Location is stop on and the discounted car parking is very helpful
Lifts are horrendously slow!
The rooms are very tired and really could do with an upgrade, the TVs are awful and bathroom pods dated

Zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Grosse saubere Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.
Durch die umliegenden pubs und Restaurants nachts teilweise etwas laut

Convenient location
Rooms felt really dark, bathroom doors don’t close, coffees had all been used but packets left.

Nice clean and good sized room. Great shower.
Breakfast time before 9am there was very little food, especially the hot breakfast was empty. Possibly down to staff shortages. I did let reception know that there was very little food and was advised my comments would be forwarded to the manager.

Location was great
expensive for what it was. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Room was loud. Shower and bathroom dirty

I didn't have breakfast , the room was nice & quiet & no door banging that was a pleasure .
The WiFi was very bad .

There was a really warm welcome at the counter when I arrived. Check in was quick and easy. It's quite a large hotel in a small space - four floors of about sixty rooms. But the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location on the harbour front is pretty convenient. I was wanting to be near the Bristol Beacon concert hall.
There were no problems. The corridors are long and boring with lots of doors, but that's what it's like in a hotel of this type. But room and bathroom were very comfortable and staff super helpful.

It’s fine - everything you need for a long weekend. No luxury, but for the price it’s excellent.
It could have been a little cleaner. We had cobwebs in our room and I didn’t want to look too closely at the bedsheets.

The location was great, it was clean, the bar area was well stocked and appealing in its look.
The step up to the toilet and shower area in the room. I nearly forgot when I got up in the middle of the night that it was there and nearly fell.

Close to where we planned on going. Breakfast was amazing plenty of choice. The ironing room was a great find.
10.0
Location was excellent for the events we planned to attend
The improvements are in progress e.g. the lift that was previously broken is taking time to be fixed. The wait for the remaining lift was okay

Location
This place is over overpriced for the quality of the room. Decor is so basic and lacking. Breakfast truly needs improvement as it was very poor.

I had a corner room with dual aspects. A funky shower room. A good location for Bristol. You can pretty much walk anywhere in the city from there. 20 mins to the train station.

We loved the location by the harbour side and the room was clean, comfy beds and great breakfast
Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working and there were no towels left in the room for us
7.0
Simple and good for a short stay (1-3 nights)
But annoying that we only had 2 sockets in the room and none near where the kettle was. And only handed 1 coffee. Otherwise it was mostly adequate.
10.0
The location was central and quiet.
We didn't eat in as there were so many eateries within easy walking distance.
7.0
Central and handy
Uncomfortable twin beds, unaligned bathroom door had to be slammed to shut, 2 leaves grown through join in wall lining near toilet, a very small room firc2 adults

Good location and some of the staff were very pleasant
Room very small, dirty and nowhere to place cases etc. When we arrived someone had clearly been sick on bathroom floor and in the sink. Told cleaner but took two days to clean sink. Floor never cleaned. Beds never made up.

Great central location
Twin beds were very small, with a topper that moved.
3.0
Location and room.
When I asked about vegan breakfast options just got a rude no! Had to get replacement towels myself. Apart from a couple of receptionists the staff were neither friendly or approachable.very different to my last stay at this hotel.
6.0
Great location. Clean. Comfy
Stayed previously but bar and entrance lounge now changed and nowhere nears as comfortable or restful and inviting as before. Was disappointed by this and didn’t stay for a couple drinks before heading out to dinner with friends.
