Stile scandinavo nella zona centrale di Trondheim

Posizione centrale vicino alla stazione e al centro. A 5 minuti dalla cattedrale e dal stiftgarden, nel cuore della vita cittadina. Arredamento in stile scandinavo semplice ma funzionale. Per un paio di giorni va benissimo. Ottimo il microonde.

Un po’ carente l’attrezzatura dell’appartamento, mancavano bicchieri, cucchiaini per la colazione, il phon per i capelli.

Zimmer in zentraler Lage mit Nachbesserungsbedarf

Die Lage ist gut und zentral, die Zimmer sind optisch ansprechend, kleiner Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tassen und kleine Getränkeauswahl (Tee, Kaffee) und Fön vorhanden, im Bad unseres Zimmers war eine Fußbodenheizung, Zimmer konnte früher genutzt werden als in der Beschreibung angegeben

Im Bad Schimmelansatz an der hinteren oberen Ecke, das Bett sehr weich und die Topper auf dem Bett verrutschen sehr leicht, sodass meine Tochter nachts aus dem Bett gefallen ist. An einer Tasse war noch Lippenstift... Für eine Nacht grenzwertig o.k., bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir reklamiert. Gepäckunterbringung hat nicht funktioniert

Good hotel at a good price in a great location.

There were some problems with confusion about the hotel location because of your better known one nearby. There were also some problems with room and hotel key codes. Kind reception people at your other Trondheim hotel helped me a lot by fixing the problems.

A comfortable room - Remote Staff

The hostel was very convenient for the train station. The room was comfortable.

There was no reception desk. Communication was by mobile phone call.

Rather expensive but fine

Excellent location. Good facilities: micriwave, washing mashine (bring own detergent), kettle, fridge.

The bed is very uncomfortable- very soft and the top matress is constantly on the move. Cleaning is once a week only. No spare garbage bags, broken towel hanger and very noisy on Saturdsy night even when your room faces the courtyard as the whole area is filled with partygoers until 4 am. Very little place to put clothes if you are staying for longer.

Great location, great price-quality.

Great location in the middle of the city, all communication was done through Booking, including self check-in and check-out. The beds kind of suck, but what do you expect for the pricing :). Stay was fine!

We found a dead bug on one of the the beds and the shower was leaking, but once again - cannot expect that much for the price that was paid lol

Good location. Walking distance to Train Station and numerous tourist spots.

The room is rather small and hardly to find power sockets (not on the table but on the floor.) The room heater not working well and night was cold

Decent price for very low quality hotel, terrible Facilities.

No breakfast. No reception.

I didn't like that 5 rooms from my room there was a big police tape over the door. Looked very scary and unwelcoming. I had graffiti all over my mirror in the bathroom. Extremely unpleasant, especially while trying to use the bathroom. Floor squeaked like old cabin that hasn't been touched for 50 years.

Good experience

The apartment was clean, tidy and really nice. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked.

The telephon number for urgent help didn't answer.

Great location, big room, but no regular room cleaning.

The room was big and clean when I arrived. The location was great, I could reach everything easily. The automated checkin and checkout door opening with the code was easy. The staff was helpful.

The room was not cleaned. It was supposed to be cleaned once per week, but I was there from Thursday to Wednesday and it was never cleaned. And when my trash was taken away I didn’t get a new trash bag, and there was no handsoap. Plus there were extra matrasses on my bed which were moving easily, it was not stable enough.

Self-service hotel with excellent location and basic facilities

Well-situated in city centre, with Jimi’s diner just next door and several restaurants nearby. Room came with mini fridge, kettle and hairdryer (finally - my only accommodation in Norway that had one), while free change of towels can be done along the walkway at one’s disposal.

Besides the first day, we never saw anyone at the reception and weren’t able to enquire about the change of airport bus routes. Room was too cold, we were unable to adjust beyond +/3 degrees Celsius from the central building temperature. Wi-fi was slow at times, and there was no kitchen.

Very good

The room was nice and cozy. I relaxed pretty well there.

There wasn’t any reception at the hotel and got confused. I received check-in code later than 3 pm. Also, check out time was a little bit early 11 am. (In most hotels I usually check out after 12:00). The room also could be more cleaned.

Good location and price, clean, had kettle, fridge, hair dryer. Bathroom was clean and shower was good

Beds weren't very comfy, was a bit loud due to being directly next to clubs.

Good size of the room.

Stayed for 5 nights and my room wasn't cleaned a single time during the stay. Even the trashcan wasn't emptied.
