lovely hotel to stay at- it had an incredibly calm feeling and Mira on the front desk was an absolute delight who made our stay perfect. The breakfast is amazing too!

Sentralt. Vedkommende i resepsjonen ved ankomst var veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig med å finne ut hvor det var åpne spisesteder i nærheten.

Det ble ikke informert på forhånd om at hotellet var under oppussing. Oppholdet skulle blitt rabbatert grunnet opoussing. Det var skittent i fellesarealet og på rommet. Rommet var lytt/dårlig isolert og nattesøvnen ble forstyrret av lyder i bygget. Musikken under frokosten var høy og støyende. Vi sa fra gjentatte ganger og ble lovt at lydnivået skulle skrus ned uten at noe skjedde. Vi ble til slutt nødt å ta med oss maten og flytte oss til et annet roligere sted. Kaffen var syltynn og smakte dårlig. Det luktet ekkelt/surt/kvalmende på rommet. Vedkommende i resepsjonen da vi skulle reise var lite behjelpelig da vi fikk problemer med å finne ut hvor bussen hjem stoppet i nærheten. Bussen for rett forbi oss og var den siste som gikk. Vi ble nødt å overnatte en natt til på hotell, men valgte da et annet hotell i byen.

Bra opphold.

Sentralt beliggende. Fin standard og hyggelig betjening.

Hele resepsjonen og frokostsalen var under oppussing og utbedring. Men når jeg kommer tilbake er jeg sikker på at dette blir meget bra.

Great location and delicious breakfast buffet

I love the breakfast buffet with so many options of food :) I also love the location, is very close to Nidaros Church and easy to walk anywhere downtown Trondheim. Our room was spacious and comfortable to travel with a baby. The separate room gave our baby it’s own dark, quite space to sleep while us parents watched a movie and had food in the living room :)

The bathrooms were ok, maybe a bit old and need a little modern touch. There was no electric outlet. I couldn’t fix my hair.

Laundry And Ironing Rooms Available For Guests To Use

The location was excellent (close to the cathedral, restaurants, and Bakklandet). The price was good considering the great location. Breakfast was good. The staff are nice. They honored my request for a quiet room (top floor not overlooking the busiest street), though we did not get an inner courtyard view which was on my reservation printout. The one-bedroom unit we stayed in had a small fridge and microwave oven. They have food to buy in the lobby (handy for people who arrive late). They have laundry and ironing rooms that guests can use, though you have to ask for access at the reception desk. The closest parking garage DOES take American credit cards (some parking machines in Norway do not). You can pay for parking there right before you leave (the machine is on the second floor down, which is where you should also park).

No bathmat or face cloths. No cutlery in their so-called kitchenette, so we used our own. (You might be able to borrow some at the reception desk.) The microwave oven sits on a stool that is too small for it. They should provide a small, sturdy table. They call their coffee table a dining table, which it is not. Water leaked from the shower area onto the bathroom floor, so we had to use up some of our paper towels to wipe the floor. The shower temperature kept varying somewhat. The bed was firmer than I liked, though I usually prefer a softer-than-average bed so most people would probably find it comfortable. The white, opaque shade on the window didn't block much light. The room was warmer than I liked in the evenings (though perfect in the mornings).

I do not know how this hotel is ranked 4 star hotel?! There was no mnibar/refrigerator at room, no view. Lats of noice late at night. Not good breakfast. Just few food

Really comfortable bed. And good breakfast

Staff seemed a little unfriendly Bathroom could have designed better. Shower walls touched the sink and the toilet. Water leaked from under the shower walls and unto the bathroom floor

Excellent stay- good concert at spektrum, we had good dinner in town and this nice calm hotel.

Breakfast: Nice. Beds: Excellent. Calm/quiet in the whole hotel.

More types white vine in glass- Chardonnay would I prefer.

I’d come back.

Breakfast was comparable to more expensive hotels, it included gluten free options . Staff was super nice.

The bed comforter was thin and small. I’d prefer something wider and heavier. It was coming out from the cover.

Very pleased

Great size of the rooms, very comfy beds! Tv with chromecast was a big bonus:) Breakfast was good, with a decent range of options. Quiet, short walking distance to the city center.

Took a while to get warm water in the shower. Didn’t bother me too much.

I felt the staff wanted to help as much as they could to ensure my stay was as good as it could be. I appreciated the extra service, the friendliness and felt very relaxed there.
