Le confort et le petit déjeuner ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un quatre étoiles Le personnel est sympathique.

La literie et le petit déjeuner très succinct et limité en produit par rapport au prix de 12 euros

Decepción.

El personal, muy agradable , se molestaban en hablar castellano, cosa que en Francia no es muy común.

Cuando llegamos la habitación olía muchísimo a tabaco, no nos limpiaron la habitación ni una sola vez, lo pedimos dos noches de las 3 pero nunca pasaron a limpiar. Una lámpara no funcionaba, pagamos 180€ por noche, por una “suite” era grande y tenia una terraza y bañera grande. Pero hasta ahí. No era lo esperado para unos días especiales como esas fechas y por supuesto no están justificados los 180€ por noche. Reservamos para cenar el día 31 pero resulta que no lo tenían apuntado. Aunque como digo lo mejor que era el personal enseguida lo soluciono. Nos “perdonaron” un cocktail de 31€ que parece ser no estaba incluido en la cena de noche vieja (110€ pax) parece ser que por el error de no limpiarnos la habitación. Finalmente cuando revisamos debajo de las camas por si se nos había caído algún objeto, estaba llena de polvo incluso había algún papel de anteriores estancias Resumiendo, por lo que pagamos por cada noche no está justificado todo lo que pasó, y la “suite” no estaba a la altura. Por lo que finalmente resulta muy caro. No por el importe a pagar, si no por la calidad-precio de la estancia.

Low quality + unclean.

One member of staff was helpful - got us milk for a tea

dirty room, unclean - fridge filthy ,stains on bed cover, intrusive mirror against the bed, hotel + room smelt of old bags in hoover. Room amenities sparse+ low quality. Shower was inadequate - and dirty. If we could of found another room in Perpignan we would of leaft.

Great hotel, good value for money, enjoyed my stay and would go back again.

It is a nice hotel with lots of facilities and a great atmosphere, staff were really friendly and the room was excellent, Parking was private and secure at no extra cost. Restaurant food was exceptional, best food we had on our trip.

The hotel was located in a retail area but it was surrounded by a boundary wall, inside the boundary was a good quality hotel. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing after the great food we had in the restaurant the evening before.

The location was no good for us, no public transport, so if you haven't gotten a car, you need to walk for 20 minutes before finding a bus stop there is nothing in the area

Well located over night stop w/decent restaurant

Well set up for business and leisure travellers. Friendly staff, restaurant food well cooked and presented, easy to locate, close to the motorway, but not noisy despite that. The room had everything we needed plus a mini bar.

Not much. The extra pillow had been used and the case had not been changed, so I've marked it down slightly for that. WC flush needed attention.

Nice hotel. Grotty area. No good with dogs.

Hotel is nice. Room nice. Parking safe. Had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant.

Booked because they told me a bit of grass for dog walking outside hotel. There wasn’t! They had previously told me that there was a park area where the dogs could run not far from the hotel. There wasn’t. Dogs not allowed in restaurant. Unusual in France. But fair enough.

Very good hotel when you are traveling.

The hotel is very comfy and is very good overall. very friendly staff and comfy beds. could not find the sauna and fitness room, which was to bad.

The hotel is in an industrial area and for some reason, all restaurants in the area including the restaurant of the hotel are closed on Sunday

all very nice. breakfast good, and we opted for late check out so we could work the morning online from the hotel and enjoy the pool before leaving. staff were accommodating of both our late arrival and request for late check out

Good short stay hotel.

Attractive, sunny breakfast space. Good selection. Small but well appointed pool and surround. Ample parking. Bar service with comfortable terrace seating.

One (not all) receptionist who had a slightly unpleasant manner. It might have been me... We were there for five nights and I suspect that this is unusual. The place seems geared to transient guests.

Wasps on warpath in Perpignan.

Pleasant modern hotel. Room of adequate size with balcony. Location not great; in commercial centre with little else of relevance present. Staff pleasant. Dinner of reasonable quality and was certainly value for money. Wine list good and of good value.

Breakfast. Apparent large display of food, but quality limited. Coffee appalling (machine made). Was taken in pergola where a wasp problem succeeded in spoiling it.
