Convenient stay on our way to Legoland

De inzet van het personeel bij het ontbijt is super. Men vult alles heel snel aan. In de vakantietijd is het een gezellig familiehotel. Met veel kinderen die zich goed gedragen. Het avondeten was ook prima.

Free bikes! Friendly staff, decent bar and snacks available at reception.

Restaurant expensive and food just average. Breakfast seems reasonable at £14 but I only had it once. There didn't seem to be anything like toast available sadly.

The staff were great - friendly & helpful. The room was large with a good bed. There was plenty of parking at the front of the hotel (weekend). 15 minute walk to town.

It was good choice for short stop.

Nice location and nice staff. Breakfast was reasonable and the room was very big.

It is very ild furniture, with old carpets that make you feel the smell of dust even when it is clean.

Very lovely and comfortable hotel close to the city centre but in the quiet neighborhood. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need, big and clean bathroom. Nice friendly and very helpful stuff

hot but comfy beds and good breakfast

good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed, heated floor in bathroom!

had to turn radiator off and sleep with the window open as it was too hot and felt hard to breathe fresh air- this helped but it was December!! far too hot. location is odd, felt like staying in a retail park- really creepy dark walk to get to and from the hotel- more streetlights required! if it wasn’t for Denmark being such a safe country I would have been terrified walking alone at night.

Not impressed. I won’t probably come back to it. but nothing really bad happened.

I stayed there one night, literally. I arrived at 18:00, leaved the next morning at 06:00. Nothing really stand out in my opinion. Anyway, the bathroom was fine. Also, they gave us two keycards, few hotel do it.

I asked for a double bed, I arrived and had 2 single beds. So I went to the desk and asked for it, they told me they have no double beds. I tried asking for at least a double blanket, so I could merge them. Same answer, they had none…. mah… A part from it, the room wasn’t really nice, and so the Hotel from outside. I doubt I will come back to it.

Superb

Great staff and excellent breakfast at this hotel. The location is excellent with the center of town being only a short 10 min walk up the river which is quite pretty. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

No fridge in the room.

It was good for sleeping when going to Legoland, would not visit again.

The breakfast was ok but nothing super.

The hotel wasn’t as tidy as expected. Quite old. No fridge in the room.

Overall, this is a basic hotel, but clean and tidy. Staff interfaces were all very good.

Night manager was excellent, friendly and helpful. Initial contact with the hotel was very thorough and professional

We ordered a cot/crib for one of the rooms and upon arrival at 1.00am the cot was not in the room. We had called ahead to advise of the delayed arrival. One room was correct with 1 bed - the other had 3 single beds - not as booked.

Overpriced, out of date. Avoid.

Good location, friendly staff. Easy access by car and convenient for Legoland/ parks.

Price did not match what we booked (overpriced, we might as well have booked a hotel at Legoland), the room was small and cramped. No air condition and we arrived to a sveltering room. We had to keep the window open all night, only to be disturbed by people talking/shouting from the parking below and noises from early on in the morning. The halls had paper-thin walls and you could hear people in the next-door rooms and in the halls.

Poor

We did not manage to charge our e-car. Despite efforts by the staff, the necessary app could not be installed. In a previous request, it had been promised that only a credit card was needed for charging. The hotel itself did not have a charging token for the electricity provider, and the staff was also unable to find an adapter that was actually available for normal charging via the socket. Charging at the Circle K gas station available in the town did not work, since only a rare cable format was supported there.

The room was spacious and clean. With facilities you normally need (mini fridge, kettle, etc.). The receptionist is warm and provides as many information as possible.
