Excellent location, presentable building, comfortable beds.
Lack of air conditioning. Also, a lock in the bathroom would be good too.

The staff were super friendly. Nice sized room with comfy bed and linen. Great location. Short walk to lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs. Gorgeous square opposite which our pooch loved. Great price for our stay.

Under £100 for a night, good location.
Milk in the room tasted off, room felt damp and old.

La posizione, la pulizia, il comfort della stanza
La colazione non a buffet , bensì ad orari fissi quindi poco flessibile

Quick check in. Clean quiet room.
Room was quite small. TV very small by todays standards. the £9 charge to park at the hotel - seemed a bit unnecessary for a small hotel with enough parking.
We had booked for breakfast but at checking informed them we wouldn't be staying for breakfast, our plans had changed. We appreciate they wont refund but they could have offered us something else. - perhaps a complimentary drink.
There certainly wasn't the sense of going above and beyond with service.

Location, very helpful staff. Was comfortable.
Rooms were very small and quite expensive, quite old fashioned in decor. My heating didn’t work so after reporting the next day I got an electric heater which was fine.

Location, on-site parking
Poor wifi in lower bedrooms, on-site car park so full it was very difficult to park, why charge for their own car park?

Clean, spacious room with good utilities. Good parking on site . Friendly staff
A bit narrow of an entry to the parking space behind the hotel.

The hotel is very efficient and the staff personable and welcoming. The breakfast system is a little too formalised but it does work and ensures that the food is served promptly. The parking provision is essential. Location is brilliant for Clifton.
It would be better if coffee at breakfast was served in a pot rather than having to ask for each cup.

Location is excellent and parking on site (charge extra)
The room was clean and bed comfortable.
Staff welcoming and warm.
Noise from room above. Could hear every word of their conversation and they were up late!
The room was on the expensive side. It was a good size, but there were no little extras like bottled water in the room.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, adjustable heating.
Restricted to choosing a breakfast time when we arrived, and service was then very slow.

It was a beautiful building, in the heart of Clifton. The location was perfect. The staff were all fabulous. Both receptionists that we saw were lovely and friendly. The young girl serving the breakfasts was delightful. The tea was piping hot…always a plus. The room was so clean. The bed was comfy and perfectly made up. The bathroom was clean, modern and the water was hot, as was the room. The property was faultless. We will stay here again when we visit Bristol.
There wasn’t anything to not like.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, good to be able to park the cars, nice garden/planting.
A lot of stairs with heavy bags.
8.0 / 10.0
Room was nice and cosy. Had everything you need for a one night stay. There was ample parking which is really important in Bristol. It was situated close to many bars and restaurants but all had lovely green spaces nearby.
Only one VERY minor thing. The bathroom was really cold because the radiator had been turned off but that was easy to fix.
