Very pleasant and relaxing with exceptional service from all the pleasant staff 😊

The rice fields and gardens were beautiful - and the cooking course. The staff were outstanding.

힐링하기 딱 좋은곳 입니다. 풀빌라를 예약했는데 다음에 가게 된다면 일반객실로 예약할듯 합니다. 개인플보다 밖에 풀장이 좋았습니다. 화장실에서 공중화장실 냄새가 놀랄정도로 나서 프론트에 전화했는데 룸청소하시는 직원분이 잘처리해 주시고 정말 섬세하게 다른것도 챙겨주셔 감사했습니다. 그분이 제일 고마웠던분 이네요.. 그리고 벌레 무서워하시는 분은 비추 입니다 ^^ 저는 스트레스 풀기에 딱좋았습니다.

시설이 조금 낡긴 했습니다.

Exceeded all expectations - will dream of staying here again!

Exceptional hotel and resort - so beautiful, so peaceful and quiet, in the middle of nature but still accessible to downtown Ubud. I loved the location because while I could walk into town, it felt miles away from the craziness and noise of Ubud. It was a dream, the facilities (especially the pools and yoga room) were so peaceful, so beautiful. I barely wanted to leave the resort, and the staff were fantastic. I will only stay here on future visits to Bali, it exceeded all expectations. I stayed in the most basic level of room they offered and was stunned - it was so spacious, so impeccably designed, it felt super luxury. With a jungle-view balcony (HUGE!), perfect A/C and wifi, and the most amazing bathtub (felt like you were in nature). There was even a gym, basic but suitable for me. The staff cleaned and did turn down service every day, they were so helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Honestly, there are a lot of properties in Ubud but I don't think anyone could be disappointed to stay here. I feel so lucky to have discovered Wapa di Ume.

The food was excellent and the grounds were amazing. The villa was also very spacious with plenty of room - the reception staff were lovely and helpful too.

We had a damp smell in our villa and it had wet paint on the internal walls which you could see was just painting over the damp. The entrance to the hotel could do with jazzing up as it was a bit tired.

Just perfect!

Loved everything about it! Breakfast was amazing, rooms were Devine and staff so helpful and friendly. The garden were just so peaceful and quiet after a busy day in Ubud. It was all just perfect!

We were trilled to stay at this piece of heven.

We were so glad we have found this piece of heaven. We enjoyed so much spending the time at Wapa di Ume. Everything was so nice, the location, the position of the restaurant, the way everything was decorated and arranged…all the small details, the flowers, greenery, small statues, small pounds, the pool areas. Also the personal was always happy to help and going beyond to make our stay there pleasant.

Perfect stay in a quiet and peaceful environment surrounding with an amazing staff

Perfect breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful, swimming pool was amazing, staff at the swimming pool were super friendly and made one of the best cocktails, room very comfy, atmosphere very quiet.

Shuttle bus hours could be extended as it stops at 6pm but if you want to enjoy the city center nightlife you have to book a taxi. Plus we never found the return shuttle but when we needed it, we texted the manager who sent it to us so it was perfect !

Beautiful rooms, beautiful infinity pool, great breakfast, quiet environment and only 4 minutes drive to the busiest streets in Ubud. Great rice Terrace view as the name suggests. 5 star service by staff with big smiles. Good value for money

property is great. we love any second at wapa. location is very close to ubud palace and monkey forest. staff is really nice, had the best time with them. we stayed at 4 hotels in Bali overall this is the best one

The service was excellent, the views are amazing from every single spot, surrounded by the jungle and rice terraces, and there are two pools, one of them with infinite view over the jungle. The food was delicious. Although it is surrounded by the jungle but it's neat and clean.

This was such a beautiful and calm environment. The staff were lovely. The rooms were amazing and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom was very big and overall well equipped. Room cleaning was done twice a day which was convenient. Many villas have their own pools so we found that the main + infinity pools were always very quiet. The hotel had gym facilities that I felt had a selection of equipment and machines. Breakfast wasn’t an open buffet, but they provided a lot of food so you leave satisfied (fruit, juice, tea, pastry + main).

Given the location, naturally it did have a lot of bugs, insects, frogs and geckos.

best experience so far! way worth it.

everything is excellent. Ilu Lasmini and staff brought my birthday cake as surprise on our last day as a surprise and brought me and mom to tears. it is truly a different kind of resort. shuttle drivers, spa, craft lesson, dancing show, swimming pool and room service etc. my hard to please mom says yes and her first time doing yoga. perfect staycation.

my version of perfect

I was wanting to stay at Wapa di Ume for a few years and had high expectations. In short: we had a perfect stay, and loved everything. This place has it all: jungle feeling, rice paddie view ("view" is an understatement here). The bathroom is straight from your dreams, the bed was extra comfortable and the rooms are designed with a love for details. Water comes in glass bottles - no plastic used! We spent way more time in the room than planned (free room service for the restaurant ;) ) Don't worry about the location - it's a bit outside of Ubud but Wapa offers a free shuttle regularly, so we had zero problems getting in and out of Ubud town. my tipp would be to get the a "Lanai Terrace" Room and ask for one of the rice paddie view rooms - you will fall asleep to the soothing sound of frogs in the fields (I was expecting to be bothered by them honestly, but it was the opposite) and you'll still be able to enjoy jungle vibes at the infinity pool. thank you to the staff who made our stay unforgettable! :)

we had a few extra things included in our stay, but we didn't remember them and the staff didn't remind us either so we missed our "freebies".
